Always a friendly welcome. The food is good and especially the chips which are the best in the area. Good prices and hearty portions. Definitely recommend, we go at least once a week.

Pasé toda una hora de viaje a la estación de Hither Green esperando a cenar en Springbank (una recompensa por trabajar hasta tarde en la oficina). ¡No decepcionó! Mi salvamento y las papas fritas de Springbank estaban deliciosas como siempre, y tuve una conversación encantadora con el caballero y la señora que estaban sirviendo detrás del mostrador. El personal es muy amable y hablador, y han estado cada vez que he estado allí. Prometí dejar una revisión que refleje la calidad del servicio y la comida, como si hubiera comido varias veces de Springbank, nunca la he revisado. Es un lugar limpio con un personal amable y papas fritas frescas. Yo recomiendo.

Food was great as always but was very late however delivery guy was great!

they added 10 mins to the delivery time and it arrived half an hour after that, no call or message to say about the delay and when I called up was just told it would be soon. Food was alright but nothing special, the bag was swimming in grease...

First time we've ordered from here and everything was lovely. Great customer service as something was out of stock & lady rang up to offer an alternative. Absolutely loved the vegetable patties 👌 Look forward to eating from here again soon.

Food was lovely as always however a couple of things were forgotten with my order but considering I always use spring bank most weeks, this is the first time ever things were left out so it wasn't a problem.

Food was cold upon delivery and you could tell it had been sat in the bag for a long time. Delivery time given originally for 1825 but delivered at 1835! The chicken was dry & luke warm. Won’t be ordering from here again unfortunately!

fish and chips were really tasty. portions huge and everything double wrapped meant was still hot. delivery was efficient and on time too. first time I’ve used them will def order again

Always love our kebabs food is amazing! Sadly our food was very late however they did call and explain and the gentleman was very apologetic, he did have a valid reason and gave us a free bottle of coke xx

Very overpriced and you have to pay for delivery , not good value for money

Never showed, came up saying delivered. Called and was told that they were under staffed and they hadn't started our order yet. No call or update from them so we decided to cancel. Maybe good food but we will never know.

This might just of been the worst takeaway I have had. Kebab meat well under cooked and chips seemed like they had been cooked hours before, crispy and oily. Awful food.

Food arrived very early and was still hot. Driver was super friendly. He didn't have enough change due to previous orders so had to come back later to give me my change, he was very apologetic and I didn't mind, it seemed like a busy night. He was very polite and thankful. Food was good, portions are very big and would definitely recommend it and order again.

spring bank are the best!! missed there calls when delivering and they left the food outside my flat door without me answering anyway which no other place would do. by far the best place I use. food is always great as well !!

Food arrived 30min after the restaurant opened. Nice for a pre-order! Chicken shish was fresh and X-Large as promised (3 sticks?). Also, salad was packed separately, so tasted very crisp. If you are looking for quality, go for this one.

Ordered an x large mixed kebab. Portion was more like a standard. For the amount of money, it's a total rip off. Will not be ordering a kebab from here again.

Generally very good. Kofte kebab does seem to be vary a bit, sometimes better than others. On this occasion it was a little dry but still nice, and chips were very good.

Food over 30 minutes late, and no explanation when I called. He wasn't even sure which order was mine. Chicken is nice but the lamb was dry, overcooked, cold and greasy. Chilli sauce watery with no flavour, just spicy. Even chips weren't great (for a chip shop)

The best shish kebabs we've had since we've lived in Hither Green. Donner meat & chips were amazing too! Arrived very hot, well packaged. Really fresh, colourful side salads boxed separately from meat & pitta which we loved because it kept the cabbage crunchy and the cucumber cold. Took a full hour to arrive, but happy it was worth the wait.

curry over chips was like water and ruined and i even ordered a separate pot of curry and it was like water how stupid is that person who put it on the chips, make it properly

Expuestos a ellos solo por comer, conseguí la comida bastante rápido, pero por segunda o tercera vez faltaban partes del pedido. Llamé para pedir lo que faltaba y él me dijo que el conductor regresaría en 10 minutos. Llamé a ellos media hora más tarde y el chico con el que hablé fue increíblemente grosero y arrogante y me dijo que el conductor estaba en otras 3 gotas antes que nosotros. Así que comí lo que tenía antes de que se enfriara (er) y otros 10 minutos más tarde llegó el conductor. Diré esto, estaba fuera de servicio para el conductor y no debería haberlo aprovechado, probablemente no fue su culpa, así que si alguien de Springbank lee esto, lo siento sinceramente por solo cerrar la puerta a él como yo lo hice, eso estuvo fuera de lugar, pero el gerente necesita resolver su actitud y quienquiera que haga las comidas necesita asegurarse de que realmente reciban el pedido correcto.

