I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience my partner and I had at your restaurant yesterday, where we came to celebrate my partner’s birthday. Unfortunately, the evening was marred by poor service and an overall lack of care from the staff. We arrived at 8:00 PM, looking forward to a special evening, but our food did not arrive until 9:30 PM – a full 1.5 hours later. Initially, the staff seemed to expect us to simply accept the long wait, and for the first hour, we were completely ignored. When we finally approached the staff to inquire about the delay, there was no apology, just a vague mention that they would “check.” At no point did we feel that the staff acknowledged the frustration or inconvenience we were experiencing. When the food finally arrived, the explanation given was that there had been a mix-up with our order. Again, no apology was offered, and at this point, the atmosphere had already been soured. What made it even worse was that other tables arrived after us, ate, and left, while we were still waiting. Given that we were celebrating a special occasion, I had planned to surprise my partner with a cake at the end of the meal. However, because of the long wait, we arrived at 8 PM and didn’t get our food until 9:30 PM. When we received our food, the staff announced last orders, and when I asked my partner if we should order a cake, he rightly pointed out that we would likely have to wait another 1.5 hours to receive it. By then, the birthday mood had completely been ruined. When we asked for the bill, the waiter’s offer of a free starter (£11 value) as an apology felt completely insufficient and frankly, offensive. We came to your restaurant to celebrate, and it was clear that the staff’s attitude showed little regard for our experience. I would have preferred no gesture at all rather than one so trivial in the face of such a poor service. The most frustrating part of this experience was that we could have understood that mistakes happen, but the complete lack of communication, the absence of any apology, and the apparent indifference from the staff made it clear that our discomfort was not a priority. What was even more unsettling was overhearing the staff speaking in a language we didn’t understand while passing our table, giving us looks that made us feel as though we were being mocked. This entire experience was deeply upsetting, especially since we came to celebrate a special occasion. I can confidently say that we will never return to Burger and Lobster again. As my partner said, the customer service here was far below expectations – we’ve had better service at fast food restaurants like McDonald’s. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure no other customers have to endure the same treatment.

Por dónde empezar, tuvimos que esperar 5 minutos para estar sentados en el restaurante a pesar de que apenas estaba ocupado en este domingo por la noche. Nos sentamos en una zona que olía a heces humanas, así que nos vimos obligados a pedir que nos moviéramos y tuvimos que esperar otros 10 minutos hasta que nos preguntaron qué queríamos beber, pedimos una pinta de cerveza y eso llegó bastante rápido. Después de eso nos sentamos durante 20 minutos sin ninguna atención del camarero a pesar de que nos sentamos allí desesperadamente buscando un servidor. Después de 40 minutos me puse mi chaqueta y lo dejamos tenía que ir y encontrar un miembro del personal para que pudiera pagar mis bebidas en el acto y salir, que luego tuvieron el descaro de agregar los 12. 5% de cargo por servicio a mis £ 6. 90 pintas que me aseguré de quitar. Si pudiera darle estrellas a este lugar no lo haría. Terrible...

Este restaurante es parte de una cadena y lo visitamos en un almuerzo de enero, así que era muy tranquilo. Teníamos el rollo de langosta que era caro en £ 30, pero servido con patatas fritas y un montón de langosta. Fue muy agradable y la camarera estaba atenta. Es, sin embargo, un restaurante grande y ciertamente no íntimo. Estará ocupado con turistas la mayor parte del año y si usted es particularmente entusiasta de la langosta entonces usted debe visitar.

Terrible experiencia. Reservamos con antelación para el 16 de diciembre 24 , sabiendo que estaría ocupado para el período previo a la Navidad. A pesar de reservar nos dieron una mesa justo en la parte trasera del restaurante cerca de los baños y frente a la zona de espera del personal. Teníamos una fregona y un cubo en vista y vimos al personal de espera tomando sus bebidas y charlando. Había un flujo constante de gente yendo al baño. El área de la mesa se sentía como si estuviéramos en una habitación trasera, fuera del camino. La comida era terrible. Una hamburguesa waygu y patatas fritas que era £ 27 - sin ensalada o guarnición y una ensalada César que era lechuga y queso. Bill llegó a 70 libras con bebidas. Pésimo desperdicio de dinero y tiempo para una buena zona. Estafa apropiada. Otros lugares habrían sido una mejor opción. ¡No pierdas tu tiempo a menos que quieras perder tu dinero!

