Just saying this chain restaurant has now closed and changed hands. Reopened as Primo in May 2024. Decor improved, great food and customer service second to none! Now privately owned. Go and try!

Ordered food on online. Easy process. However, when the food turned up the salad was really warm and the cheese on the burger was solid and not fresh if that makes sense. Like the burger had sat around for a while

Chicken wings were semi cold, not well cooked and bland. My partner’s burger was soggy. Chips and milkshake were ok. Cash only but at least they advise you of this on arrival.

Visited whilst on holiday with the family. Expected a lot more than it ended up being. Staff disinterested and clearly didn't want to be there. One of our dishes was cold, burger was very bland and not seasoned at all well. Wouldn't return.

I went with my two daughters whist on holiday nearby the food was lovely and our waitress Tessa made us feel very welcome with her warm smile and friendly nature- definitely worth a visit

My family and I visited t bone this evening for a early dinner with our kids. The staff were friendly and attentive, the food was delicious, we had steak which was lovely and chicken, the food was fresh and flavoursome! We may return here again this week!!

This was my second time visiting, the first was absolutely amazing which is why I was so very looking forward to this next meal, I came on Friday right as it opened and you’d think that everything was fresh and prepared but no my main dish comes and (Grilled chicken with a side salad and sweet fries) this salad was very disappointing because before evening digging in I could tell by the state of the rocket leaves and lettuce, that the salad had been sitting for about a day already, it was most likely the salad from day before, AND don’t get me started on the tomatoes, absolutely disrespectful the texture had already gone funky (if you know then you know) Moving on to the most upsetting thing that I can’t get past is the chicken… this is an unforgettable flavour, the spices and sauce is indeed unbeatable (in my experience) but todays chicken was weird? I say this confusingly because I’ve never had this happen to me, the chicken was hard and when I dug in with the fork, it was almost crunchy in a way, I had questioned myself—is this even cooked??? It was but the texture was hard and not pleasant when consuming, the best way I could describe this is to raw but it wasn’t, I believe that it was old chicken that has been frozen for some time. Id like to mention that the first time wasn’t like this, and the salad was fresh because you could tell by the crunchiness of the rocket leaves, the chicken also has an even texture but today was very disappointing and it left me puzzled, my trust is gone… I will not be coming there again

The food was good and good-sized portions. The house red wine was rough, according to my friends. It was replaced with white, without any problem. The music was so loud that you could not hold a conversation and was the same thumping beat for the 2 hours we were there. Measured at 70dB 5 metres from the nearest speaker.

I had literally the best steak ever from here. The whole family really enjoyed their meals so much that we visited twice in the same week whilst on holiday. Staff are super friendly and food came out really quick. If only we could bring you back to Wales.

Don’t know what staff are like but got a quick take away milkshake and to be honest it was pretty terrible . Especially for the price , I think £1 would have been more acceptable for the quality . Staff seem ok , rating is based solely on milkshake as that’s all I had . If I return to try the food then review will change hopefully for the better .

Took my family for another meal at T Bone tonight. Two ribeyes and two burgers. All lovely. The staff are super friendly and service is excellent.

We have visited T-bone multiple times and it has gone downhill drastically. We didn’t book a table as only a party of 2 and has been quiet previously. It took ages to be seated, ages for order to be taken and ages for food to arrive. Others who arrived after us had orders and food faster. When food arrived it was stone cold, but didn’t send it back as had waited long enough. Actual food was decent and portions were good. Had to ask multiple times for drinks to be refilled and for the bill despite making it very clear that we were finished. Seems you only get good service if you know the owner.

Our first visit to T Bone - great service, great food, great value. Our group tried wings, burgers and half chicken, all really good as were the sides. Highly recommend.

Just got back from our 3rd visit and all 4 of us had an amazing meal! The owner explained when we ordered that there would be a bit of a wait as they were busy..and offered free nachos to keep us going which went down well! When our food arrived was presented lovely and was so tasty, you could tell all the meat was locally sourced! So friendly and welcoming....puds and shakes were yummy as well. Came for dinner 17th September, the food took forever to come out! The burger buns were completely black, the chicken burger was burnt and awful, the wrap was black burnt crispy and awful sloppy taste inside, the sweet potato fries were flavourless! The beef burger was raw and bright pink, and the ribs had no meat on! The children’s meal was scraps of chips, the chicken popcorn was hard, and when complained was offered a measly 10% off our bill, all left with very hungry tummy’s Very disappointed would not recommend

