The asparagus with rice was good and had a nice flavor with the apple inside. The chicken sate was delicoius only the peanut sause was spicy. Also try the juses!

OMG…. What an awful experience ! We ordered starters and main course. The whole order arrived piecemeal at the same time…. We were informed that they didn’t serve starters first. Everything came out kitchen at the same time. So, one person was give starter with her rice. Another was given starter with her roti. Another was given her main and the other person was given her sides. Well I never? A few minutes later more things arrived. The ta le needed an extension to accommodate all the plates. The waiter and waitress struggled to fit everything on the table. OMG The beef ginger was sooooooo salty. The aubergine curry consisted of onions galore but ver little aubergine. We preserved and ordered coffee to be told the machine was broken. We relented and ordered tea for three of us. Well one pot arrived and we were asked if we needed more than one cup???????? The one cup that came with tea was dangerously chipped. Eventually two more pots of tea arrived with dirt or chipped cups. At one point the waiter removed something from rim of cup in front of us. Obviously that cup was also rejected. What a night. Needless to say, we removed service charge from bill Would never visit nor recommend.

The staff were so lovely but the food was really disappointing and hugely overpriced. The green curry was awful. The sauce was thick and practically fluorescent green, not authentic at all. We love Thai food having spent a lot of time in Thailand and usually really enjoy a green curry but definitely wouldn’t go back to Busaba again after that.

We wanted a change to pub food and chose this one. It was superb. The food was great, the cocktails tasty, service very friendly and we totally enjoyed it. We had a mix of Phad Thai and chicken dishes and a variety of what they offered and every dish was super tasty.

I love Thai food and this was my first experience at Busaba in Westfields. I was very disappointed . I ordered the vegetarian green curry and it didn’t have any flavours at all , tasted like it had come out of a shop brought jar and it was bright green in colour and it literally a handful of vegetables which I could count, at £15 per dish( without rice) I expected much more . The egg fried rice was nice but could have been hotter. For dessert I ordered bananas fritters and they arrived in a spring roll pastry and couldn’t even see or taste or see the banana, ice cream was the only nice part , in the end had to return them . I ordered a tea at the end of my meal and when it arrived I asked for milk and was told we don’t do milk . Service was hit and miss, it took them 30 mins to notice us in the restaurant and food was not hot. I definitely won’t be recommending this restaurant.

De esta experiencia, Busaba es para la comida tailandesa lo que McDonalds es para Burgers.Además, el servicio fue amable pero muy lento y desorganizado. Creo que dos de nuestros camareros estaban drogados, al menos eso habría sido una buena excusa. La camarera fue amable. El calamar era masticable, en la masa no crujiente. Las croquetas de pescado tailandesas estaban bien, simplemente bien. Las verduras mixtas estaban casi frías y el sabor era extraño, no tailandés, ni más chino del norte en sabor y recocido. La carne de res hunde al curry (creo que así lo llamaron) se describió como pechuga y tomates cherry en un rico curry rojo. Cuando se refiere al curry rojo en un restaurante tailandés, se espera un sabor de curry rojo tailandés, lima, coco, salsa de pescado, calor, etc. La ensalada de papaya era chispeante, sabía bien pero no parecía demasiado fresca y la porción era pequeña. El roti era bueno pero bueno, era solo un roti. Las galletas saladas de gambas se han cocinado en un aceite que no estaba lo suficientemente caliente, por lo que estaban duras y no estaban completamente hinchadas y carecían del calor picante de las buenas galletas saladas de gambas. Sin embargo, la cerveza Ashai era buena.Finalmente, la factura fue costosa por lo que obtuvimos. No recomiendo este, me temo.

Fui con la familia hacía mucho frío, ocupado y ruidoso nada como la busaba visitada cerca de Leicester Square. El servicio fue pésimo. La comida llegó tarde - llegó en goteos y montones a pesar de pedir que todo se sirviera juntos. ¡La comida estaba fría y carecía de sabor! Expresé mi decepción y el gerente no me cobró por el artículo. Fue un buen toque, pero aún así volví a casa con hambre, así que tuve que comprarme una porción de papas fritas de nuestro chippy local.

The food was good, however the service was lacking. It took too much time (around 10 min) to ask for the dessert menu and then another 10 min to get the dessert.

Its important to be reachable.Pad Thai: love the chicken pad thai and I recommend it! This time I tried the classic pad thai and would never have it again. Felt a bit unwell after as its a bit greasy. The texture and general taste of the chicken pad thai far out weighs it.

I came here today for the first time and honestly, it was amazing! Really good food and an amazing staff. Our waitress, Agnieszka was amazing, she helped us to choose our food and to let us know how it would taste better. Also, she recommended us the dessert Sticky Mango Rice and it was completely amazing!!! 100% recommended, definitely we’re coming back again. Thank you so much!

Visited a couple of times on recent visits to London and always a cheery welcome and friendly staff. Food across the board is of a high standard. One dish was to my taste probably double salted, not charged. This proactive action is commendable and for this, the food and staff i really do recommend this restaurant.