West India Quay London Branch - Pedí una hamburguesa bien hecha, pero estaba completamente seca sin humedad. Dije específicamente bien hecho y esto debe ser sin sangre y debe estar húmedo y no cocinado a un crujiente. Si se hubiera cocinado correctamente y hubiera llegado muy caliente (temperatura) podría haber sido muy sabroso. La comida llegó tibia. Pude ver por el mostrador la comida se quedó fuera durante mucho tiempo antes de ser servido a otros clientes por los camareros y camareras. Cuando mi mesa pidió bebidas una copa se olvidó, pero para ser justos el personal era muy agradable. El costo total fue de poco menos de £ 80 (incluido el cargo por servicio) por 3 hamburguesas con papas fritas, dos refrescos y una cerveza.

Nos sentamos afuera porque era un día encantador (14th) Pedimos los cócteles, que eran encantadores, luego nuestra comida. Nos dimos cuenta de que algunas personas miraban en el piso y movían su. Esto nos puso totalmente de nuestra comida que no era tan grande. Nada de condimentos en las hamburguesas. Cuando era hora de pagar, nos dieron £ 10 de descuento en la cuenta cuando nos quejamos, pero era simplemente "Oh sí, nos dan ratones porque es comida y cerca del agua" Sí, lo entendemos, pero debe haber algún aviso como advertencia o simplemente cerca del exterior. . . mal servicio, pero al contrario, nuestra camarera, una joven (Alina? ) de Macedonia (puedo tener el nombre del país equivocado) era muy amable y atento. Era temprano por la noche y no muy ocupado en ese momento. Nuestras bebidas y aperitivos estaban bien, nada extraordinario. No haría un viaje especial solo para venir aquí desde otra parte de la ciudad, pero estábamos en la zona de Canary Wharf ya, así que era conveniente antes de hacer nuestro camino al muelle de barcos de Uber.

Me han negado tomar una comida por valor de 70 libras solo porque estaba sentado en el área de autoservicio. 7 de mis amigos estaban bebiendo y yo solo quería tener una comida. Me han dicho que tengo que mudarme al otro lado del restaurante para comer. No se lo recomiendo a nadie. El servicio fue absolutamente terrible.

The food was lovely - the service was POOR! We had to ask for everything and anything we wanted. We had to ask to order our drinks , to order our food , for sauces , for more drinks , for our bill!!!!!! Not once did anyone come and ask us if we were ok or if we needed anything or if our food was ok - Nothing! Staff are unfriendly and should not be in hospitality! Awful service and not worth the price we paid! Very disappointed

We wanted to try this place as seen on instagram but was completely disappointed with the service , after waiting 20 minutes to be ignored to be served , we went to the staff to ask for a waiter and still no one came , we walked out immediately following their lack of customer service. Put in a corner table and ignored when they weren’t even busy . Never go there if you actually want food and drink as no one will serve you . Plenty of other restaurants nearby with good service

This restaurant is located in West India Quay in Canary Wharf. Their name says it all. You can order burgers or lobsters or just both of them at the same time by ordering their ‘combos’. That’s what we did. Our choice for the lobster was a grilled way of cooking. That’s a combination of flavors, sea & mountain style. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was great. It was very warm even if it is a surprisingly large space. Service was very kind. All in al it was a very good experience for us.

It was a fairly quiet lunch time when I attended, which in a busy business district is always a bit of a worry. Service was good and friendly. Food was average; lobsters were a bit small if I am being honest, but prices were average for London. It lacked anything special which was disappointing. Cocktail was nice!

Anita your service was fantastic, you clearly had a busy section however that didn’t stop you looking after your guests. From your attention to details, to your check backs to make sure we were happy with our food. You are a credit to the restaurant. Unfortunately this is not a 5-star review, whilst we booked for 10:00pm we were not seated until 10:15, we were then asked for last orders and everything was rushed from there. The team member who was clearing the section with the chairs and slamming them really needs to work on his attitude. As for the member of staff who asked me to pay my bill before I finished eating to close the till, I have worked in restaurant management for over 4 years, there are better ways of asking for someone to pay their bill rather then bringing a card machine. Anita you were amazing, thank you for making me and my friends joint birthday meal!

