Unfortunately, my purse was stolen during my visit to the store, and I am reaching out to request assistance in accessing the security camera footage from that time frame. I understand the importance of privacy and security but believe that the footage could be instrumental in identifying the individual responsible for this unfortunate incident. Below are the details of the incident * Date: December 28 2023 * Time: Between 7:30 pm and 8:30 pm * Location: Starbucks Marble Arch London 26 Edgware rd. UK * Specific Seating: We were seated right next to the trash can near the window. We have asked the worker to get in hold of the camera footage but he was not helpful at all he told us that he cant reach the manager and he didnt even try to reach the manager he didnt seem to care much or even help. We asked him kindly to try and reach the manager he just refused and did not do anything about it.

Schöne Filiale mit netten Ambiente und leckeren Kaffee Köstlichkeiten. Jedoch sind 80% der Plätze dauerhaft durch HomeOffice Arbeiter besetzt die über Stunden die Plätze blockieren und ihre eigenen Dinge verspeisen. Schade als Kunde müsste ich leider wieder gehen.

One of my favorite Starbucks in London! The ambient is beautiful and seating options are great and comfortable (especially the bar chairs). However, the best part is definitely the staff! Ralu, Fran and Klara are definitely the type of barista who make you comfortable, are there for a chat, yet working quick and efficiently. Thank you for your outstanding service! Oh and this is definitely one of the cleanest Starbucks in central London btw…

There are two toilets. Can’t one of them be for male and the other for female?

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Paid for extra shots and sugar free caramel while they loaded the frappe with regular caramel and no extra shots. Don’t ever visit this branch!

Despite I like Starbucks, but the local staff there weren’t friendly at all, one of them yelled at me because I was asking why the wifi doesn’t work and I need it to know my directions. And she screamed at my face “if it doesn’t work, it doesn’t work that’s it!!!” It is ok if she said that gently. The other day I came and I saw another one shouting on another customer for taking a photo of her cafe. Like seriously if they mad all the time better for them not to work in service business.

Latte and flat white at this branch tasted very bad and not up to Starbucks standards. Staff members were not hospitable or friendly

I asked Carmel late with cream on top and they forget to add is fine not the first time they forget but the lady that serviced me wasn’t happy evn thug I paid the cream u wasn’t free and on top of that her face change and when she is put the cream I said to her thank you she didn’t reply and that is very rude as customer she should treat me nice and smile not start with attitude am really disappointed with the staf and I hardly complain but I think as big company well know should know who you give the job

Excellent coffee. Almost all the staff are friendly too. Special mention for Adrienna - not sure got spelling right 🙂. Good at remembering repeat orders. Happy this is my local Starbucks.

Nice outlet. A bit dark and a bit dark. I think it needs refurbishment like the new ones around the world. Coffee was great as usual and the service was fast. Location is superb and well placed. The outlet is clean and all in place. Employees are cheerful and was of a great help. Thank you

I like the layout of this Starbucks, and the Nitro Cold Brew on tap, but my goodness some of the staff have a hell of an attitude especially the blonde guy. (It's worth noting that some staff, on the other hand, are really lovely but having sullen people working in customer service sort of stands out.)

We came here for a drink got in to the waiting lane there was a lady that popped in to the lane, she couldn’t speak English that well she wanted to order and the gentleman before her and in front of us didn’t mind her ordering first everyone was cool with it. The guy at the front with the name Emi was really unhappy and told aggressively the lady to go to the back of the lane when everyone was cool with her ordering first. After that he was keep being moody and unhappy.

Paid for a drink, didn't get a receipt and had to ask about my drink 3 times before they gave it to me after half an hour. After asking one of the waiters about it politely I got a blunt 'what' and got ignored right after i explained the issue. After asking another waitress she just gave me a look and ignored me after by not saying a word and checking her phone. If I could I would give it 0 stars. Absolutely avoid. Ruined mine and my friends' afternoon!!!!

I just been to Starbucks I chose a pistachio & raspberry loaf from the front the staff said I didn’t have the right to chose! He said that I had to take the front one but clearly it’s not the right information. Specially one I’m paying it’s horrible how people treat you I feel so offended.

This Starbucks is in the corner by Marble Arch. There is a lot of sunlight and it’s bright inside. The coffee shop wasn’t packed and the ordering process was efficient and fast. I like that they offer sustainable options: ceramic plates and cups if you stay to eat and/or drink. Their espresso and grilled cheese & ham were really good!

Store design is great and allow for long queues without causing disruption or confusion and selection of coffee’s/milk alternatives are the best in the area. But that’s where it ends, staff are in their own little world - making jokes about how customers look and deliberately messing orders/simple names up to have a “laugh” as I heard one put it. Staff in this store treat customers like dirt on their shoes and couldn’t care less for the reputation of Starbucks A real shame - requires some re-training at least

Poor customer service. Asked for a double blended iced coffee with heavy cream, this is what i have got from starbucks everywhere i go, has never been an issue, only to be told by Adriena that they cannot blend anything other than Frappucinos. Went to the shop in Marylebone who had no issue at all making my drink.

Great Starbucks its all about the friendly staff and efficient service, always on point served with a nice chat and laugh great place to grab your coffee and a fresh delicious muffin. Always has the latest offers and isnt mad busy and great in the summer with outdoor seating available. All at great prices too.

It took like forever for the employee to punch in our order, either he was new or he didn't listen to us. He had to ask 7 times for the 4 items we wanted. Hot chocolate - tasted like water Brownie - was like a brownie just a bit more dry Chocolate caramel shortbread - tasted like it has been lying out all day, and a bit burned in the caramel. White chocolate mocha - was okay.

Starbucks is Starbucks... You want good drink go here or cafe Nero... Because you know what you are going to get Its just easy to find every them... Every location has one of them. If you get lost you just have to find Starbucks and pretty much you can find whatever you are looking for so is a great place to meet up with people.

Specifically visited this Starbucks as it is supposed to be the only in the area that offers nitro cold brew. Was told it's unavailable. On separate note - please for your own information look up how much sugar are in some coffee drinks before you choose your order, no matter where you get your coffee. I did this today, and was horrified that I used to order white chocolate mochas a few years back...

The place is great but is one particular person of the staff....a blonde lady....a cold rude approach ....unbelievable....what costs you to be kind and smiley....she has a fake smile....that is poor cuatomer service....dear manager she is your image....nice place but when speaks and looks at people....I am speechless...horrible...but in reat all is ok staff is ok....

The staff here don’t care and are rude. No ‘please’ or ‘thank you’ throughout the transaction. There’s a Pret A Manger next door which sells coffee!

Terrible Service. I tried to order a drink on the menu and the barista who barely spoke English couldn't figure out what I wanted so I showed her on the menu. I saw her ask the other baristas and the manager how to make the drink and none of them knew even though it was on their menu and I made no changes to the drink as presented. The manager had to go print out a recipe card and finally started making the drink about 15 minutes later only to find they didn't have Nitro cold brew. I asked for regular cold brew and he said they were also out of that. I ended up just asking for a refund about 20 minutes after I first went in and left without coffee. Why have a drink on your menu if no one, not even the manager, knows how to make it?

Par for the course Starbucks. Be kind to your barista, they're doing the absolute best they can and we're all subject to off days. Otherwise, great for working and hanging out if you're not in a rush and can spare the time.
