Zebrano Soho in City of London, Westminster

Absolute moral misconduct. One of our young 18 year old friends left the club for some air, she was denied entry back into the club based on the fact she was a ‘single lady’. As a result of this, she was left exposed to harassment on the street which both bouncers, working 24th February 2024, saw and chose to ignore when she alerted them about it. What are bouncers for? Safety. By choosing to ignore the pleas of this vulnerable girl, these bouncers have failed to do their duty, furthermore, when we tried to discuss this in a calm way the bouncers refused to talk to us and accept our feedback, and therefore I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLUB TO ANYONE.

Was so looking forward to our visit here but hoping our comments may improve future visits because there is so much potential. The booking says doors open at 1pm. It was nearly 120pm before that happened. An underwhelming bar area meets you where your feet stuck to the floor .. it’s the beginning of the ‘day’ no excuses for that. Just mop the floor.? The same could be said for most of the areas .. please invest in some cleaning. The event is scheduled from 130-430 but 2-4 is more realistic. The host and bar staff are deserving of a positive mention. It was clear that the third act was running late and others were filling in. The host was professional, entertaining and beautifully made up and the investment in the audience clear. Despite her best efforts it couldn’t cover up whatever was happening for the third act.

Went with friends for Drag Show afternoon tea on Saturday afternoon. Great fun, the performers were professional and very funny. Good music and dancing after. Food was very average but that wasn’t the important part of the afternoon. It was stated Bellini for an hour and we only expected a couple of glasses but staff were brilliant at coming round and topping up. Even drinks from the bar were very reasonable prices. Bar staff very friendly Would highly recommend for a Saturday afternoon out

I came here as part of a Wowcher voucher for a comedy night. It was easy to liaise with staff to book my voucher and on the whole we had a lovely evening. Staff were friendly and professional and there was a nice vibe and some good comedians. The drinks and drink prices were average were ok but the bar food was disgraceful. We ordered some cauliflower bites and crispy chicken with fries. The food was overcooked, dry and tasteless and I was appalled that we had paid so much money for terrible food. The venue for the comedy was poorly set out and no one was able to help us identify our seats and the seating was arranged in a poorly fashion (chair facing opposite the comedians). Despite the food being ghastly and the setup poor I would return for the comedy but just eat beforehand elsewhere.

At the entrance it says 4pm till 10pm happy hour and lists the drinks below but guess what that is a scam as after 7pm happy hour is over the sign at the entrance is completely misleading such a scam

This is a hard one to write, but I am going to write it. Having been to many a bottomless drag brunch in London, there is an expectation of what you will receive, Zebrano's in Soho was by fat the worst ever "bottomless" brunch experience. Firstly, they should be forced to remove "Bottomless" from all of their advertising on their on website and any affiliates websites, they DO NOT OFFER "BOTTOMLESS BELLINI'S" or indeed anything bottomless, more on this below. The booking confirmation states the following: Doors open at 1pm and guests will be seated at 1:30pm, please note food service and performance will not be delayed for late comers. We arrived at the venue for 12:50 and were finally let into the bar area for around 1:15pm and then finally seated for around 1:45 and the first drink was served at 1:51pm. It was then after 10 minutes for a refill and this was the process for the entire hour. When we asked for refills of our bottomless Bellini's we were told by ( I assume bar supervisor " we operate in rounds" you have to wait. By 2:23 we had received 2 drinks and we were over 30 minutes in. People in the venue started approaching the bar and asking for refills and clearly they weren't happy, in all we had a total of 5 drinks in the hour. This simply equates to 1 skinny glass serving every 12/13 minutes, this is clearly NOT BOTTOMLESS. There were a total of 24 people at this brunch and they were serving the Bellini's in carafes, and they had 2/3 people serving, so they were not over worked or indeed busy, they simply did not want to honor what they had sold. However here is the plot twist, they had a full bar in the brunch area that was manned and waiters approached the tables constantly throughout the brunch to sell you drinks! This whole operation is a sham and frankly a scam, give people what they paid for upfront then when the time is up, offer the bar ,not within 2 minutes of serving the first drink come and ask for more money. If a venue is NOT going to offer bottomless, why sell it as such, sell it as as a drag show with afternoon tea and glasses of bubbly with a simple appendix (no more than 5 glasses of prosecco or bellini's will be served during the show), then nobody can feel robbed or make complaints, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR. As for the actual afternoon tea, that was edible but can't have cost more than £3 per cake stand if that and it was shared between 2, it was so basic. They offered cups of actual tea around 2 hours after they had served the food part and walked around with a tray of scones that been pre-assembled with whipped cream at about the 90 minute mark, you all helped yourself to one off a tray. Garbage. The drag host, Vanity Von Glow was brilliant as were the other 2 performers Robyn Tracey and Dj Lady Lloyd. In my humble opinion they frankly should be in much better venues, they deserve better and this is why they are getting 2 stars instead of 1.