Ristorante tipico, in cui poter gustare ottimi piatti a base di aragoste, da poter scegliere direttamente negli acquari, ma anche ottima carne. Ambienti ampi, diversificati con sale, angolo bar molto carino, assortito, tutto in una location calda ed accogliente. Cucina ou visage, in cui si può ammirare l'operato di una brigata attenta, professionale e celere, in mood "macchina da guerra". Accoglienza e servizio in sala presente, gentile, simpatico e cordiale. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Unica nota negativa, un toilette poco curata, con latenza di carta igienica.

Visited with some clients for a pre Christmas get together for 6. Arrived at the restaurant 30 mins before official opening (when booking we agreed that we could arrive early and have a drink) but were turned away and asked to come back after 12, which wasn't the best start. When we returned we were shown to a table in the back where it was freezing cold, which persisted throughout our meal. We were there for 3 and a half hours, the restaurant wasn't busy but we were left waiting with dirty plates for at least 45 minutes, no drinks were refreshed and the few other tables around us were also left uncleared, while our waiter seemed to have little to do and was reluctant to even look our way. We complained to the manager who responded disinterestedly that they were understaffed and asked me to fill out an electronic review, where there was no option for any meaningful feedback apart from thumbs up or down for different burger types. Food was OK, but hardly worth the premium - we were all left disappointed and won't be rushing back. We would have been better off going to Browns next door, which was packed out - or McDonalds and a pub would have been a huge improvement. Not a great way to spend £500, can't help feeling cheated. Signing off I'm wondering if 2 stars is generous as I still can't feel my feet 2 hours later..

My boyfriend and I came here for a treat before leaving our visit to London. He had visited Burger and Lobster in Manchester previously but unfortunately that branch had since closed down When we arrived we were quickly shown to our table and informed of the happy hour drinks that were on offer during our visit. This was really helpful Once drinks were ordered, we ordered our food. I had the Lobster Linguine whilst my boyfriend had the Beast Burger, we also decided to try the lobster mac and cheese to share. We didn’t have to wait long before our food arrived and it looked gorgeous My linguine was really tasty and nothing overpowered the flavour of the lobster. My boyfriend said his meal was the best he’s had and we really enjoyed our meal We also decided to have a dessert, myself having the chocolate fondant whilst my boyfriend had the crème brûlée. Both of these were equally as tasty Overall our experience was really pleasant. The serving staff were all really friendly and made us feel very welcome. The food was exceptional and worth the price

Was invited to a special family meal, the general atmosphere is nice, reasonably busy for a Saturday evening. Was sat down, and ordered drinks first! 10mins later ordered our starters and meals! (Came back to say rib starters had run out? (On early sat evening??) Was told the £80 combo for 2 was ONLY 1 burger and 1 lobster roll for 2 people?? Where else would you go and have to share a burger? So ordered 2 separate meals. Lobster roll was nice,but Lobster was poor on the meat side,burgers were nice,but fries were only just warm and hard.had to call waiter over,as one of the meals had no salad. Was the experience worth £270 (with the £34 service charge) for 4 adults?? Not really! Best part was the burgers, and I've had better gourmet burgers at half the price.

We had our meal outside, perfect when the weather is nice. Though inside is nice too. We had calamari, lobster roll and a burger and lobster combo, i cant fault anything. Apple cocktail with vodka( forgot the name) is was amazing too. Great meal!

Firstly service was terrible summed up with 50% of the tables left untouched and still uncleared for the entire visit. Had to ask twice for the wine we ordered and also for the water we asked for but never arrived, starter calamari was fine the American burger was awful very very salty and dry on top of that attempted to add 12.5% service charge which was a total joke. This was a real shame as we’d earmarked the place for dinner as staying locally but service and food was really poor would not recommend and will not be returning.

Ordered on uber eats Chips are over cooked and fillet chicken burger non-existent no chicken in it, Medina sticky wings way too much sauce, wings taste like oil has been there for a month. Shop forgot to give 4 drinks and one Chips. Don't order if you want anything decent to eat not worth the money at all.

I had the tonkatsu ramen here a few months back and made me feel ill. I had a few bites and was just disgusted. I’ve had plenty of better ramen in London myself so not sure what’s going on here. My partner has been to one of the other restaurants in Central London, and said that was much better. They could eat it there, here was just not possible. We just left and never went back. It honestly shocks me how much difference there can be in a chain like this.
