I wouldn’t call the burger that I had ‘ Gourmet’ it was more like - ok. The fries were not to good and I was surprised at how little there was, my milk shake tasted cheap and was like a mouth full of sugar. When you say the word Gourmet it evokes imagination and should leaving you wanting more - for nearly £30 & considering the fact that I live 7 mins away by car the whole experience was - meh. Overall underwhelming but maybe a different menu choice may give a different perspective.

Staff were nice but the food was terrible! We had chicken parma and ribs. The ribs were tasteless despite the sauce on them. Shame as I have good memories of F&B. Hope it's just this specific location as opposed to the entire franchise.

We’ve had this meal before but on this occasion what we received … completely opposite to what is advertised… an average sized carton of meat compared to full sized aluminium container full of meat! A very bad con job. Short on every level! Avoid!

Food definitely lived up to the hype, I have seen many reviews online saying it did not reach their expectations but it exceeded mine. I ate gluten free pancakes with bananas and strawberries which were divine, and the manager took her time to explain GF options and risk of cross-contamination. Staff were friendly, particularly the man who welcomed us. The only thing I would say is that the table was very small and the toilets were not clean.

One word that describes the whole experience: amazing. Me and my coworkers/friends came for a celebration, and we were incredibly impressed by how well we were treated. The service: AMAZING. The drinks: AMAZING. The food: 10000/10. The cleanliness: impeccable. I always come to Meatliquor cause the vibes are amazing. But today i wanna give a big shout out to the sexy bartender Misbah, for the AMAZING Mangoritas. Also to Liv, Jess and Prat for making our night so special. We’re definitely coming back!!

Deeply Hurt and Disrespected – Absolutely Disgraceful Behavior by Staff at Five Guys Piccadilly Circus (23rd April 2025, Around 5 PM) I’m writing this review not just as a customer, but as a hardworking delivery driver who was humiliated and disrespected by the staff at this Five Guys location. On 23rd April 2025, around 5 PM, I arrived at Five Guys Piccadilly Circus to collect an order for a customer. The customer had specifically requested the complimentary peanuts that are usually available in-store, so I simply asked the staff if I could include them with the delivery. I was calm, polite, and respectful — just trying to do my job the right way. To my shock, one of the staff members — an Asian men — responded with open hostility. Instead of replying professionally, he started insulting me, treating me like I was asking for something outrageous. His tone was condescending and disrespectful, as if I didn’t deserve to be in the store at all. I was just representing the customer — and for that, I was spoken to like I was worthless. What made things even worse was what happened next. A black male security guard came over and physically pushed me out of the store. I wasn’t aggressive. I wasn’t causing any disturbance. I was just standing there trying to do my job. But I was shoved out in front of everyone, humiliated and treated like I was a threat for no reason whatsoever. I’ve been doing deliveries for a long time, and I’ve never experienced something this degrading. I work hard. I treat everyone with respect. And in return, I was treated like garbage by people who clearly have no understanding of decency or professionalism. Five Guys — this is unacceptable. If this is how you treat people who support your business by delivering your food to customers, then it says everything about the values you promote. This wasn’t just about a bag of peanuts — it was about respect, or the complete lack of it. The staff involved should be held accountable. No worker deserves to be treated the way I was treated. To anyone reading this — if you care about human dignity and basic fairness, please think twice before supporting this location. What happened to me shouldn’t happen to anyone.

Experiencia extraña... La comida en nuestros platos estaba bien. Lo primero que hicieron cuando nos sentamos a la mesa fue pedir alergias. ¡Parecía algo muy importante! Mi amiga tiene alergias, pero sabe qué elegir en un menú para no tener problemas. Preguntaron si tenía un bolígrafo por si acaso. . . ¿por qué? bueno, porque al parecer, como dijeron la camarera y el gerente, ¡fríen y cocinan la carne en el mismo aceite o sartén que el pescado! Es alérgica al pescado y al marisco, así que... ¡tampoco tiene carne! ¡Nunca había oído hablar de eso! Por lo tanto, en lugar de cambiar su forma de hacerlo - que sería mejor y más respetuoso con la comida y sus clientes - prefieren pedir plumas y medicamentos a los clientes! Mi amiga se sintió incluso acosada por la camarera, ya que parecía asustada cuando consiguió su comida. Esta no es una manera de tratar a la gente... Soy diabético, ¿me pediste que no pidiera postres? Tal vez, trate de cocinar las cosas por separado y de la manera correcta, escriba todo en el menú, y no tendría ningún problema con las alergias entonces!

Great calamari and fresh pints. The fries were good too. How’s the service was slow and we could see the floor staff going to help in the kitchen and there weren’t many floor staff either probably coz it was the middle of the week. Could have been better managed service wise. However our server Joe was excellent and tried his best to manage.

Bar staff are all miserable not one smile from any of them, you think the men are rude but the women are even worse, very bad service! The food was 10/10 would have been nice to have service with a welcoming smile!

I visited Busaba Westfield London recently and was very disappointed with the customer service, despite the food being good. As a student, I’m entitled to a 25% discount. However, while I stepped away to the restroom, my father paid the bill without knowing about the offer. When I came back and asked if the discount could be applied, the manager refused, saying the payment had already gone through. What shocked me more than the refusal was the manager’s arrogant attitude—he spoke in a condescending tone, telling us: “We don’t inform customers about our promotions. It’s your own responsibility.” I fully understand if there are rules about reissuing bills, but the lack of flexibility and rude attitude made the experience very unpleasant. This is not what I would expect from a restaurant brand like Busaba, which usually values good service and hospitality. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and I would appreciate some follow-up from the team to address this. **Tip to all students: Make sure to ask for the discount before paying—they won’t remind you, and they won’t help you afterward.