Amazing and friendly staff, especially the manager Oli and security staff. Bar team are friendly and helpful. Good atmosphere, great mixture of music, with the DJs playing the latest club bangers and some old school classics. Great place to also watch football. Modern basement venue and a nice rooftop...right at the heart of Soho.

Wey good viebes, karaoke night was great, but is ends so soon. The hostess was AMAZING. I think her name was Candy. A sweet lady and very affordable drinks.

Underwhelming - AVOID I cannot believe having paid £60+ for a ticket that we received 1 quarter of a sandwich per person. Unnaceptable and they should be ashamed. We were utterly embarrassed and couldn't get out fast enough. The management must hold customers in contempt yet repeated reviews highlighting dreadful food seem to just roll with it - what an excuse for hospitality The absolute pits -

The plus was the entertainment which was brilliant. But if you go for afternoon tea you will need to eat before. Zebranos let themselves down big time with the insult of food that was presented for an afternoon tea. I asked for a vegetarian option and I was presented with tuna sandwiches which I don’t eat. 6 quarter sandwiches between 4 is a joke with one very small cake each with a small scone later. We came out starving!

I was so disappointed with my visit to this restaurant, especially having received some good reviews. I was in a party of 20 family members for my son's birthday. We waited 2 hours for our food to start arriving and I left after 3 hours, still not having been brought my food. The service was awful and some of the staff were extremely rude. Totally unacceptable and un-neccassary behaviour from them left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I will never visit this restaurant again and would advise others to venture with caution.

Zebranos Soho branch - Booked for a birthday meal. THE WORST dining experience of my life! Waited over 2 hours for food. Pre booked a large table of 20+ and only 6 people received food in a 3 hour period. Disgustingly rude staff including restaurant manager, verbally abusive to customers. Only positive, the chef himself came out and apologised for the sevice, he spoke with integrity and sincerity, you could see he cared about his customers dining experiences. Huge shame his staff/team didnt reflect his hardwork and passion. Overall...TERRIBLE!

Me and my friends went to Zebrano on a Sunday night and had the best time we have never had so much fun! Great music, good vibes and even better staff. The owner was so kind and gave us free shots. Special shout out to the women in the girls toilet who genuinely made our night, have never experienced anyone as kind and lovely as her. Next time we are in London we will definitely be coming here again. BEST NIGHT EVER!!!!!

One of my favourite places in Soho. On our night out Amin offered a very delicious cocktail which is called Berry Cush. I really recommend everyone to try it!! Thank you Amin for your great hospitality :)

The evening started off well. Lovely service and great cocktails. But later on the lights got turned down and music got turned up so loud it was unbearable. No one could hear eachother. Which is strange because if we can’t dance, then there’s kinda no point? We were downstairs so I wonder if it’s louder there than upstairs but yeah it just ruined the evening cause we couldn’t even have a conversation anymore

I used to be VIP and they decided to put us on the 4th floor in a living room. I booked it a month ago for the ground floor, near the DJ, never happened. Not even just being bitter but it wasn't even busy. They said, it depends on the money...i've spent thousands in this place, hence the reason for being VIP, i even offered to pay for the seats, they said no in the end. Ruined the f*** out of our night. Went home...if i could give it 0 star i would. Never going back.

Had a lovely evening with my friends, the staff were so accommodating and experienced in cocktail making. The host was absolutely lovely, we had the best night and would recommend to anyone coming to soho. Zebranos is the place to be! Love it!!

My first trip into town for a long time did not disappoint Zebro served up a treat. Great food out the open air with the sun going down as well as the fantastic cocktails. the girls serving could not do enough as well a some great cocktail recommendations. I will be back very soon.

Came here for drinks and pizza with friends. All the staff were great, the cocktails were lovely and the pizzas were outstanding! Complied with Covid rules really well and the outside area was warm and comfortable. Isabella was particularly wonderful and deserves all praise! Will return!

