7Bone Burger Co. in Brighton and Hove

Walked in walked out minutes after being sat. Server had an attitude which was massive!!!! Table dirty and HORRIBLE ATMOSPHERE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I wanted to give this a try - and my friend wanted to go to Honest opposite. But I like independents - and always give them a try. Chicken sliders weee actually very tasty - they were a bit soggy but the flavour was there. The burger combos just didn’t work - and the patties not good quality. Same as the fry combos they just didn’t work. Tables are so close together you feel like you are eating with the people next to you. Should have gone to Honest.

We have just ordered this on Deliveroo and I just had to write a review straight away. Fantastic food, super thick milkshake and great packaging.

Best burger I've had in a long time! We went looking for a substantial lunch before driving home after our visit in Brighton and stumbled across 7Bone. As it was our first visit, we asked the staff member some questions on the menu and was given the choice of ordering online or in person (we chose in person). The food far exceeded our expectations and we couldn't finish it all (bigger portions than we expected) but we gave it a damn good try! I had a 'Frankie says' and my husband had a 'Classic cheese'. Staff were attentive enough. Only thing I found odd was being given a straw with our cans of drink (option of a glass would have been better). Wouldn't hesitate to visit again but only 2 sides this time not 3!!

Fabulous food and service, Matthew needs a mention as he was so efficient and friendly, happy person. Would go there again.

In a nice area that we haven't explored before, the portion sizes were huge. Burger was a bit overpowered with blue cheese, Kung Fu fries were lovely but the star of the meal had to be the chicken fried olives, they were incredible.Would return but would go for a different burger.

Went here for lunch on 26th September and it was amazing, as always. Staff were all wonderful and friendly. The covid restrictions were really well managed, registration and temperature check on arrival, space between tables and wiped down thoroughly. I had the chilli cheese dog and fries, which was fantastic and such a large portion I didn't eat for the rest of the day. I will certainly be going here more.

Great menu, great tasting burgers, lovely staff and they do some weird and wonderful specials.One of my favourites was the Marmite Burger which was limited edition - I hope they bring it back! Side - Their mac and cheese is really good and you’ve gotta go with loaded fries!

The food here is INCREDIBLE! I always eat far too much and feel like I might explode when we leave, but it has to be done.Perfect treat meal.

Had a visit for lunch with my 4 year old grandaughter.. good selection of food, my burger was very nice served with fries... no condiments or sauces were offered though. My grandaughter had a cheeseburger but had one bite and said YUK...had a look at it and the patty was overcooked and the cheese was a sticky mess under it... she ate her fries though but again no sauces. She had a milk shake and ice cream which she declared yummy though. The thing which annoyed me was that on presentation of the bill I was asked how much tip I wanted to leave! I was quite prepared to leave a tip but not to be asked like that! Dont think I will be back in a rush

Highly recommend this burger joint, our family of 4 had a fantastic meal. We ordered a selection of wings, burgers & fries - all perfectly cooked. Cocktails excellent too. Couple of items not on the menu, we had no issue with this.

Welcome by the lovely host who sat us down and made us feel very comfortable despite the current climate, however was not informed about half the menu not being available until we went to order. Settled for what was left. When food arrived it was stone cold, staff were apologetic and very quick to bring us back out a hot dish. Decide to stay for say shakes which we asked to drink in when given the option but when they arrived were shoved in a to go cup and handed the bill, where payment was taken straight away and table was cleared. Normally love this place and couldn’t fault it but just felt that visit was rushed and needed table back far to quickly. Will definitely come again but hoping for a better experience!

Myself and my fiancé placed a collection order with you guys last night as we’ve been desperate to try your food since before lockdown happened earlier this year. We both ordered a red basket deal which was great value for money! I got the winner winner chicken burger and seasoned fries and my fiancé got the Prince Charles is overrated and the dirty fries. We also ordered chicken tenders and the frickles. We used the app which was great so we knew exactly when the order was ready so I could hop out the car and collect it, the collection process was quick and easy and the staff are so friendly. The food was exceptional!! We loved every bite and we ate it all! We want to come back again and hopefully sit in next time! Brilliant food and we highly recommend them!

