Great job guys, came in very late and food came quick. Had a lovely smash burger and jalapeño bites, and my mrs had a chicken gyros,Was great! Finished my burger and the owner came and surprised me with a second one which was very kind of him. 10/10 food worth the little bike ride! And because they had good food I was in a very good mood

Amazing food and great burgers. The burger is one of the best I have ever had and you can taste the freshness and quality. Manger was kind enough to show me the kitchen to see the fresh ground beef smashed.

This was my third try at Hive but it will be my last! Each time my burger has been cold and I lifeless than 2 mins away. Today I returned my burger saying it was not acceptable and was told there are no refunds. Avoid!!!!

This is my 3rd takeaway from Hive kitchens, although the food is ok, and just ‘Ok’, on average we’ve waited 1hour and 20mins for it to be delivered, the last time took 1.30mins, and we only live a 20min walk! Unfortunately I couldn’t collect because my kids were in bed. I like burgers, these are average, the patty’s taste manufactured and were dry, but at least there’s a good choice of fillings. Chips were ok and the special sauce was good. They’re not dissimilar to a mcdonalds, just 3 times the price. If you like how food tastes, go elsewhere.

59 Yarrow RoadYou can't compare Five guys to anything like fast food. It's many levels above, easily on par if not better than some restaurants out there. People like to joke about the cost, but the reality is that they are actually cheaper than most other burger restaurants (if you take into account they serve a 'normal' burger with two patties). Up there with the best burgers I have been able to find. Make sure you get all the free toppings with your burger (minus the mushrooms) as that's what helps make these burgers so good. The milkshakes are also great and they offer loads of options. Service is always very friendly. Can't recommend five guys enough. For a large chain the quality they offer is impressive. The only downside is that I can't buy their exclusive Heinz branded mayonnaise - something about it is so much more addictive.

73-75 Commercial RoadCurrently sat in A&E after ordering a chicken Caesar salad. That doesn’t state that it has pine nuts in the sauce. After a call with the branch as I felt symptoms of an allergic reaction they said they would call back. Then came back to say that they do put pine nut shards in it but tried to cover themself by saying it’s classed as a seed! Which is also not on the contains list anyway. Hoping it won’t be serious but wonder when these company’s will ever learn. Will be taking legal action.
