Not effen open yet! I don't mind if it's listed on the map, but then absolutely make sure the hours are correctly listed as *closed* - is common sense something that doesn't exist within Google maps??!!

Como siempre Coelica lucho con la disponibilidad de alimentos som GF y los que están preempacados son yak! Para mi sorpresa estaba encantado de tener panqueques recién hechos GF no te puedo decir lo sangrientamente maravilloso que sabían muy servicial personal encantador será de vuelta!

Ordered double burger no cheese, confirmed no cheese when paying got home it was smothered in cheese and no straw for the coke Can't eat cheese so in the bin it went

I got told 20 mins when ordered, 40+ mins later... it arrives, partially cold and soggy with an item missing.

We both ordered the Vegan burger with large fries. Was a bit shocked at the price but this is famously a chicken place so understand that a vegetarian option would be more expensive. The shocker though is that the food is tasteless and incredibly dry, hair nets are not worn and bearded blokes have no face coverings and the eating area did smell of urine. I wasn't sure if this was coming from the toilets themselves or whether or not a young child had recently had an accident and the floor hadn't been adequately cleaned. Either way sitting there with that aroma filling my nostrils while eating an overpriced tasteless dry burger and watching the bearded geezer prepare the food left me feeling disgusted.

Stephen at McDonald’s truly went above and beyond during my visit! From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and positive energy that instantly made my day better. He was incredibly efficient, kind, and attentive to every detail of my order. It’s rare to see someone take so much pride in their work, especially in such a fast-paced environment, but Stephen handled it all with professionalism and a great attitude. He’s a true asset to the team, and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Keep up the amazing work, Stephen!

So this is my forth time I've ordered from mcdonalds in dalton park to my home address I have countless wrong right the driver parking on the other side road to even giving me the wrong mcdonalds this time I have ordered I big mc medium fries looked in the order no fries I am getting sick of this now you really need to sort it out

Se utiliza la aplicación macdonalds para pedir una entrega. Cuando la comida vino del conductor de Uber, faltaba un artículo. Llamó a este Macdonalds para informar, para que le dijeran que no pueden hacer nada al respecto, tendrá que ponerse en contacto con Uber para un reembolso. Como fue su culpa no pusieron artículo en bolsa (que estaba sellado) no fueron de ayuda en absoluto, no querían dar 1 estrella como muy terrible servicio al cliente. Rang uber y como solo faltaba 1 artículo, no están dando reembolso. No me dejó hablar con el gerente y haber alcanzado el máximo servicio al cliente, así que estoy de mi bolsillo debido a este restaurante. Nunca más usaré este macdonalds y uber 😡😤

Visited KFC today and was really disappointed with the service. Luke spent most of the time chatting with other staff instead of focusing on orders. My order—just two items from the Saver Menu—took over 12 minutes to be handed out, even though it was ready. Meanwhile, drive-thru orders were being prioritized, with staff rushing to get them out while ignoring customers waiting inside. Other customers were also left standing around while staff stood talking. Really poor service, especially when the delay was completely unnecessary. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re in a hurry.

Fui esta noche de postre con mi novio y mi hijo de 7 años. Al llegar, no sabía que tenías que esperar una mesa porque no había ningún cuerpo allí, y la mujer detrás del mostrador dijo que perdona que te conseguirá una mesa. No me gustó eso desde el principio. Entonces pedí un helado de sundae para mi hijo y pedí dos veces salsa de chocolate en él. Teniendo en cuenta que el helado cuesta casi £ 7 y tiene que pagar un extra de £ 1 por un pequeño chorro de salsa. Nos sentamos y esperamos por nuestra comida, todo vino menos el helado. Mi novio se acercó y dónde estaba y había estado sentado allí en el congelador todo el tiempo. Luego me preguntó dónde estaba la salsa, y ella dijo ‘no hay salsa es extra’. Grité y dije que sí pagué extra, a lo que ella luego me miró con la mirada más boba que he visto y dijo que imprimiré su recibo. Dije si está ahí o no, pregunté dos veces. Ella me miró de nuevo y dijo ‘lo haré esta vez’ como si fuera una especie de vagabunda que no podía permitirse un £ 1 extra después de ya gastar £ 30. La actitud era apestosa. No vas a volver no deberías estar trabajando en hostelería sin una sonrisa, parece que no soy el único que piensa que esto tampoco se sale de las críticas. El hombre del personal era encantador y quiere enseñarle algunas lecciones de su libro.

We ordered 1 hamburger (no pickles), 1 mayo chicken (2 mayonnaise & no lettuce), 4 chicken nuggets, 1 ketchup, 1 large double cheeseburger saver meal, 1 medium fries & 1 large fries. Our meal was served cold, the fries had no salt on and were stone cold. The hamburger came with no mustard/ no onion/ no ketchup. The large double cheeseburger came with no mustard & no onions. I would understand if the restaurant had no pickles/ no onions or no mustard but it doesn’t take a genius to get a staff member to make customers aware that there isn’t any of this incase they may want to change their mind and want something else.

1 out of 5 staff just not good enough the order was short boneless filet and dips meal. The dips didn’t appear with the order. The chap who took the order in the first place couldn’t speak much English which you’d have thought was a must given the job. This isn’t the only time I have had bits missing from previous orders. Only use the place once in a blue moon, it’ll be a long time till I go back there if at all.
