Exceptional Food! Exceptional Service! Exceptional Experience! Chef Elliot Grover and his team are magnificent! Led amazingly by general manager Lee Kelly! The whole front of house team really go above and beyond to make your visit as special as possible. From Sebastian in the cocktail bar to Jack in the restaurant! An amazing night! The A5 Japanese Wagyu is like nothing I’ve ever tasted! What an amazing birthday!

The food was extremely delicious. The atmosphere was very nice and the waiters took very good care of us. I will definitely come again.

Faultless in every aspect. The food was beyond belief. The butter lettuce salad was as extravagant as it was delightfully surprising. The chef cooked my ribeye to perfection. The service, ambience and welcoming snacks made me feel at home and a welcome guest although I was dining alone. Really faultless

Really disappointing Sunday roast. For all the options in London this was super disappointing. The meat was so over cooked, very thinly cut, dry and tasteless. The gravy was served with a thick skin. The roast potatoes and cauliflower cheese were good. The service was just ok. I cannot recommend.

Fantastic! I genuinely think this restaurant has the nicest most attentive staff in any of restaurants i have visited in London! The brioche bread was sublime! The lunch menu is well worth it, we were so full and impressed with all the flavours. I recommend the cream spinach with egg aswell as the burrata salad! We will be back soon to try the burgers!:-)

The waiter was in a hurry to take order and never mentioned that rice will come with lobster so I ordered extra sides which was un necessary. Stir fry Lobster was uncomfortably salty even though it was supposed to be peppery. We also ordered steak and that was made to perfection.

The steaks were excellent, as always. However, the presentation of the Caviar needs to be upgraded substantially. The blinis were too thick, and the condiments were only sour cream and chives served in very average containers. This needs further work.

The steak was lovely but everything else was ok, sadly we all got upset stomachs post our dinner which is never a good sign. I had high expectations but I don’t think was worth all the hype. Won’t be coming back especially as something did not agree with us, felt like was money wasted down the toilet literally!

5 star PLUS. Went here for a nice dinner on our honeymoon. Everything was amazing. On a 1-10 scale, our waiter Raffaele was a 20. He will be remembered forever. We had the taste of 3 waygu steaks, Cesar salad, and mashed potatoes. The Japanese waygu was my favorite. I can also recommend the tuna tartar very yummy. For desert we had the apple crumb cake. It was also amazing. This restaurant and more importantly waiter were amongst the best I’ve ever been to and dined with. Cannot wait to return. Ask for Raffaele if you visit, he’s awesome.

Having visited Cut at 45 Park Lane few years back, I was looking forward to dining here again for lunch. We were served complimentary some cheese ball bread which my friend said was lovely and warm and also some pretzel bread which was good. We ordered the burratta with beetroots and candied nuts for a starter. The burratta was creamy but I felt that a mor generous portion of the beetroots and nuts may have enhanced the enjoyment of this dish, especially when you are sharing the starter. Being restricted to halal options, we chose to share the wagyu burger and the 6oz fillet. Both ordered as medium in terms of cooking. We also ordered the caramelised onions, chimuchuri sauce and the mushrooms side dish in soy sauce. In my opinion £220 approx for the above food for 2 people, was expensive. The burger was on the dry side and I have had the burger before and it was juicy on the precious occassion. The fillet was again slightly dry. The side mushroom dish was good but at £14.00 not sure it was worth it. We wanted to order the chocolate soufflé for dessert but unfortunately I had not looked at the lunch dessert menu, and they only serve the chocolate soufflé at dinner. I have had this dessert twice before and it's delicious. In conclusion, this time I was most disappointed with the food but the service was amazing.

Once again cut managed a incredible meal I wanted to try a different menu than before so we opted for the Sunday roast menu and I wanted a beef Wellington (halal option) which they contacted me a week before confirming they can do halal beef Wellington Sunday roast it was honestly so beautiful the chefs go into a lot of detail with each dish tasting different the vegetables the potatoes every single thing tastes amazing and it’s a meal to be thinking about when you leave the desserts don’t get better than this look forward to my next visit 5 star all round again. Thanks so much for making my friends birthday a day to remember!

