I had the opportunity to experience Five Guys, the best hamburger I have ever eaten, and I liked it very much. It is much more delicious than McDonald's and Burger King. It is ready 15 minutes after you order. Drinks are unlimited. We bought 2 regular potatoes, but it was too much for two people. You can buy 1 regular or 2 small.

Very disappointed - only at this branch We have been to many five guys, different locations and different countries. This one is by far the worst! Orders were wrong and they refused to change for us. We ordered a banana and chocolate milkshake, the cashier explicitly asked 2 questions 1) 2 flavors mixed together or 2 separate milkshakes? We answered mixed together 2) cream on the shake? We answered no. We ended up with a banana only milkshake WITH cream on top The ‘little’ cheeseburger and the normal cheeseburger is exactly the same size, well the normal one has an extra piece of meat We vividly remember from other shops the normal one is way bigger to a point a small eater like me can never finish, not the case at this branch! When asked, again they said thats the right size…… totally not convinced! Not to mention the fries that they are so proud of, was soggy… worst than mcdonald’s To be fair i really think it is only this branch, but we no longer have the desire to go to five guys anymore

I don't eat meat, I had a very tasty vegetable sandwich! It's not a cheap menu but the fries are very good and the fact that you can stock up on soda is great.

Speedy service with plenty of seating so it's not hard to get settled even with how much foot traffic there is surrounding. Great place for a quick bite to eat before the theatre.

First time at Five Guys, the impression I had was that it was Five Fat Guys because the meal was greasy and the fries were burnt.

A very well placed fast food restaurant that is still just as good. Open late which is a positive point considering the opening hours of other brands. Very spacious fast food restaurant with one floor so many seats. Fast and efficient service both in order taking and preparation. The burgers are very good and plentiful even if the prices are high. I recommend it for a late evening.

Superb burgers, fries and shakes! The only service you get is when you're ordering and the atmosphere is just what you'd expect from a burger place but oh my goodness those burgers are good. Perfect amount of juiciness, goes well with the fries and you get a good amount of it too. Loved that bit.

We needed something quick after the theatre and wanted something we could grab and take with us back to the hotel across town. They had us in and out quick, and the food was pretty consistent for five guys.

The fries at this Five Guys location are amazing! Always hot and crispy. I had their spicy fries yesterday, covered in a mildly spicy paprika like seasoning mix. They were even better than the original fries! Not too spicy, just very tasty. This location is very clean despite being right off Piccadilly Circus and very busy. The only downside is the music is always TOO LOUD! Uncomfortably loud!! We used to live just right around the corner from here (2018-2020), and would visit often. The music has always been too loud. If not for the loud music, I would give it five stars. *edit* I am currently back in London (March 2024) and once again visited Five Guys Piccadilly. I’m glad to say the food is just as good as before and the music is now at a perfect level. Upped my rating to 5. 😎

Their delivery driver has purposely just thrown his peanut shells all over the elevator floor of our building in a literal sense. This company hires workers who don’t care about your property. There is a clear sign stating CCTV is in full operation and they still don’t care. Not happy I had to clean this up myself.

Terrible decline in quality over the years. Soda machines broken and produce flat drinks, sharp price increase that outstrips inflation…better to go to elsewhere. Cannot fault the staff though! Very funny and hard-working Indians who are likely here through student visa fraud

The fries are definitely a hit. You can create your own burger, but the meat was rather dry than juicy. The spots offer plenty of seating.

Despite it being quite busy, the buns on both of our burgers were very cold and the whole burger wasn’t up to its usual standard. Not juicy and meat slightly warm.

this review is based on one guy and Ocean apart from his family that just wanted to be near a lot of stuff I didn't care how big his room was I loved this place. A bed a table to put your stuff on and under and the bathroom with a decent shower What else does one person need when everything around the hotel is right there for enjoyment ? The price is fantastic. The people that work there are aces. From a single person perspective in a room it was just what I needed. See as much stuff in the UK as possible and then back in my hotel room comfy and cozy It's so close to so many things and serves its purpose in spades It's close to a lot of very cool attractions and the tube/subway is 60 seconds away If you need to heat up something in the middle of the night no microwave but they have pretty well stocked vending machines for snacks And from a fast food junkie, avoid that McDonald's across the street This hotel was everything I expected and I was very happy. And from the front desk to security you're not gonna find it better group of folks Please keep in mind this review is for one guy whose family let him escape for a week 😎😏

A buzzing restaurant in the heart of the city. Usual good service, but it's always the food that makes Five Guys stand out. Sure, it's a bit more expensive than your average burger joint, but these are not your average burgers. The variety is incredible, taste out of this world and portions are enormous. What more could you ask for?

Horrible ! Burger ultra grillé et sans goût peu importe le burger choisi, très gras , les frites jetés en vrac dans le sac .. bref sans intérêt. Le note ultra salée 76 £ pour 4 burgers ignobles avec un fromage meme pas fondu c'est honteux . Faites quelque pas de plus et manger de la qualité.

Sitio de comida rápida muy céntrico.En cuanto a calidad de comida no está mal, puedes elegir los toppings de la hamburguesa (entre 15 posibilidades), pero quizá excesivamente caro para lo que es. A nosotros 2 hamburguesas y un hot dog con 2 de patatas y un refresco salió por 45 libras. Que sí, que se puede rellenar cuanto quieras la bebida en las máquinas dispensadoras y que la hamburguesa está bien, pero lo considero un pelín alto en la relación calidad/precio. El ambiente muy chulo, con música ambiente muy actual.

French Fries from local fresh potatoes exhibited in the restaurant is a nice idea. However, bad taste burger with horrible bacon served like waste in a paper bag. Sorry, sustainability doesn’t need to be rude.

The food was amazing but it was loud and busy and we had to wait very long for our food. The security at the door was not friendly and was not letting us look for a seat. We needed a place to sit and enjoy the food but we were not able due to how busy it was.

After paying almost 20 pounds for a simple hamburger with fries I feel cheated. The service is horrible, the waiting time is the same but the worst of all is having to go all over the store looking for ketchup because no one deigns to refill the sauce dispensers. The soft potatoes look horrible and very expensive. I won't go back even if you pay me to eat there.

This Five Guys burger is much more delicious than other burger stores in the Piccadilly Circus. I ordered the regular one, and it's satisfying.

Made a stop here with the kids as they absolutely love 5 guys. The lines are long, and the food takes a bit to come out as you might expect. However, the food is consistent with the one served in the US. A better alternative than the other American food chain 😊

In & Out in a British version. Fresh ingredients mixed with grilled beef, delicious sauces, different farm fries everyday in a massive fresh portion with great cajun spice if you want. Really worth it to try for this price. Really fast serving, even very busy peak time, delicious shakes possible to mix as much as you want. Toilets upstairs, nice place

Even when it’s a long queue you will have to wait less than 5-10 min. The food is ok for a fast food meal, my hot dog was good filler with salad, tomato, onions, but not to big…you will need the chips as well. We stop before the theater in rush and definitely was a good idea if you compared the extortionate prices inside the theater and few options.