The service from the staff is excellent, particularly Elliot was really attentive and helpful. We were also impressed with how the covid-19 restrictions were being managed, helping us feel very safe. All burgers are delicious!

Punching above its weight, was a good standard burger and average fries , sorry to criticise but way over priced , would be run of mill any where else.

Came in for my birthday lunch and as always outstanding food. Also perfect service from Jamie(maybe, his name definitely began with a J) thank you for making my birthday even better.

This was the choice of a teenager so expectations weren’t high! Boy were we ever surprised! Friendly welcome, good, diverse choices, prompt service of drinks while we chose our meal all led to a very satisfying lunch. We giggled at the names of some of the burgers (eg I chose the ‘Prince Charles overrated’ burger as did one other. Meat patty on that one, the two other diners chose chicken options and all agreed everything was delicious and plentiful. Would definitely return & recommend. PS clean toilet and well priced.

The food was absolutely amazing, Jaime looked after us amazing from start to finish! Best hang over food ever, well in general amazing food. Smelt amazing the minute we walked In and it was super clean. Milkshakes are something else too!

We had a great family meal here, delicious burgers and sizes and fantastic service from Jamie who went out of his way to be super friendly to our 2 kids. They both loved the burgers, milkshakes and ice cream and the grown up were happy too!

Great service, very friendly staff and the food was amazing I asked for the Ronalds revenge with Mac and cheese and some halloumi fries and I definitely recommend the Lola milkshake!

Excellent service! 5/5! The staff were really friendly towards us. And service was quick too! Would recommend! The malt-oreo milkshake was one of my favourite.The hotdog, (one of the many new additions to the menu) was absolutely delicious!

How dare they serve me a burger as good as this! Had the PBBJ burger and it did not disappoint. I really enjoyed the garlic mayo/cheese chips also it was a real nice change than just normal fries served in most places. Will definitely be coming again.

My boyfriend and I and another couple went to 7bone last night and enjoyed a delicious meal! I am a little picky and they were happy to edit my order, and were careful to cook everything to our tastes. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. We were served by a tall guy (so sorry, can't remember his name) and Eva who were both friendly and attentive. The beef burgers were a little smaller than expected, but the sides made up for it and the chicken burger was huge, so all in all it was very good value. Thank you, we will come again!

Been wanting to try this place for ages. Went in and no staff about apart from waitress more interested in her phone. After a couple of minutes of waiting to be seated, she approached us and asked us what we wanted in an unfriendly manner. We said we wanted a table for two and she told us to sit anywhere and went back to her phone.

We entered at around 18:00 on a Sunday evening. The place was half empty. From ordering our burgers about 5 delivery drivers had come to the door while bags of food was being taken to them. This actually looks when you see staff attending to them. We received our burgers 30 minutes later after ordering them.

Always loved this restaurant and the friendliness of its staff that was until today.

Have eaten here a few times and has always been a treat so decided to go this evening for a quick dinner to celebrate our 10 year anniversary.

We used to go quite often, we were what you could consider "loyal customers".

I took my teenage daughter here. She had the vegan burger which she seemed to quite enjoy. Though it ended up being a soggy mess merged in with the paper liner in the plastic basket it came in. I eat veggie or chicken and didn’t want fried food but as everything was fried I had buttermilk chicken burger with a side of macaroni cheese. The chicken was ok but had very fatty coating and the mac was barely edible. They add truffle oil to the Mac which usually I would like the taste of but it tasted very synthetic and the resultant texture was gloopy. It was barely edible. I noticed the people on the next table also could not eat their macaroni cheese. If you like fatty food eaten out of a plastic basket where the food ends up merging with the paper it’s served on you will love it!

Really surprised how delicious the food was. A really good choice of burger style food and variations as well as a good drinks menu.