The ribeye steaks came cooked Pittsburgh style and were superb with great charring. Unfortunately, an order of Dover Sole was much less successful

An excellent dining experience. Service, food and ambiance was first class.

We booked for NYE. As soon as we were walked in the door we were warmly greeted, live piano music and our coats checked. The ambiance was amazing.once seated it was easy to see there wasn’t a bad seat in the house. The waitstaff was amazing and personable. I order the US prime filet and my husband ordered the bone in ribeye. Both were delicious and perfectly cooked to our order. We enjoyed our sides and deserts. It was an incredible evening all around. We will be back when we are in London!

Cut 45 was exactly the type of restaurant I was seeking for the holiday…all class, impeccable service and delicious meal. We even got to walk there from Harrods which was perfect on a warmer evening. The food was wonderful. Starting with pretzel bread and cheese puff ball-shaped bread, followed by a tuna appetizer, we were off to a great start. We enjoyed their lamb chops, filet (requested butterflied) and shrimp entrees, along with 3 sides, onion rings, creamed spinach and traditional steakhouse style mac n cheese. Despite being full, we couldn’t resist trying the chocolate one” for dessert. Good decision! We would order everything we had again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or return if we ever come back to London! Our only challenge was the large, loud group behind me in close proximity. As the first round of reservations and the restaurant not yet to capacity, I’m not sure I needed to be sat right next to them. Made it a bit hard to hear our table conversation.

Us steak is good and the cut is butterfly, the green salad with avocado and mash potatoes are yummy 😋 the fries is average

We had a family dinner in the Xmas spirit. All dishes were delicious except maybe for the lobster that had too much sweet sauce that w covering any natural taste of the fish. Other than that everything was exquisite. Special mention to Mr Kristian who made our dinner time especially pleasant: we all felt taken care of and any of his suggestions were welcome and more than satisfactory. His courtesy and professionalism, the restaurant even more outstanding.

I have been to almost all of The Wolfgang Puck restaurants and thought I had found my favorite "The Cut" at the Four Seasons in Bahrain. "The Cut" @45 Park lane was definitely a cut above and definitely my new favorite. My husband and I were celebrating our 28th anniversary their and enjoyed the most amazing USDA Halal Rib-eye ever. Their starters were simply scrumptious as well. All an all truly memorable.

Horrendously overpriced tourist trap. Our family booked their Thanksgiving ‘special’ offering, excited to celebrate whilst traveling… The evening could not have been more disappointing. The food quality was mediocre at best—fishy smelling starters, dry mains, and side dishes that had clearly been left out far too long prior to service. Calling the waiting service indifferent is being generous, and frankly the venue itself is in dire need of renovation. I cannot imagine why anyone would voluntarily come here when this city with its vibrant dining scene offers so much more. We were lured (duped) into spending what should have been a fun and enjoyable family holiday here, and instead got stuck with a completely unjustifiable bill and left not only angry but still hungry! Perhaps the only redeeming quality of this place is the wine selection, however the sommelier couldn’t be bothered to help us… the only saving grace- their young and well meaning waiting support staff recognized the infolding travesty (not just for us but all the tables) and did their best… Wolfgang Puck should be ashamed to put his name on this place. Avoid this dump at all costs.

Went for a birthday celebration 21st! On arrival at our table at. 8.15 there was a child in a high chair at table next to us. Did not expect this in Park Lane on a Saturday night. The child was playing a hand held toy too luckily they left after 30 mins but made me feel on edge and distracted. Exceptional experience at this restaurant! The steaks were really good and the scallops were a must-try. The decor created a lovely ambience, complemented by professional service. A top-notch dining choice for those seeking a delightful meal in a refined setting.

Absolutely amazing from the second you step in. The service is second to none. The food is fantastic and every dish we ordered from the menu was memorable. When you have the executive chef Elliott Grover there, you know you’re going to get the absolute best. My new favourite spot in the UK hands down.

Luxurious setting, great steaks and professional service. Their lettuce starter is delicious. Great desserts. It’s pricey so we keep it for special occasions.

One of my favourites for steak! High quality meats, lovely and large portions for sides coupled with excellent service. What more can you ask for. They do special Sunday roast menu which is sumptuous and highly recommend accompanied by live music, which is not loud and bodes well with the ambience.