We ordered from T-Bone via Deliveroo towards the end of August as we had heard good things and thought we would give it a go. We were nearly put of by the extortionate prices but decided that it would be worth it. We placed our order and the food took around 1 hour and 15 minutes to arrive. Again, we ignored this as we were hungry and hoping for good food. Unfortunately pretty much everyone's food order was wrong. I had ordered a burger with curly fries and received normal chips which was not the end of the world but my lactose intolerant friend ordered a wrap and specifically asked them to remove the cheese which they had not done. Due to the cheese being melted it was impossible to remove and so my friend could not eat the wrap that cost them an arm and a leg. I then tried to eat my burger which was as dry and cold as a hockey puck so I couldn't stomach it and didn't eat it. We tried to call the restaurant 7 times to ask for potential replacement food to see if they could make it right and they did not answer. We then put in a complaint through JustEat and received 10 pounds back off our 50 pound order. We had hoped to maybe have an apology from T-Bone and tried to call them a few times again to see what might have gone wrong but they did not answer the phone. We would usually be quite forgiving and accepting in the start of this scenario had we had an explanation but the lack of customer service was the final straw. The entire experience left us very put off of T-Bone and we won't be ordering there again, and won't be recommending them to our friends. (Also, as a final note we ordered mozzarella sticks that were 6 pounds thinking that there would be quite a few in the pack - there were 4 small mozzarella sticks, not the best value for money!)

We’re big fans of T-Bone, but sadly, today, you have tainted your reputation with me and other customers confused by why we were being over charged with the 50% off discount applied. Normally, a lunchtime meal for the 4 of us costs around £38 (4 burger meals and 4 drinks). Today, the same order cost me £33 after the 50% discount was applied. After a disagreement over the price, I was given a £3 refund which I could clearly see was no point trying to argue further as they simply would not budge. Please avoid this restaurant Monday to Wednesday in August as you will not save any money and they will claim the full cost of your meal from the government (today they will claim £33 from the government for our meal and so make a huge profit at the expense of their customers). Instead, go Thursday or Friday lunch time and pay the same money but avoid the unscrupulous management from profiteering from the ‘Eat Out to Help Out’ scheme. Also worth pointing out that we were handed menus with the actual meal deals shown on them with no mention the deals did not apply.We were going to book again for later in the month, but have now decided to take our business elsewhere to another local restaurant who will apply the ‘Eat Out to Help Out’ offer with their customers in mind (restaurants are not losing out on this deal, they are claiming every penny back and the government website clearly states the discount is to be applied on top of standard offers, menus and prices should not be amended in order to over charge your customers and claim more than necessary back from the government).The food was great, but customer loyalty is being eroded by your underhanded business methods during this promotion.

Family of four wanting to eat out to help out. My brother went for the TBone which was cooked to perfection! My son and I went for the ribs and Jack Daniels sauce,oh my delicious! Went here last night with my wife, son and daughter, didn't have any of the draught beer on the menu,just carlsberg (girlsberg) My wife had a hot dog and onion rings, she said it was not nice, and you'd get a better one in a burger van I had the sirloin steak, it arrived very thin almost like frying steak, also overcooked,I'd asked for rare, my daughter had one of the burgers which she said was OK. My son ordered the big t-bone steak, they bought him out the ribs, then said thats what had been ordered,it wasnt! My son had the ribs anyway so we could all eat together, he said that it was nice but he'd of much rather of had a steak. Under normal circumstances I would of certainly complained, but it was my sons treat and I didn't want to upset him.For the prices that they charge I expected a lot better. My wife and myself will not be returning. Go to Mustards around the corner,much much better.

Today has been my third visit in the past 2 weeks for lunch with my family. Simply cannot fault the lovely staff. Very welcoming and friendly. The burgers are very meaty and of very good quality. The side orders of onion rings, sweet potato fries and haloumi fries are equally of a good quality and excellently cooked. The waffle dessert is amazing and I’m not even a dessert lover. I sampled my grand daughters and oh wow it was gorgeous. I also have to add that their cappuccino is the best I have sampled in Bognor. Even beats costa!!! Just not nice. Ordered a delivery. First off the guy handed it to me instead of putting it on the floor and stepping away which is what I asked for in the delivery notes. The halloumi was too thick and barely cooked so it was hard and cold. Halloumi is a favourite of mine but I took one bite and left it. Fries were the best part but average. The burger- just something not quite right about the taste. Doesn’t taste like beef. Also so overdone it was just tough and chewy. The onion rings were ok. Wouldn’t order again. A shame as I’ve been wanting to try T Bone since they opened and only just got around to it. Never again.