Went out for a family dinner tonight, this place never fails to deliver quality burgers and fries as always and it was our first time trying there nutella cookie stack (its realy good), We have had a few take aways in the past from here but never as good as going into a place to eat, People who leave reviews on having a take away moaning that it's cold soggy and waiting ages maybe should complain to the likes of just eat and deliveroo were they order it from rather than slamming decent places to sit down and east like 7 Bone or even better stop being lazy and get up off of your back side and go into a eatery to sit down and experience fresh cooked HOT food coming out of the kitchen onto a place and delivered to the table your sitting on, For us I'm scoreing 5 out of 5 because 7 Bone is worth that score and every penny that our bill came to

Ordered online via Deliveroo, paid over £50 and waited over an hour before they said ordered was delivered by which they meant cancelled and so it never turned up. Absolute joke, don’t bother.

What an excellent place! I was staying in Brighton and walked through Hove looking for somewhere to have dinner. Despite the fact they were busy (good sign), the wait staff were attentive and pleasant. I ordered the Buttermilk Chicken and Chili Cheese Fries, along with a Maltoreo shake and I felt like I had eaten like a king. The chicken was perfectly cooked and the burger not soggy, and the fries were glorious. When I asked for the bill, I was pleasantly surprised to see I had a Red Basket Meal discount, so the whole meal was extremely good value for money. I will definitely visit again next time I'm in the area, and would totally recommend to anyone looking for very good quality food at a reasonable price.

I can honestly say that the best burger I have ever eaten was served to me at this restaurant. The quality of the meat used, coupled with excellent ingredients, meant that the cheese burger I order was delicious. They are amazing.

Found the menu a bit confusing and when we tried to order a particular deal they had, there were no details about what was and wasn’t included so had to start all over again! Some of the food a bit greasy, but it’s a cool place to try new types of burgers.

I have been a few times and it is always great. If you like saucey burgers and dont mind getting messy its the best sitdown burger joint in the area. It is a little pricey so its a naughty treat and so worth it . You wont leave hungry. The deep fried gerkings with blue cheese sauce are soooo good you must try them.

Been here a couple of times now. Foods great, excellent value on both food and drinks. Service is exceptional. The kids menu is really great value, especially for hove prices. Cant really recommend it enough if you fancy a decent burger and decent portions. The onion strings are recommended

Visited 7 bone with friends this afternoon. Everything was unbelievably good! In our group we had burgers, hot dogs and sliders (mini burgers) with as many sides as we could!! The truffle mac and cheese was awesome, as were the chilli cheese fries and poutine (gravy and cheese curds with fries!)

Went here with a group of friends. Burgers not really my thing but it was a friends birthday choice. Not s big wine menu so we chose rose, again not quite my thing but was very acceptable. Nice to see jugs of water served without being asked for.

Visited over the bank holiday weekend. A nice burger restaurant situated amongst all the other restaurants in Hove. I had the special Marmite Burger, Onion Straws and Thick Shake made with Oreo cookies, it was all delicious, freshly cooked (you can order a rare/pink burger)and served by friendly helpful staff and all for only slightly more than one of the larger more well known fast food outlets. If you fancy a burger be it beef or chicken and want it cooked how you like you really need to visit 7 Bone, I guarantee you won’t be disappointed and it certainly won’t be your first and last visit!!!

Wow what amazing burgers at great prices.The children’s meal deal is a nice surprise too and very good portions.Definitely a little treasure I will be going back too.

Just ate here today. I had The Prince Charles is Overrated burger with onion straws as a side. The burger was messy and really delicious and absolutely hit the spot! Was a bit less keen on the onion strings though, they tasted ok but were really greasy and most of the batter had fallen off them. They weren’t really the crispy side I’d expected. My daughter had the kids cheeseburger and fries which she loved. Staff were all friendly and helpful. All in all a very nice meal and will definitely be back.

