Five Guys offers tasty and customizable burgers with fresh ingredients, accompanied by generous homemade fries. However, everything is sold separately (burger, fries, drink), which makes the bill quite expensive for fast food. A good option for quality lovers.

They messed up my order but they replaced it without fuss. Bit on the pricey side. 😊

Prices too high, absolutely out of market 3 sandwiches 3 small chips (among other things thrown loose in a paper bag that looked like the remains of a previous cooking to be thrown away and 3 Coca-Coles 50 pounds. Courtesy of the staff equal to zero. Absolutely not recommended.

Very fast service although usually crowded. Lots of seating inside. Peanuts are always awesome. Don’t make the same mistake as us and order so many fries. The large portion is prolly enough for a 2-3 people. All in all a very good experience for such a tourist spot.

Not the best of 5 guys, there are some really good ones, think this one is a bit to busy to be up there. But nevertheless it's still good & clean & tidy considering the amount of people going through it.

The classic five guys burgers, fries and milkshakes, nothing very relevant. Regarding the service and place I have no complaints, we went at closing time and 20 minutes before it approaches I think it is the manager to inform you that they are going to close, without running away or being rude which I consider very important for a fast food restaurant closing time.

Fast burgers, they are not bad, but they are not of a quality for the price you pay, it is a fast food chain, but there are a thousand more that give it a thousand spins, it is well located!

Five guys definitely raises the bar for burgers and although here in CDMX we have excellent options, honestly none of them equal five guys.

Very expensive and busy but more accessible on school holidays than other venues as has large seating capacity.

The experience in a Five Guys is always a happy one. I love the freedom you can have with condiments for the burgers and personalizing your milkshakes! Our attendant Mujaahig especially was super helpful and efficient with his exceptional service!

Five guys - i must have been multiple branches… Piccadilly branch has something unique about it. Food: the burgers are uhhhmaazingg! Milkshakes: next level f-uhhmazinggggg!!!! Fries: they are tasty too - super crunchy each time… PS: never had a chance to click anything as I was always eagerly waiting for my order 😅 - this time clicked photos of the restaurant and the milkshake but again forgot about the burger as i just hogged mine. 🙈

The burger Pattie was just falling apart. Asked for onions, I hardly found any in the burger. The chips were absolutely awful. I was given the oil soaked crumbly bits of chips. It might be the chips (were not warm)were not fresh. It’s supposed to be hand cut chips fresh but not on this occasion absolutely awful experience over £16, And McDonald’s chips is much better. I will never ever be going back.

I tend not to visit Five Guys due to the cost, but it was worthy of a visit while I was on a holiday and budget was out of scope. The location was perfect, the food was made quickly, and had adequate seating. Best part, the toilets we're accessible at the time visited (peak time in evening). I'll say this, if you want a good quality burger and plentiful serving of fries, I'd encourage visiting on your trip in London (or if you're out of ideas for food)

Honestly one of the most enjoyable experiences with fast-food I've ever had. The guy at the register was very patient and understanding, we got served very quickly and the price/quality ratio was amazing. Very pleasantly surprised, keep it up!

Everything was great but I have One comment, the staff took away the peanuts early. Around one hour before closing time. But to be honest when we asked for it they brought us some.

Bad service. I am waiting for my order from last 10 min and when I ask a employee of five guys about my order he told me that I already give that order. I said I am standing here how it is possible that I got my order. He is very rude a person working in giving order with glasses.

Why is this so expensive? The food is worse than McDonald’s at a price that you’d expect to pay at a gourmet burger restaurant.

I was expecting something much better, especially for the price. Decent food but nothing to be proud of trying. Its only worth it if you want a fully customized burger. While the fries were a very generous portion, the "spicy fries" were just springled with chilli sauce. I would not really call them great, but were fried well. Burger is pretty good compared to alternatives like Mcdonalds, but much pricier.

Don’t advertise close time if you send people away before that time.

Absolutely tasteless food for a normal European. The only plus is that you can refill your drink for free.

5 Guys is great if you are starving or find your self rather drunk..... They're better than average burgers and fillings of your choice are, greasy enough to soak up any excess of alchhol and, they are better than that other place with a Scottish name. The decor is without doubt the worst I have ever witnessed ever, anywhere, unless you like the colour Red and think white compliments it quite nicely. Better to wear shades to block the view out and so no one you know sees you there. Very loud Rock music, not of your own choice, ensures you don't stick around too long.

A place to grab a quick bite to eat and then take advantage of the time to visit London

I was a bit noisy from the workers having fun with each other. BACON DOG - mine wasn't very warm.