Like everyone else, we're all locked down at home, no pubs or restaurants open. But...a ray of light shone down from Facebook!!T-Bone was open and delivering!! We all ordered burgers with dirty sides plus one extra side of nachos with Chilli to share. I had the Viva Las Vegas Burger which was absolutely superb! So tasty and what you should expect from a gourmet burger, with plenty of salad in there too. I backed this up with hot wings...They were outstanding! As hot as they should be and really meaty too!! The nachos were top drawer! If you fancy some of this, please order in good time though as these guys are busy. I was quoted an hour and a half to wait. They were spot on. Ordered at 6pm- order arrived 7.30pm.I have only one niggle and that was that the food had cooled down allot, it certainly wasn't cold but it wasn't really hot either. I can't wait to try this again soon.

This was way better than I expected! The food was really great. I had the Viva Las Vegas burger with peri peri chicken wings. This was their “Dirty Deal” which was £12.95 and amazing value as well as excellent quality. My partner had the Rooster chicken burger and halloumi fries. Again, brilliant. Our daughter had the mild chicken and curly fries with a mountain of salad. The bar was also good and I washed it all down with San Miguel. The bill was tiny. Amazing!

The food in this restaurant is so nice, it’s just so badly run. The waiters etc run around like headless chickens. This is my second time visiting and still not had a good service always forgetting part of meal or drink etc this time round they brought out my others half meal, then lit 5 mins came round my other half still hasn’t eaten for his meal for manners and I had to ask the waiter where my food was! Which I then received which was very yummy. There has been a refurbishment which in my op looks and feels awful. It used to be sooo much better before the tables and the restaurant looked so American with an open kitchen, now the tables are so close to each other like you’re speed dating! If you have anxiety or claustrophobia you won’t like it :(. It’s clear they’ve done that so they can fit more tables for extra $$. If you want nice food here’s your place, but be prepared. It would have been 5***** if the restaurant wasn’t such a mess :(

I book a table for 7 my sister in laws birthday, table was not ready on arrival and had to wait 20 minutes to be seated, once seated no one came to take our order for another 20 minutes. While sitting waiting a man on another table with his wife and child had asked for some condiments to go with his food, still hadn’t been given them after 5 minutes so he went up and asked the waiter(probably manager) for them again, the waiter was extremely rude and shouted at the other man for everyone else in the restaurant to hear and told the man “what do you want me to do, if you don’t like it then f’ing leave” at this moment I didn’t want to stay in your restaurant because I was appalled by your staffs manners so me and my family of 7 got up and left another with the other family. I had had 2 other meals in this restaurant but I will not be returning. Disgusting behaviour.

Absolutely superb meal served brilliantly..... nearly all (20) meals served at same time, hit and tasty and exactly what was ordered, even though some are fussy eaters. It was all such fun and the staff and chefs outstanding!

Just had lunch in T-bone burger. Tolga and his staff were so lovely despite being slightly short staffed and a little stretched. 3 of us had fabulous burgers. Nice to have a generous side salad too. Great position and have put a lot of thought into the interesting decor which helps for a great atmosphere. Staff are genuinely keen to make customers welcome. Plenty of choice and lots of options available. They cater for couples, groups and families. The food really exceeded our expectations and it was nice to speak to the owner who was really keen to listen to our thoughts and he told us he planned to extend the existing menu with some new ideas. Glad to see they are busy and they deserve to be.

We walked in at 7.30pm on a Saturday night and although we didn’t book they managed to seat us straight away and the restaurant was busy. The food was really good and well priced. I can definitely recommend the Chorizo nachos, Las Vegas Burger and Chilli beef fries. We will be back for sure!

Just visited to try the burgers. Great setting. Nicely done out. I am really fussy when it comes to a good buger. I can honestly say it was easily one of the nicest burgers I have ever eaten. we went here for the first time for dinner, using a discount voucher from local radio station offer... Really loved the décor and the decoration.. we were seated and served really quickly. good choice of food-I was a bit worried there wouldn't be much choice for vegetarians but needn't have worried-they do several options. I had the Linda's burger which was delicious-along with the sweet potato fries.I asked the waiter if the vege burgers are cooked on the same grill as the meat and he assured me they are not and that they take food allergies very seriously-which is very re assuring. the rest of the family had burgers and chips and pronounced them "the best they have tasted " the freak shakes looked very tempting-will try next time.. dessert choice limited but the tiramisu was delicious and the pancakes freshly cooked and served with ice cream.

Had a party in the area and was staying over in bognor so needed lunch. Had read good reviews so booked in advance just incase it was busy... well, we needn't of booked as it was as good as empty, for a Saturday afternoon i would of thought it would be busy.....