I googled great burgers in Hove and found this place. Great friendly service and excellent food. The staff knew the menu and were happy to recommend items and treated my daughter with special needs completely equally and recognised her as an individual. I’ll come back again next time I am in town.

Tramite TripAdvisor ho trovato questo "fast-food": locale carino semplice , servizio veloce, hamburger ottimo, probabilmente uno dei più buoni che abbia mangiato. Sono uscito dal locale rinato. (probabilmente è un po' caro per la dimensione del panino, ma oggettivamente la carne è di qualità).

Awful service, poor food. Rude waitress- don’t bother! The burger that was supposed to be pink was dry and over cooked. The’cheese’ on the fries was soppy and rank. Seriously, any local pub does a better burger. Awful to the max

The food is great but our visit was seriously disrupted by the amount of takeaway orders via deliveroo or similar. We watched bag after bag being taken to the front door. The staff did apologise for the extended wait (25 minutes) but it did feel like the balance was off and it slowed down our evening.

We had lunch here and it was really good. The service is excellent. They come to your table and tell you how to work the menu out, and to get the best value.

I do like a burger and love hot wings - so this was a good find. The Rasta Wings with blue cheese dip are just out of this World, not sure i have had better and if I have, it was in the US. The burgers are good - maybe a little small. Typical Burger joint where less is more and the servers are hip and trendy - can't pretend the service was anything to write home about, but if you like your burgers and wings, then it is worth giving this bunch a go - I have been 3 times now

I was very hungry so thought okay I'll go for a "Ronald with extra patty". But for over £11 for just the burger I was so disappointed by this tiny burger! Tasted okay but if you've got a big appetite or looking for value for money suggest you try somewhere else.

That was the most Devine burger I have ever had, and it’s taken me a long time to finally find a burger that satisfies me as much as the Donald trump burger has, the beef is amazing and the pizza cheese tops it off nicely, but the MAC N CHEEESE THO, I CANNOT believe how yummy it was, I will 100% be bringing my girlfriend back on 27/07/19 for her birthday and she does not KNOW what’s in store for her, I will now be a forever customer, I will love and breath 7bone, oh you fancy a burger tonight? I took my other half here for his birthday last monday (1st July) and it was as always delish. The staff were the best bit for us this visit though. We were served mainly by Elliot but also by Katie and Sophie when he wasn't available. They were a great laugh when I told them it was my boyfriend's birthday as they gave him a shot of bourbon and along with a shot of pickle juice... sounds rank, apparently very nice. They were very attentive throughout and always made sure we had everything we needed. We both left very happy.

I loved the idea of classic diner food and a cheap eat alternative in Hove... but this was extreme diiiiirty food!

We have been meaning to visit a 7 Bone for a while now and finally decided to go so this was our first visit and WOW! We felt so relaxed as soon as we got there and staff were all lovely. The food was awesome! I cant think of anywhere else you could get food like this that is this good! Kids were happy and adults were happier! We will definitely be visiting again.

Well, what can I say, another brilliant meal. We called in after shopping and were greeted with a smile by Katie. I tried the Caravan Park hot dog for the first time and it was delicious. My wife had the Prince Charles and my son had One Big Chicken. All meals were outstanding, and we all thoroughly enjoyed the overall experience. Katie remembered us from previous visits and explained the menu again. We had a long drive back to Northampton afterwards and really enjoyed the whole experience, and thoroughly recommend it.

Second visit to 7 Bone and once again can’t fault it! The burgers are delicious, the Winner Winner is my favourite chicken burger ever. Great range of sides on offer. The staff are friendly and attentive and the service is quick. Will definitely be back for a third time!

Live fairly near to here but have always given it a miss as always looks busy and you cannot book in advance. However, a few people have recommended it and one commented that the layout makes it ok even if full - it can be busy but you are not crammed in. So we gave it a go and loved it. Food was good and really liked the range of sides - much more on offer than burger and chips. The El Capitan local special was a nice touch. Special mention for the staff who were friendly and got attentiveness vs the relaxed vibe just right.