The chips were not greasy and really crisp. As was the batter on my skate. Unfortunately the skate did not taste fresh and I couldn't eat it. If I order from Springbank again I will order a more popular fish, which should be fresher.

Chips and burger are good but the donor and onion rings were so greasy. They forgot part of the order so when I complained it was delivered separately.

Although the food was ok excellent, it the second time that I've requested for salt and vinegar to be added to the order and my request was ignored!!

Después de un día de viaje y estar atrapados en el tráfico que no pudimos soportar yendo a comer a pesar de que todos estábamos hambrientos. De haber utilizado el lugar varias veces en el pasado que sabíamos que sería buena comida rápida y fiable, a fin de salvar llamada tienen que esperar y luego recoger 10 minutos después, se le entregará, si es necesario.

Arrived 2 hours early. Had to reheat once home as didn't have time to explain that we were going out and food was ordered for 2 hours later. Will probably not use again for home delivery

Food nice, delivery man called the wrong number as it clearly stated on the notes to call on a different number. He started throwing stuff on my window continuously, should've just knocked instead.

Food was nice, however we ordered a large portion of chips and the amount inside was probably no more than enough for 1/2 people. I also asked for it to be delivered at 9.20 and it came at 9.40pm so slightly later than intended. However lots of empty plates! Plus a fosh and chip shop that delivers!

I love ordering from Spring bank. Never any problems and their food tastes lovely unlike some other greasy kebabs. They always deliver on time, most times before the delivery time and as always so polite

Delivered right on time as promised.The food was OK, nothing special but good enough. Big portions which is never a bad thing. All-in-all if you want some fast food delivered to your door, you could definitely do worse than this place.

We've had fish and chips four times from Springbank now. Every time has been a winner - beautifully cooked fish, tasty chips and friendly service. Highly recommended.

I've ordered food from Springbank several times and the food was actually quite good, most of the time. The very last time I ordered for delivery, the food arrived tepid, delivered by what can only be described as a wannabe 'gangsta rappa' with a real attitude and one of the cartons in which my food was, smeared in blood. Really off putting on both counts. Shame really as it could have been really good apart from that.

Garlic sauce spilt in bag was all over everyone's food we waited over a hour for delivery when we called up they asked if we wanted to wait another hour for the food to be change I usually order from here but bad service

Recommended kebab, chips were a little undercooked however the kebab was really good, salad in its individual pot which was lovely. Delivered 30mins before estimated time which is 5* will gladly use again.

Order processed but never arrived and this is with the delivery time being pushed back by 30mins...... was supposed to arrive by 9.35pm and it's now 10.10pm.....

Faultless - was sceptical about ordering a kebab from a chippy, but its one of the best I've had in South! 10/10

Arrived in half an hour, despite the app predicting an hours wait! Lamb Shish was lovely, my daughter really enjoyed her chicken wrap & my other daughter & my husband said their burgers & chips were great. Thanks Springbank!

Wonderful service. Unfortunately sent them to the wrong address on a Friday night. When the restaurant called with the driver outside they said they would bring the food to me, even though it was a considerable inconvenience and they had no obligation to. When the driver did arrive he was lovely. Great business, very good food, lovely people, fantastic customer service. Thank you.

Another half hour was added on and when it arrived it was luke warm. The fish was swimming in grease which made the batter heavy and soggy. Chips were hard. Pity.

Have ordered before and it was brilliant. However on Tuesday I must have caught them on a busy day as it was over done and chewy and took more than an hour

I requested thighs and legs but got breast! Also wanted Tango apple and got orange! Most of the (too salty and overcooked chicken) went in the bin...

The delivery was over 30 minutes late not including the extra 10 minutes they added on to the expected hour, the food was hideously greasy and by the time it arrived it was cold! Very very disappointed! I don't usually leave reviews but was really let down with this order!
