One of my favourite places in central London and one of the best burgers I've eaten 🍔

Not sure that I have ever been served up such a sloppy mess of a veggie sandwich before,…clearly the contents of cooked mushrooms, onions, peppers with sliced tomato and burger cheese are way too slippery to cope in a brioche bun!! It was like impossible to eat roadkill and even harder without a knife and fork! Five Guys really need to rethink their veggie options… this is the 21st Century and veggies don’t want to be served slop anymore. That said … they do meat burgers really well and my teen was happy with hers. Chips in abundance, far too many to eat from a small order, loads wasted, would have shared a portion if I’d known that ‘small’ is not small here. And not much change from £35 for two burgers two chips and two drinks!! 😳 crazy prices… in fact.. restaurant prices to eat in a fast food joint that’s not even got an ounce of character or ambiance!

Best burger in fast food chains

Not worth the price. Took a small cheeseburger and milkshake for 200 pound. You might think it's fast food, but they charge as if it was gourmet. Absolutely that you can try, but there are cheaper ones if you care about price more than quality, even though it tastes the same as McDonalds.

Both the burgers and fried were fulfilling and delicious.

I never got around to trying Five guys in the US, but we happened to get some burgers on the way home from an attraction. It was super good! Very good value for the price as well. I can definitely recommend it!

Mangé en famille un midi, je ne connaissais pas. Très bon, c'est pas les steaks de Mc Do, un peu cher quand on rajoute les frites. Boisson en illimité, on se sert directement. L'avantage c'est qu'on mange qu'un seul burger, ça cale. Sinon commande rapide et peu d'attente. Hygiène ok et wc propres.

If you are in London center and reached by foot on the Baker street, you feel hunger, but you want to eat a quality product, then don't hesitate to visit Five Guys. Create your mood for good meal. You can choose at the order desk ( no digital screen to order ) between with and without cheese burger. There is a item list of ingredients, if you don't like something, just mention at the desk, will be removed. Fresh grilled meat petty in front of the guest. Packed and order number is called. Pick and enjoy. If you like some extra myonaise or ketchup, there is a spender and paper cups. If you like potato fries, they are cut the same day and fried fresh. If you like peanuts after the meal, you can buy a portion. Soft drink are available to self fill. Just take time, have fun and enjoy. You will feel good.

We like five guys for their innovative burgers, but beyond that nothing particular to mention.

I go to five guys at the O2, Covent Garden, Westfield and more on a regular basis, prob twice a month and I find the staff friendly, diverse and always with a smile on their face, however, Baker St Five Guys is not like this, all the staff are Indian, speaking to each other exclusively in Indian, they really don’t speak much English and you can tell a huge difference in the service, the female counter service is just rude, the cooks didn’t understand me when I said my food was missing and whilst I was sitting down eating the female from the counter came over and started cleaning the floor below the table I was eating at, I asked her to wait till I’m finished and she was very rude. Weird, I love five guys, this ones just all wrong though.

I really love Five Guys and I still liked the food here, my Burger was amazing as always but there was something off in my Daughter's Burger, part of it didn't taste right, perhaps they were having an off Day.

When you really miss a decent US style hotdog ( like Nathan's, Coney Island)!, you make a detour here. 5 star review only for their hot dog . Lots of free add ons, btw!!

There is no Five Guys at Brazil so I was really happy with the opportunity to eat this while I'm here in London. I wish you guys would go to Brazil!! 💖😅

Very good burger, quality of meat and special taste

This was my first visit to Five Guys. I did not know what to expect other than it was fairly busy. We were very hungry, only managed to snap the pictures of the aftermath :) Burger may not be the prettiest, but for me the taste was great. And the farm style fried was also a hit. For burger, fries, drinks it was £72 for 4.

not tried this chain before . just wanted a bite before heading to a show. good quality burgers was pleasantly surprised . will definitely try them again

The food was pretty good for a fast food joint, but £24 for a burger, chips and milkshake is insane. Medium chips was enough to feed a family of four.