I was served by 2 amazing staff who have repeatedly served me times before and the service has always been amazing! Franz and Izabelle have served me numerous of times and I find myself coming back as they are such warm spirits and make my experience at zebranos amazing! Went to this bar yesterday and staff very friendly and courteous. Music was the best variety I have heard in any London bar no matter what age you are. Samantha the mixologist was so friendly and made us feel really welcome considering we are in the older age group. Also want to mention the bar tender behind the bar was very courteous as well. We came to visit for drinks on a Friday night. Friday night is a little crazy in this area but Zebrano made us feel homely and welcome. We ordered our drink via app and everyone was very friendly to us - even when we weren't sure on how it worked, everything was explained! Lovely cocktails. Definitely recommend this place. Drag Queen Saturday brunch show was brilliant. On the Saturday we visited there was a replacement Beyoncé Rhys’s Pieces who was outstanding our favourite of the show. Great fun super friendly staff, we will return.

The three queens performing were incredibly funny and talented and staff were very generous with the bellinis. Had this just been a drag show, I would have scored 5* but the food really was quite rubbish. It was fairly obvious that the mini-eclairs and macarons on the plate had recently been defrosted from an Iceland's box. Bearing in mind this place is in Soho, my sister's vegan option was four sandwiches and some fruit. Literally every cake shop/bakery/cafe in Soho sells vegan options. Surely a member of staff could have picked something up? It's not really an afternoon tea without any cake. We also watched every other table be served their scones and when my mum asked for ours, the server didn't know what she was asking for and so we didn't get any. Bottom line - I'd go back if there was an option to enjoy the drag acts and forego the food.

The bouncer was incredibly rude to me, I felt sexually discriminated against because I’m a women. Once we got in, the drinks were extremely watered down. The whole place seemed incredibly dirty and the service was terrible. My friend even claimed they saw a rat there. Also, every server was very rude. Overall, it was an awful experience. I would NEVER recommend. Stay away.

Wasn’t even in this place and the door staff kicking off in the street even though we had not been in their venue. Learn some manners - you don’t own the street, if you want people to move along maybe speak in a polite manner and don’t block the street with your own barriers - will never visit this place as your door staff clearly represent your business

5 of us booked for the Drag Queen Brunchette and had a fabulous afternoon. The Bellini’s were flowing, the afternoon tea delish and the entertainment fabulous. Good choice of music had us all dancing, great mixture of ages from 20’s to 70’s, great atmosphere, we loved it and would certainly book this again. I would also add that all the staff were friendly and really welcoming.

So storm Dennis has a lot to answer for, We were meant to be going here on Saturday travel warnings stopped us from going, Call to restaurant basically tough luck wouldn't change booking and wont refund. 3 of us going so that's £87 down the drain. Outfits bought and brother gets no Birthday Pressie from me this year.

Qué manera fantástica de pasar un sábado por la tarde con las drag queens en Zebrano. El ambiente era salvaje. Tiros de bienvenida, a mitad de precio en algunos cócteles y una hora de bilinis sin fondo, y por supuesto el té de la tarde. El té de la tarde estaba bien, un poco pesado en la mostaza en uno de ellos, pero bueno, ¡esto no se trata realmente del té de la tarde! El rango de edad fue increíble, todos fueron muy amables, el servicio fue impecable. La mayoría de la multitud eran mujeres y solo cinco hombres. Esto es divertido para todos, así que muchachos, solo vayan y disfruten de la diversión, es probablemente uno de los mejores entretenimientos de la tarde que hemos tenido.

Went there for NYE party. Did not get any canapy which we were promised. The taste in music was rubbish. There was no buildup to the NY countdown. The drinks were so expensive and with the free token, we got rubbish drinks. All in all not a good way to usher in the New Year. Avoid at all costs. There was a Wetherspoons next door and that was much livelier, the bar staff were friendlier.

With good food at a reasonable price and friendly, attentive staff, this was a great find as we walked around Canarby Street and surrounding area. Would definitely go again if around this part of London.

Drag Queen Brunch! Fabulous afternoon!

I had a horrible experience there, my friends and I were harassed by several guys, it was also way too backed you could barely move side to side. The security guards were miserable. There were were to many men who thought it was acceptable to just grab our butts, the only good thing was the music.

Did not appear to have our reservation even though we had email confirmation. Put on table too small to hold pizzas. As soon as prosecco deal up was told to move without asking if wanted other drinks!!

Great bar: -lovely new roof terrace -great atmosphere - great staff - the owner is a legend! I really recommend a visit

The drag act was hilarious and I can highly recommend this for good entertainment purposes!! We had a day booked for a friends birthday celebration, the afternoon tea was tasty and plentifully. We left there and went our for a few hours and returned in the evening when it turned into a nightclub..... which was not so entertaining, extortionate prices for Sri is and unfriendly and stroppy bouncers. ,

Bought a Groupon for the comedy club and drinks at £8ish each. We do not live in London and was meeting up with a friend for a couple of "tourist" days in London.

