Oh my.... I hadn't been to a five guys for some time but my latest experience was woeful. We ordered our food and waited and waited and waited. When we finally collected it and sat down, we opened the foil parcels only to discover soggy, cold and 'high' burgers and unappetizing fries. The only saving grace were the shakes. Overall, way too expensive for what was a very bad overall experience.

Moving to a vast industrial brewery with no atmosphere at all must be one of the worst business decisions made by this company. I tried to get served, with no joy with that and the small of urine where I was sitting made it a completely dismal experience. So I simply walked out. Used to go the St Maryâs Butts all the time but theyâve lost a loyal customer. Just goes to show, they donât care.

First impression, a very small English Village Pub. One inside, the Pub is classic old English, nice. The room is dated, but all you need is there. The problem was the heating, the heating from the radiator did not kick in, so a November stay a little cool! Food and drink in the evening arson classic pub fair, so OK. Breakfast, that was a rush job in the morning due to going to a meeting, but the toast was not good and the coffee very bitter, so not the best. This could be a bad experience, but is in the area during the summer I will give it another try, as the location is lovely.

New Management have completely turned this pub around, warm friendly and chatty staff. A lovely little new music venue that actually caters to young and old. They even offer vegan cocktails!!!! Was told by one of the new managers that live music is part of the new image now so will be back for their open mic for sure and their nachos topped off my night.

We have been to Richards many times over the last 20 years and it never disappoints. The service is excellent and youâre made to feel so welcome and at home. The food is consistently good and we have always thoroughly enjoyed what ever we have chosen. They are also dog friendly and ver accommodating so everyone has a great experience.

Superb. The food and the service. Yes, it's expensive, but the quality, quantity and unique preparation was immaculate. We chose three starters; Yellowfin tuna tartare accompanied by fresh home produced tortilla chips, Beef fillet tataki and enormous, juicy freshly cooked tempura prawns were excellent as starters. All had brilliant flavoured Asian accents. For the two mains we chose Korean sea bass, beautifully presented with a crisp exterior (and I'm not usually keen on sea bass), and an exquisite crispy lamb both with a extremely tasty flavoured sauce. Sticky Thai fried rice to accompany the dishes. No dishes could be faulted. Our only complaint: The venue is in a huge complex, with a second restaurant and a golf range. Huge free parking, but very busy and crowded. But just one disabled parking space, which of course was not indicated so we have no idea if it had been filled.

Woweeee! The pictures speak for themselves really. Great food, super location in the heart of the North Lanes Brighton, amazingly friendly fast efficient and helpful staff, very affordable and if you did t feel âcoolâ before going (as in young, hip, trendy, popular âcoolâ) you certainly do by the time you leave after listening to the wide ranging cool music, eating the most scrumdiddliumptious food and interacting with the young fresh friendly faced super organised fast and efficient staff! They meet your needs in terms of sauces, drinks, condiments before you even realise! Adam and Ben are terrific and worth their weight in gold managing the place superbly and Alice served us today and was so lovely you felt right at home by the time you sat down. Attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference and itâs a positive warm friendly attitude you get here. Thanks everyone! A great brunch experience so keep up the terrific work!xxx

A true hidden gem in the Horsham area! This diner is slightly away from the main town and not really accessible on foot/public transport, but is absolutely worth the trip only ten minutes drive from the town centre. A small venue, for which pre-booking is essential due to limited space, has a great retro-Americana vibe and portion sizes to match. Everything is generously prepared and well priced. There is seating in diner-style booths, or open seating (we were in a booth, my favourite!) The owner and staff were welcoming and friendly and our orders swiftly taken then the food and drinks came quickly after that. I had ribs, the first time I've ever had some so tender I really could eat them with a knife and fork as the meat fell off the bone with a touch, and was delicious. My wife (who's gluten free) had plenty to choose from and enjoyed her large helping of chicken. (So generous that we had to take the leftovers home with us.) We've visited several times and always really enjoyed ourselves. The pricing is affordable enough to visit regularly, but the portions so generous that if you do you'll need to increase your exercise regimen to balance it out. PS I'm not kidding about the pre-booking thing. They make this really clear on all their promotional material, but you MUST email or phone ahead to book or risk being turned away.
