Went for breakfast and we had the pancakes. Absolutely delicious, huge portion and plenty of maple syrup and crispy bacon 😋 yum. Lovely waitress and bottomless coffee

I was recommended this pub by a friend and oh boy it did not disappoint. The atmosphere and the ambience was lovely. Great evening spent with friends also the food was incredible .Definitely be returning !

Really disappointed with our pre Christmas dinner, no Christmas menu available, many options also not available on the menu, poor service and uninteresting food. Disaster!!!

Lovely fun restaurant with excellent burgers and yummy shakes. I went there with family for my daughter’s birthday meal and we had a great evening. The waitress was so lovely and really helpful and we all left happy 😃

Walked in walked out minutes after being sat. Server had an attitude which was massive!!!! Table dirty and HORRIBLE ATMOSPHERE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

New Management have completely turned this pub around, warm friendly and chatty staff. A lovely little new music venue that actually caters to young and old. They even offer vegan cocktails!!!! Was told by one of the new managers that live music is part of the new image now so will be back for their open mic for sure and their nachos topped off my night.

We have been to Richards many times over the last 20 years and it never disappoints. The service is excellent and you’re made to feel so welcome and at home. The food is consistently good and we have always thoroughly enjoyed what ever we have chosen. They are also dog friendly and ver accommodating so everyone has a great experience.

Buena comida, excelente ubicación en el corazón de North Lanes Brighton, personal increíblemente amable, rápido, eficiente y servicial, muy asequible y si no te sentías “fresco” antes de ir (como en joven, de moda, popular “fresco”) que sin duda lo haces para el momento en que te vas después de escuchar la amplia gama de música fresca, comer la comida más descuidada e interactuar con el personal joven y amable cara a cara súper organizado rápido y eficiente! ¡Satisfacen sus necesidades en términos de salsas, bebidas, condimentos incluso antes de darse cuenta! Adam y Ben son geniales y vale la pena su peso en oro administrando el lugar magníficamente y Alicia nos sirvió hoy y era tan encantador que te sentiste como en casa para cuando te sentaste. La actitud es una pequeña cosa que hace una gran diferencia y es una actitud cálida y amigable positiva que se obtiene aquí. ¡Gracias a todos! great bagels and a wide range of choices for fillings. the gluten free bagels are lovely too, and all orders for coeliacs are prepared in a separate area to avoid cross contamination. however, prices are a little expensive.

Nuestro grupo tuvo una experiencia extremadamente decepcionante. No solo se nos cobró de más inicialmente, sino que también nos vimos obligados a pagar el importe total de nuevo con la seguridad de que se reembolsaría el cargo inicial. Más de una semana después, siete de nosotros todavía estamos esperando este reembolso prometido, dejándonos a todos significativamente de su bolsillo. Los intentos de resolver esto con la administración fueron recibidos con indiferencia, no han hecho nada para acelerar el reembolso o abordar el problema. Esto se siente menos como un error y más como si nos hubieran quitado dinero sin urgencia ni rendición de cuentas. Una experiencia completamente desagradable. Evite si valora el servicio transparente.