Five Guys is incredibky overated and this outlet is one of the worst I have experienced. It is well located near Piccadilly Circus and that tends to make it busy, though there is ample seating. The staff are nothing special and there was zero attempt at rapport building with customers. Staff did work hard. You can customise your burger and they are a decent size however everything is squashed together. The fries are massively overpriced and not substantial in size. The price is riduculous. Soft drinks are bottomless however they are extremely expensive. There are some much higher class sit down burger restaurants in the immediate locality and these are actually cheaper. This is not a brand I have any desire to experience again

Can't beat a burger with your favourite toppings

If you don’t give peanuts to the customer..then its fine. Rather than put two employees in front of the peanuts..and after 8 they say they have to put back. Not recommended

What a place. Mediocre burgers, high prices, limp fries thrown into the bag free to float around (putting them in an appropriate container was too much effort) and watered down drinks. They can rest assured that they won't even see me with binoculars anymore!

Clean and organized! Access to the bathroom only for those consuming on site, as they need a password to access. The snacks are great, there are several options to build your burger and there are refills for soft drinks, with lots of options too.

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger all the way, got a standard cheeseburger with lettuce, mayo and lots of pickles. I think they must have given me the wrong burger - very dissapointed.

Maybe this is a small thig but the bread and vegetables in burger was a bit too chilly (cold). Also wrapping was not complete and didn’t notice it when placing my burger on the table for a minute or so. Then had to peal the bread skin where it was sitting on the table surface for a bit. Overall, food is just like FiveGuys almost everywhere but i think the ones in Riyadh really excel and raised my bar for their burgers.

Being a French foreigner with not the best English, I was surprised by the pressure that the service put on us, as soon as I got to the cash register a young woman “forced” me to take extra in my burger when I didn't I don't want it to be incomprehensible, I ask her to repeat and gradually she gets angry. Apart from that the food is of good quality despite the prices being quite high for a fast food chain.

Excellent place, maybe a little expensive. The system is that you choose a burger: regular, cheese, bacon or cheese and bacon, which comes with 2 burgers. Then one must choose from 15 free toppings. It is a very clean and tidy place, however I think paying 13 pounds for a burger is a lot

Five Guys is probably one of the best fast food joints, in my opinion. They have the best fries among any fast food joint. Really like their cheeseburgers and hot dogs as well. The milkshake is also decent, thick and creamy, and hence very heavy! Cherry vanilla coke is love!

When I wanted a large fries they really meant large! The cheese burger is really good and the burgers came within a minute.

Five Guys is usually very consistent, but this one is slipping a bit. Fries were undercooked and a bit mealy, bacon on my cheeseburger was burnt to a crisp. Next time I'll walk a few blocks to the one in Covent Garden.

One of the above average choices for Smash burger. It should be done as an experience. Kabuli potatoes and milkshake are successful. 8/10

I regret to say that our first visit to Five Guys in Piccadilly was deeply unsettling and disappointing. My family and I visited last Thursday evening for what we hoped would be a pleasant dinner. Unfortunately, the staff’s behavior completely marred our experience. Throughout our visit, some team members made inappropriate comments about my wife and daughters, and their disrespectful remarks and unsettling stares made us so uncomfortable that we couldn’t even enjoy our meal. Moreover, the food did not meet our expectations either. We paid a premium price, particularly for the fries, which turned out to be completely burnt. It’s unacceptable to charge so much and serve substandard food. This is not the level of courtesy or quality we expected from a reputed establishment. I am saddened to say that we will not be returning and I cannot recommend this location to others due to the unprofessional conduct and poor food quality we experienced.

I have always hear that Five Guys are great, but honestly it’s nothing “wow”. The meat is average, but overall, if you’re hungry, you can pop in and try the burgers picking your own toppings. A bit disappointed.

Like any other five guys, but what I enjoyed in this one was to see the two girls with the bag from another burger place, not fast from this one, filling up multiple containers (multiple like 5-6, maybe more) with ketchup and mayo. The audacity of these two teenagers was just unbelievable, most amazing was the two employees looking at them like “wt… are you doing”, but being unable to do anything about it, since “the customer is always right?” … Anyway, great food, and funny experience. Cleaning could be a bit better.

Very good but very expensive (38€ for a large menu..)

The clerks are bright and friendly. Food made by people who work happily is bound to be delicious. It is also good to have it freshly made. The price is a bit (much) more expensive (than in the US), but what can you do when everything in the UK is like that? French fries are served in generous portions. There are free peanuts next to the beverage corner, but they are a bit salty. There are plenty of seats on the second floor as well.

Accessible fast food. The disabled toilets are accessible by a key that the staff spontaneously offered to me upon my arrival. The toilets are spacious and very clean. There are grab bars to facilitate transfers as well as a sink at wheelchair height.

It seems to me that you need to change the name from 5 gais to 5 Hindus! They scream and laugh when they cook and their drool gets on the food cutlets and fries and all the vegetables... I saw how the cleaners from India dropped ketchup cups on the floor and put them back for customers to use... this means bacteria from the floor with your ketchup or mayonnaise... one Indian made me a bad milkshake