Superb superb. I feel like on this London trip I've given more 5 stars than I've ever done. This place is the definition of class (of course it's a Dorchester collection). We weren't overly hungry so a burger seemed like a good fit (and we looked for halal which it was). But they brought these delicious cheese and bread balls and pretzels fiest and ended the treat with chocolates. A perfect meal! And the burger was easily amongst the best I ever had but the fries WERE the best I ever had I suppose it's not that surprising given the status of Dorchester but nonetheless .... This is a place you need to stop at

I am lucky enough to of eaten at CUT for dinner twice now. I didn't think they could beat my first experience, but they absolutely did. The food is one thing but the service is another. You pay for the entire experience when you dine there, the quality of the food is outstanding and worth every single penny. The service from staff is so personable it makes you feel really at home. It is absolutely the best steak restaurant in London.

One of the best steaks I’ve ever had the Japanese Rib-eye and Japanese sirloin is insane! Pricy at around £170 a steak but honestly amazing. Staff always friendly and welcoming and professional highly recommend! Best steak in London easily. Mushroom sauce/Scallops a must with a meal here

Disappointing experience. We selected this breakfast spot due to its proximity to the Grovesnor Hotel, as we were leaving soon. Initially, we checked for reservations, which required a credit card, and noticed numerous available slots at fifteen-minute intervals. Instead of reserving, we opted to walk the five minutes. Upon arrival, we were questioned about staying on the property (Dorchester Hotel or Park Lane Hotel). We clarified that we weren't guests, to which the receptionist claimed they were fully booked. I pointed out that it was odd, as I had checked just five minutes prior and found many available slots. She asked us to wait, consulted with someone else, and eventually seated us. We ordered the avocado sourdough toast with two poached eggs, an onion mushroom omelette, a side of toast, two lattes, and sparkling water. The service and food were decent, but nothing extraordinary. The prices felt steep (over $100.00 US) for what we received. The omelette outshone the avocado toast, as the avocado toast was tough to cut through. I don't plan on returning and will not recommend this place for breakfast. My recommendation is to spend your money elsewhere. I wish we had been turned away and found a better breakfast spot. Just not worth it.

Who knows? Turned up without a booking to be told (eventually) that there was no availability tonight. Back to my hotel room and Google booking reports plenty of availability and the restaurant's own booking system reports available tables later. Business must be good if you can turn away money when you've absolutely got space. And yes I was dressed appropriately (shoes, trousers, shirt and jacket). Won't be back.

My best friend invited me, my nephew and my niece for a dinner. We had a wonderful time together. The food is excellent and the service is so nice too.

Overall, very high end as you’d expect from the Dorchester group. On the most recent visit however two standout events worthy of note. As the waiter asked each guest how they enjoyed their meal, I pointed out that half of my (not inexpensive) sirloin was sinuous and inedible. His response was “oh”; never to be heard about again. When the bill arrived (including a 15%) service charge I was surprised to see instructions on the credit card machine asking how much tip. I asked the waiter whether this was instead of or on top of the service charge only to be met with an audible harumph when I chose to add none. While I will often leave a tip beyond the service charge, this was not the occasion. Come on Dorchester, you can do better. We both know it. 3 weeks on: Wow. I just received an email from the restaurant manager. Issues will happen everywhere, it is how you address these which makes all the difference. Thank you Emily. We will be back.

This place serves Halal Steak (Australian Wagyu Beef Filet Mignon/ New York Sirloin) This place offers delicious Halal Steak, including Australian Wagyu Beef Filet Mignon and New York Sirloin. The lobster roll was tasty, though more lobster and less brioche would be preferred. The Seared Orkney Scallops with garlic and chilli butter were decent but not outstanding. The Australian Wagyu beef filet mignon from the grill was cooked to perfection. Sides like broccoli, mushrooms, and creamed spinach were unnecessary as the steak was best enjoyed on its own. The dark chocolate souffle for dessert was heavy and the accompanying sauce wasn't impressive. Finally the 1970s wenge loose raw PU ERH tea was disappointing, both in taste and value. Despite some mixed experiences, the steak was truly exceptional and worth the visit.