Amazing service and tasty food. Plenty of seats and all right vibe. The card machine was not working, so we had to pay in cash. A homeless man outside was quite an experience to behold too

Bad experience tonight.. just made a mistake taking a fork and the lady stare so bad at even when I was walking away..then Indian guy still staring so bad like i did a crime.that made me upset .I understand it's for hygiene reason but you can't be giving bad look and expect your customer to eat there and enjoy the food. .I have to throw the food even if I was hungry. .

Food was really nice. Cooked to perfection. Customer service was great they was friendly and welcoming. And the place was clean.

Unhygienic and rude - Found a melted HAIR in the burger. Went with my friends on 14th May evening and ordered two cheese burgers and midway, we found a strand of hair melted in the cheese slice. Complained with the store manager and after inspection, he told they’ll refund us. We accepted since we understand it could happen and didn’t want to create a scene and we threw away both burgers (obviously). But when asked, we were informed that refund will be given only for that one burger and not two. This is because we found hair only in that burger and not in the other. Do they really expect people to eat their burger after finding a hair strand melted in cheese!!!! Really unprofessional approach from the employees. Never expect such a service from a reputed burger chain.

Instead of shouting when orders are ready they could install a clock showing when the order number is ready for collection.

Best burger in the world! Everyone that comes visit me from a place that don’t have five guys I take them there. They have the crispiest bacon! It’s to die for. Please try! I already came to this store in Baker Street several times and never had problems. Plus, one thing that I love, they have ice tea on their machines. Very rare to see places having ice tea.

Slightly upmarket burger joint, with decent food and a good range of burgers. It's a bit expensive but much better than fast food chains. Chips cooked in peanut oil, probably best avoided for those with nut allergy risk.

Grilled cheeses seem to take infinitely longer than any other menu item at Five Guys, but this branch changed the game! I was pleasantly surprised by the speedy turnaround. The cost of living/energy crisis clearly means that a grilled cheese has gone from £3.75 to £4.95, so instead of getting two like I normally do, it was just the one on this visit (it is what it is but I'm quietly devastated that I can't slowly kill myself with high cholesterol.) Lovely staff and very clean. The downside is that it's in Baker St, so it's full of tourists who forget how to walk and operate like civilised humans!

Découverte sympathique ! Même si 12,95 livres pour un seul sandwich veggie et 2 frites c'est un peu cher je dois dire que les frites valent le détour ! De plus le personnel est agréable et le service rapide. Nous avons pris emporté mais la salle de restaurant est propre.

I am very disgusted from the food at this particular restaurant. Even though it is well known that Five Guys use the best quality food to produce everything, I had a food poisoning, which kept me home for 2 days, I’ve eaten their food before and I haven’t had any problems whatsoever. Very disappointed, my last time I’m ever visiting Five guys again!

I paid around 4.80 for Coca Cola, and the woman working on the till even did not get it that I ordered fries as well...Dirty place in general, I sit there just because outside was raining a lot and was the fastest decision.

Great Place to eat a tasty burger in London and it’s nearby the Madame Tussauds Museum. I ordered the Cheeseburger, Hamburger and a menu. Me and my Partner really enjoyed it. We just waited for 10 mins to get our order. When you visiting on the peak hours you have to wait until 10-15 mins to get the tables otherwise everything good. I really recommend to everyone and who are loved to eat Burger.

I visited on a Sunday midday. Somehow there were more people standing at the counter waiting for food than those sitting down and eating. The seats were empty but the floor was full. This makes the atmosphere odd.

Es un restaurante de comida rápida, no se puede pedir "ambiente". Pero fueron muy rápidos para entregar la comida, muy amables a la hora de realizar el pedido, y han sido las mejores hamburguesas que hemos comido. Nada que envidiar a un local gourmet. Muy superior a los competidores y precios hasta más accesibles que la competencia. Recomiendo!!!
