I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience my partner and I had at your restaurant yesterday, where we came to celebrate my partner’s birthday. Unfortunately, the evening was marred by poor service and an overall lack of care from the staff. We arrived at 8:00 PM, looking forward to a special evening, but our food did not arrive until 9:30 PM – a full 1.5 hours later. Initially, the staff seemed to expect us to simply accept the long wait, and for the first hour, we were completely ignored. When we finally approached the staff to inquire about the delay, there was no apology, just a vague mention that they would “check.” At no point did we feel that the staff acknowledged the frustration or inconvenience we were experiencing. When the food finally arrived, the explanation given was that there had been a mix-up with our order. Again, no apology was offered, and at this point, the atmosphere had already been soured. What made it even worse was that other tables arrived after us, ate, and left, while we were still waiting. Given that we were celebrating a special occasion, I had planned to surprise my partner with a cake at the end of the meal. However, because of the long wait, we arrived at 8 PM and didn’t get our food until 9:30 PM. When we received our food, the staff announced last orders, and when I asked my partner if we should order a cake, he rightly pointed out that we would likely have to wait another 1.5 hours to receive it. By then, the birthday mood had completely been ruined. When we asked for the bill, the waiter’s offer of a free starter (£11 value) as an apology felt completely insufficient and frankly, offensive. We came to your restaurant to celebrate, and it was clear that the staff’s attitude showed little regard for our experience. I would have preferred no gesture at all rather than one so trivial in the face of such a poor service. The most frustrating part of this experience was that we could have understood that mistakes happen, but the complete lack of communication, the absence of any apology, and the apparent indifference from the staff made it clear that our discomfort was not a priority. What was even more unsettling was overhearing the staff speaking in a language we didn’t understand while passing our table, giving us looks that made us feel as though we were being mocked. This entire experience was deeply upsetting, especially since we came to celebrate a special occasion. I can confidently say that we will never return to Burger and Lobster again. As my partner said, the customer service here was far below expectations – we’ve had better service at fast food restaurants like McDonald’s. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure no other customers have to endure the same treatment.

Now trading as G. Astrologia we visited on a quiet evening earlier this month and - despite being the only guests on the evening - had a great time and would definitely recommend to anyone watching. The service was exceptional from, I believe, Angelika. My T-Bone was perfectly cooked, my companions also vouched for their meals and the dessert was sublime. Special mention for the Aires Andino Malbec - nectar at the price - perfect serving temperature - enhanced and complemented a good night out. Quality.

We'd never been to mac n wild, but always had it on the list - so we ordered the lockdown DIY kit. The kit was more expensive than similar kits (honest, p&b, dirty bones) and there was 50% less burgers per person in the kit. So you'd expect it to be great, right...? Wrong. To the point my partner and I didn't even finish the 1 burger each... just really not very good comparatively. Really really disappointing and it has been very much taken off the list for places to visit once lockdown ends. If you want a DIY home kit during lockdown, go elsewhere for much better value and quality. 3* because it wasn't terrible (it was edible, sure), but it really wasn't worth what was spent - especially compared to competitors out there right now

Este fue un hallazgo al azar mientras estábamos deambulando, buscando un lugar para comer. ¡Estamos muy contentos de habernos topado con ella ya que estaba muy, muy sabrosa! Las hamburguesas vienen solas, así que querrás pedir guarniciones, pero a 3 por £ 10 no puedes equivocarte. Las hamburguesas estaban deliciosas. Teníamos una verdura y una carne y ambas eran suculentas y venían con todos los adornos. También tuvimos los refrescos que eran muy sabrosos también.

establecimiento más patético que he tenido la desgracia de visitar Personal grosero, comida fría y quería £ 30 para 2 hamburguesas y patatas fritas, pero esperaba que comiera por etapas! Las mesas y el piso estaban sucios y después de hablar con un personal arrogante grosero , pedí un reembolso ya que no estaba comiendo en este lugar asqueroso , la salud y la seguridad necesitan visitar.

Entramos al restaurante y estábamos en un grupo grande (aunque no cenando juntos) la camarera seguía diciendo que no podía sentarnos juntos (explicó que no estamos juntos) y que solo somos 3 y el otro grupo es de 5 . Ella no fue comprensiva en absoluto y, finalmente, aunque a regañadientes, nos sentó a los tres al lado del restaurante y a los cinco al otro lado. Entonces ella no era amiga, casi quería pedir nuestro pedido y cuando llegó el momento de ordenar, no fue educada y parecía molesta por estar aquí. Mi hermana tenía una solicitud de no semillas de sésamo en el salmón y la camarera nos informó que no está autorizada para tomar ese pedido (no semillas de sésamo) y tendrá que hablar con el gerente, luego lo hizo y pasó el pedido. , cuando llegó la comida, las alitas de pollo se veían súper secas y solo huesos, explicamos que nos gustaría intercambiarlos y la razón por la cual y nuevamente a la camarera simplemente no le importó y después de darnos la sensación de no querer demasiado, recogió el plato y luego esperamos 20 - 25 minutos para el entrante cambiado. Mientras esperaba el entrante, la camarera quiso limpiar el plato que tenía mi hermana pero con el arroz todavía en el plato mientras esperaba que el entrante comiera con el arroz. También quería inclinarse sobre la mesa para recoger mi plato, que fue fácilmente quitado de mi lado (muy incómodo). En general, una experiencia muy incómoda y un personal súper antipático, la comida claramente también ha disminuido. Esta sucursal no debe ser visitada si necesita un ambiente agradable, lo que debería hacer como cliente.