Food and service was impeccable, manager Raphael was a complete gentleman and host and his service was 10/10, he even personally escorted us up to the bar for after lunch drinks. Thank you so for making my mother's birthday such a great experience. Will definitely be back.

The steaks took 1.5 hours to come & when they came they were cold! On informing the server the steaks were heated up, causing them to get burnt.

Great steak and good service albeit around 25% overpriced. I guess we need to help cover the cost of being in such a prime location. We spent £1100 on 3 adults and 2 kids. Didn't feel like the experience was worth that much, no alcohol. Probably wouldn't rush back as you can get equally good steak in mayfair at Michelin star scotts for example for far less.

First class service. The food was excellent. No Malbec on the wine menu. Way overpriced for what you get. You can go to other places and get the same cuts at better prices.

Good food, not outstanding. Service was very good. Restaurant lacks ambience. Long and thin. But like a corridor. Staff kept catching the serving tray as there is little clearance round tables. We went for a 21st birthday celebration. Wouldn’t book again. Quite a few children dining (evening reservation), maybe they were staying at The Dorchester. Restaurant part of the Dorchester group but located separately. Bit disappointed if truthful.

What an amazing dinner ! We had absolutely beautiful time in all respects! The fillet was amazin, probably one of the best i ve ever eaten. The mushrooms gorgeous! The risotto was awesome! The fries with truffle(although wasnt on the menu, they provide us with tht and thank u very much). The desert was delicious!!!!! What to say about the service, was 100% professional !!! CUT is ridiculously expensive. It serves excellent cuts of meat and mediocre sides and sauces. The best menu item was Dover sole at £65: a bargain. But the meats exceeded £125+ per person. Dinner for 4 with an inexpensive Bordeaux (£150) exceeded £750. A few slices of good steak, fingerlings, spinach, and a shared dessert with wine for nearly £200 each? Honestly, it's ridiculous. I've paid way more for serious food elsewhere and left happy. But not at CUT.

Absolutely flawless service food was exquisite in Divine. We didn’t know what to order and our waiter Jack was so helpful. Everything was what we wanted. Exceeded our expectations would definitely be back.

Went here recently for a birthday meal. Throughout the evening we were treated exceptionally by the staff and made to feel very comfortable and cared for. We had the seared Scallops for our starter, which were accompanied by a sprinkling of samphire which made for a great dish. We then had the Australian Wagyu steak (fillet mignon) which is the halal option. It was exquisite and the choice of sides to go with the steak make for many great combinations. We hope to come back soon and sample more of the menu!

The service was exceptional and the food was Amazing. However I feel that the food was overpriced. I felt like I was paying for the name Wolfgang Puck since this is his restaurant. The food was not worth this price. No it didn’t have anything to do with whether we could afford it or not. It’s just my opinion that prices were overrated.

We just stopped here after we had been out for about 10 hours and were really not well dressed at all, but we got the best service from every member of the staff. One higlight before receiving the grilled lamb chops and USDA filet prepared to perfection, was the Pretzel bread with very tasty butter. We had ordered creamed spinach, la ratte potatoes and potato puree as sides, and they were served in generous portions. We could not resist to try the desserts chocolate souffle and baked alaska - also in generous portions and tasted great. The place has a lovely atmosphere. The best meal in London on this trip! We will love to return here!

We visited a couple of months ago and didn’t receive a brilliant service, but we were invited back and they did a brilliant job in looking after us! The food was so tasty and the service was amazing! We had a great time and know that we will be back again in the future! The Sunday roast was brilliant! The starters amazing… the cheesecake was also incredible! A great experience and I can see why the Kardashians visit!!! I would definitely recommend!!!

Fantastic meal! The absolute best steak we have ever eaten. We had the Australian Porterhouse which was perfectly cooked medium rare. The filet was soft and tender. The strip was seared on the outside and red inside. Just delicious. Our waiter Jack was also wonderful and led us through the menu. We had the spring rolls, the asparagus and onion rings as sides. We finished with the carrot cake. Everything was beautifully presented and just so tasty. The service felt very personal. Would absolutely return. Highly recommend.