I have always been a fan of zebrano but hadn’t been for about 2 years...I was not disappointed by my recent return. The bar man...whose name I wish I knew, worked at the front bar on Friday 11th October and served the best caipirinha I have had in London! All his cocktails were made with passion and that was reflected on the delicious taste. My biggest regret is that I don’t live in London anymore...this place is fantastic!

This is a really fun night, with a fantastic MC and really good variety and quality of acts! The venue is lovely, and central and the night doesn't finish late which is great for a weeknight! Perfect way to spend a Monday night, you're guaranteed to laugh!

drag brunchette at Zebrano is an absolute must. The staff are great the bottomless Bellinis are constantly topped up the artists are so entertaining it is just a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon . We will definitely be back.

We were 10 Italian guys on Saturday night going out after work at 1:35. Cocktails until 3 am but guess what? We couldn’t go inside with no reason. We got the id, we would pay to enter but they said ‘the local on the other side should be fine’ whilst the guys behind us were welcome and joined the bar.

Had such a good night out here, in such a good location and the music was great! We all had so much fun and are already looking forward to coming back soon!

Zebrano was fantastic! We booked the cocktail masterclass which was really good! The staff were so friendly and they really looked after us, they gave us a sharing platter which was a nice touch and we made many cocktails which was so much fun, highly recommended

My partner and I visited Zebrano for a late lunch a few weeks ago after downloading the app. Our friends recommended us both so we both got £10 credit and a £1 cocktail each using the in-app 'scratch card', which was great. My partner also had a free bottle of Processo as it was her birthday that week.

We paid £30 each for afternoon tea with 1 hour of bottomless bellinis and Drag Queens entertaining us

Night was very fun but experience in the end horrible. Me and my friend went to have a few drinks at happy hour. We opened a bar tab and each of us had 4-5 drinks each(bear in mind they were half price). The table we were sat at had to be given to a reservation and we moved to the bar. At that moment the staff let us know there was some huge mistake an that our number was 46 not 4 as on the tab card.

Arrived, but booking lost in post...Got to say though, that all the staff scurried around to get us seated, then treated us like royalty all afternoon...the tea itself was ok...the entertainment was absolutely fabulous to count a phrase...enjoyed immensely, especially my wife...definitely recommend...

So went to this bar on Saturday night to catch up with some friends. It was 2 for 1 on cocktails until 8pm which was really good. The inside of this bar was not to bad and we had reserved a table so we didn’t have to stand all night. The whole night was going so well until me and a few female friends went to use the toilets downstairs. For some strange reason they leave the main toilet entrance door to the females open which I felt infringes on your privacy and safety. There was no female attendant but that was fine as the toilets were not massive. However the male bathroom attendant decided that as the door was open to watch me and my friends taking selfies or doing our make up by the sinks was ok. We challenged him on why he was standing there and he said he was allowed to. We said this was not right and could be close the main entrance door. He said no. He then get staring at us in a very unpleasant sexual manner and was laughing. This made us all very uncomfortable as he was a peeping tom. He also said that if we made a fuss he would have us thrown out. We left the toilets and went and spoke to the head of security in the bar and he apologised that this should not have happened. I would say to anyone going to this place especially women to be careful and hopefully this attendant should not be in this bar again. Otherwise the night would have been amazing, shame that a vile staff member ruined it.

Crammed in and couldn’t easily move out of the chair. Compere was only one who sang - everyone else lip synced. Food not great although cocktails were fine. Unfortunately wouldn’t go back

My best friend surprised me by booking here and we started with cocktail class was great all cocktails made were brilliant. Also made a French martini which I loved. Then after class down to a table booked and it was throwback Thursday so was very pleased. Ordered food especially the goujons with more cocktails. Host was brill he encouraged to take part in lip Sinq battle which we didn't but vibe was brill. It took 4 attempts to get our fries but they were good. My friend even got them to bring out cakes with sparkler. Was the icing on the cake and we also had connect 4 on our table. Great fun night.

Lovely place, I come here every so often. Enjoyed the bottomless pizza and Prosecco this time for our anniversary. Food and drink was really good. One member of staff was a little pushy and for some reason did not want to give us our discount with the zebrano app but all was find in the end.

Celebrated my friends birthday and had bottomless prozecco and pizza night! Highly recomended, we had such a great time!
