The best restaurants serving American food in London

Dined here with a friend before a comedy gig in Leicester Square. I’d been before so this was my recommendation but I was quietly confident it’d be great and I wasn’t wrong. Our server was friendly and helpful even though the place was packed. We both went for the buffalo wings starter then I had the 8oz fillet and my mate had the 10oz ribeye both from the British and Irish section on the menu. The wings were super spicy and both steaks (cooked medium) and topped with a fried egg, were absolutely superb. We’ve both eaten a lot of steak and we both agreed these were some, if not the finest we’ve ever had. Well done Angus Steakhouse, we’ll be back!

My partner and I visited this restaurant for our 2nd wedding anniversary, using vouchers we received as a gift. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. Steak: The steak was chewy and far from the quality we expected. Salad: The lettuce in our salad was a bit yellow, indicating it wasn't fresh. Seating: We were seated at the back of the restaurant, which felt like sitting outside in a cheap Weatherspoons garden. No offence to Weatherspoons, but it definitely gave off those vibes. Ambiance: There was nothing special about the ambiance, which was a letdown for our special occasion. Food Quality: The main course and dessert were of very low quality. The only highlight of the meal was the starters—salmon tacos, which we did enjoy. As locals, we would recommend avoiding this place if you're coming to the O2 for a meal. There are so many other restaurants that you'd enjoy far more. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, especially for a special occasion. We expected much better.

Another late night place that thinks it’s a “gem” but in reality is a badly run dump. 15 minutes waiting to be served to be told no food. Avoid. Dreadful.

Staff really nice, food about as Thai as I am so if you're looking for good Thai food, I suggest you try elsewhere. Green curry was almost electric green, when I asked if they put colourant in it the waitress advised it was made of spinach (an authentic Thai green curry paste is not made with spinach). Mixed starter typical frozen things with a dreadful peanut sauce.

The service is the worst, but the good is 10 out of 10.. Its the only place I would deal with the bad servive... Sorry to hear you've closed for good, it makes me very very sad!

Here's a review regarding your experience at Boxpark Shoreditch: --- I had an unfortunate experience at Boxpark Shoreditch due to the rude behavior of a security lady. Her attitude was unprofessional and dismissive, which significantly detracted from my visit. I expect better customer service and a welcoming environment, especially from the security staff. It's disappointing to see such behavior at a popular venue. Today, we visited All Star Bowling hoping for a fun night, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet our expectations. The staff member at the front desk— a young, healthy guy with glasses—was surprisingly rude and seemed entirely uninterested in helping customers. Instead of engaging politely, he argued with us and other patrons, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. It’s clear he wasn’t enjoying his job, and it showed in the way he interacted with people. It’s disappointing that such poor service overshadowed what could have been a perfect game night. We hope the All Star team takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their customer service, as it truly impacted our experience.

Just like to say that the waiter called Leonard’s could not have done more to make our meal great. The food was not the best. Lots of items wrong or under - overcooked. Kitchen mistakes. We still enjoyed ourselves as the waiter was very understanding and helpful. Get more Leonardos. The 5 stars are only for the staff member The food deserves no stars.

Coal Shed lived up to expectations and beyond. The food was amazing and our waiter, Wesley, was brilliant. He was very attentive, made some great recommendations, and is an all round nice bloke. He made our experience that much better. Don Wes.

He estado en Burger and Lobster muchas veces, siempre bueno hasta este momento. El excelente almuerzo especial ya no se ofrece. Tenía el menú de 25 € - selección de entrante y principal. Compartí las Croquetas de Langosta (muy bueno) y la Bruschetta de Setas de Ostra (fue quemado). La media langosta principal era muy pequeña, patatas fritas excelente. Debería haber seleccionado el rollo de langosta en su lugar. Coste total con bebidas y servicio £ 65.

No warm welcome, although restaurant basically empty everyone was crammed at the back where tables are on top of eachother no privacy and the food (burnt ends) came out before we even got our drinks, no apology on drinks later arrival and the meat was bland and everything was tepid and likely reheated as only took 5 minutes (never a good sign). If you enjoy quick reheated tasteless meat I absolutely recommend this fine establishment. Do better