I’ve dined at the Southampton & Bournemouth 7Bone branch plenty of times. This place has never failed me! I was thrilled when stumbling upon the Hove branch. Delicious food, (Winner winner burger to die for) The service was prompt, informative, friendly. LOVE the hardshakes, especially “My name is Lola” - beautiful! Special shout out to Joe & Anna for looking after me. Legends! :D

Jess, Sofia and Elliot were absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond to offer fantastic service when we came in late. I know what it is like to have customers come in later in the night when you are tired and work in hospitality but these guys were tremendous. Cannot recccomend enough. Thank you, poppy

Wanted to visit 7bone for ages and managed to go the other weekend. The food was just okay couldn’t really say much more than that. I asked for my burger to cooked well done so didn’t expect for the patty to still have pink meat inside so I had to send it back, to be fair they were very accommodating and made me a completely new well done burger. But to be honest it was just a burger and I’ve had better. However the fries, tater tots and MattCHKN nuggets made up for the average burger. Will definitely go back but maybe to their restaurant in Eastbourne

Love 7bone easily one of the best burgers I have ever had! With great special burgers sides and cocktails. Staff are always super helpful and full of banter. Only problem I now feel disappointed with a burger from anywhere else

This is one of the best burger restaurants I have ever visited. I got the donny J trump burger and shared poutine fries and the truffle mac and cheese with my friend - couldn’t fault any of the food! Will also note that we went on a Friday and had to wait about 25 minutes for our table and then probably another 25 for the food, and without saying anything the manager came over and told us they were taking 20% our bill for the wait ! Great customer service and will definitely visit again

My partner and I love a good burger joint so visited 7bone on a friends recommendation and the burgers were delicious. I had the trump burger, my partner had the hive special. Although they were the same price my partners came out looking like a kids meal compared to mine. He was a little surprised (and jealous) of the difference - I’m sure you can tell what I’m referring to in the photos I’ve attached! We did mention it to the waitress who simply said they are all the same ounce patty, just one has more extras in it than the other - completely fair point.

If you like burgers then you must try this place. It is an American style dinner but I like the British type humor you see in the menu. The burgers were delicious as well as the fries. The staff was friendly and the whole night was very pleasant.

I would have given a 5 if the wait was shorter to get our meal. They seem to be very popular with pickup take away service and our food lagged behind somewhat.

The food served at 7bone is constantly amazing, that’s a given. The staff are the cherry on top. My friend and I were served by Bonnie and Katie who were just so welcoming. We really couldn’t of asked for two better people to help us with our visit. Big up 7bone!!

This was our 2nd time visiting 7bone in Hove, after an underwhelming visit a year ago.

Had a wonderful meal here with a few friends on a midweek evening and I cannot recommend this place enough! Although the whole meal was top quality, their wings are some of the best I’ve tasted in Brighton, and you’d be a fool to go to Seven Bone and miss out on those bad boys!

We had been to this restaurant a few times before and loved it, we went on sunday and was disappointing i sent the macaroni cheese back as it was cold in the middle, they sent it back it was very watery, not cheesy.

Absolutely excellent meal here again, as I took my family for their first visit; and they loved it! Thanks Joe for your excellent and welcoming service. The food was on point (as always), and the salted caramel milkshake is to die for! Definitely recommend to everyone!

Didn't meet my expectations of a good burger.... bun like in mcDonald, very VERY greasy, served in plastic tray. For the price it come at, I was not satisfied. No sides included, have to add everything separately. There are better places for burger for sure.

This is not our first visit to 7Bone, nor will it be our last. Had a really enjoyable meal on a Tuesday afternoon, no-one else in the restaurant (ordinarily that would put me off, but this time it meant we had the undivided attention of the staff and didn’t feel that we had to rush).

Lovely friendly staff. Burger was insanely good and the poutine also surprisingly good. Just back from Canada last week and wanted to see what the UK can do with it.
