Njce place, burgers averrage to me but hit dogs are best. Best fries ever!

More than price performance more than enough

Lovely. All i can say is that it’s delicious food. Staff extremely friendly and just an all round pleasant atmosphere. One of the staff even started a conversation and it was very engaging. Love it here, coming back soon.

I took my son and his friends to Five guys for a meal (Burger, Chips and drink), as the kids wanted Five Guys. The burgers didn't taste good, the fries were far too salty. The bill for these four meals cam to £ 78, which is absolutely overpriced for what you get. Not better than McDonalds. We will next time go either to Honest Burger or Byron Burger, as the burgers are far better.

The portios are getting smaller and smaller. The cooking and melting of ingredients is not there anymore. Quality has really lowered, it's a shame

Usually my go to burger place but on a take away order i made last night which included a medium fries, I got maybe 30 fries in a cup and that was it. It was probably closer to 300 calories than the over 1000 calories advertised on the menu. I had ordered this portion for two people as the small fry is usually more than enough for a single person but the portion I received was no more than a handful of fries. I don't know if the portion sizes have changed (I doubt it) but if so it is way too overpriced for the lack of fries you receive. Will definitely consider twice before buying from here again considering the price

Portions getting smaller, cost getting higher. At least u get to eat their salty nuts for free, 5 guys worth of them. The burger didn't have pre chewed plastic un it, which was a nice change! 40£ for 2 burger meals felt like being spat on. But at least I had the free nuts in my mouth.

What a waste of money!! Thr portions is tiny, not even for a baby! And it's so overpriced!! Charging you 5 pounds for a grilled sandwich which comes at the shape of your palm!! Are you guys serious 😳 I can't believe places like that still exist and fool people...

Pricey but undeniably good food, especially if you have ravenous kids in tow who have no interest in seeing a kids menu.

Good good burgers and lovely fries

Great moist fresh burgers you can choose your own toppings. amazing crispy fries with skins on and fab portions. If you don't like minced beef this isn't the place to go. Limited veggie options unless you like US craft cheese slices in the grilled cheese sandwiches.

After a long journey on Boxing Day, we decided to go into 5 guys on Islington Green. The first thing was to be faced with a member of staff who barely understood English, I am born and bred in England, the burger and milk shake were very expensive, I had to ask for a cheeseburger 3 times before she understood me. the chips had black bruised bits and were awful. Burger wasn't bad but small for the price of £11, Milkshake was good, i regard over £6 expensive, it wasn't all that big either. I don't mind paying the price but I want the quality, we had a poor customer experience, tables were left with old food and wrappings on them, very small tables, uncomfortable seating, place needed a good clean. We will not be going back. Poor customer experience.

Order to take away, ready when I arrived and the bros hooked us up with a bonus scoop of fries. Got the little burger and fries (only 1) and had two full meals. Can’t complain, always consistent

The only feedback I can give is to change one of your managers, a white guy with a beard wearing a black uniform(he was present this morning), he is very rude and impolite! He should be educated or fired from his position. He's even rude with the delivery riders. He seems to be racist as he was despising one of the food delivery riders who does not speak very well English! I won't spend even 1£ in your shops anymore after being a regular customer for a long time. I do not recommend it to anyone, especially the Islington branch.

Great food great staff can't wait fir next visit

Two of us had burgers. Mine was cooked ok, my wife's was pink in the middle and looked undercooked. Both tasted a little bland. Very unusual for this chain. Complacent? Maybe it's time to try another. As requested, I have contacted Five Guys and await a response. I supplied Five Guys with my phone number to allow them to discuss my issues. They sent me another email asking for my receipt, photo of the food and exact time? Are they serious? I'm not in the habit of taking photos of my food or keeping receipts. All in all, the burger was not up to scratch and I was thinking of trying another place to eat. Following the terrible follow up from Five Guys I will definitely be trying another place to eat. I was offering constructive criticism. The company seems to have lost its way.

Just had a fantastic visit here, when I came last the music was dreadful and this time it was James brown, so massive improvements in that area. Food was delicious, staff very friendly as always. Couldn't recommend more !

Something has been consistently wrong with the chips. Soggy, under fried and not as tasty as they tend to be in five guys all around. Burger delicious as usual

I want to say thanks to David the manager of Five Guys, Islington. He was very patient and understanding plus very kind, when he didn't have to be. He listened to my complaint without judgement and I'm very grateful. The food was an added bonus.

The cheeseburger was really nice but the spicy chips were so dry it felt like I was eating one of those silica gel packs that keeps moisture out of packaging.

Had a great thick milkshake here on a hot sultry day. Fairly small selection of flavors but exactly what was needed to cool down. Why no lime or coffee flavor? Friendly staff and quick service.

The food was good but service so so. A delivery guy ran off with our order. There should be better checks that the right person leaves with their order. This happened while it wasn't very busy.

Straightforward fast-food experience

I really quite enjoyed this establishment. The menu design was lovely, it was simple as not too many items on there so you don’t waste time choosing and the staff were friendly. My one little quarrel is the fact that it was a tad bit cramped in the part where we sat, it wasn’t an issue as such it just felt odd because we were right next to the bar. The food though was absolutely amazing, well priced for London and taste was irresistible, I am normally a slow eater but demolished it.

Not a big fan of overpriced burgers... Meat was dry, and greassy. I give 3 Stars since they always give loads of fries.

I was craving a taste of home (I'm from Canada) and needed some salty fries for an evening snack. Wandered over here from my hotel and got exactly what you'd expect from Five Guys fries.

First time coming to Five Guys and it did not dissapoint. The food was delicious and very friendly service.

Came here for a quick catch up with my cousin a few days ago. I just wanted to check out the dessert shakes. Ola was the best at making sure we were okay and happy with what we had, he showed he was someone who exceeds expectations! That's what I would definitely expect from an American owned company and he is definitely showing it! The Strawberry Shortcake milkshake was really good, the strawberries tasted so fresh! My daughter had Millionaire Shortbread one, which was nice, bit a bit too rich in taste for me! Thanks Ola!!

Se avete voglia di un panino fatto come si deve, questo è il posto giusto! La qualità della carne è ottima e la quantità pure. Carina l'idea del servire panino e patatine in un unico sacchetto. Il costo è abbastanza in linea con i prezzi medi di Londra.

Five Guys i Islington är värt ett besök. Det är inte så fullt i restaurangen som i restaurangerna runt Oxford Street. Hamburgarna, Fries och vegetariska burgaren är super goda. Trevlig personal på denna restaurang. Rent och snyggt!

We usually order from Shake Shack for our burger fix every week or 2, but this time they messed up our order so we got a refund instantly (thankfully deliveroo are very good like that) so we decided to try 5 guys instead. I personally really liked the finer softer ground patty as I have issues with my teeth and some burgers can be hard to chew. The free toppings were OK but a bit stingy, and all the flavours blended into one, meaning it was hard to pick out jalapeños, grilled mushrooms and onions in the midst of it all. Seeded but was nice but went a little soggy in transit. Chips are great if you don't mind skin, and the small portion is more than enough for 2, which is reflected in the price. if you only like burgers plain then the flavour of the meat is somewhat lacking compared to shake shack. Overall I would return but I am not giving up on other options just yet....

By going there you risk never eating burgers again, unless you find a Five Guys place near you. Unfortunately we do not have one in Iceland.

Sadly husband wanted to try despite my concerns. This isn't an American restaurant at all. It is false advertising. The burger meat is of unacceptable quality, £10 for 80%fat inside, no taste other than the farm, it's a rip off. The alleged hot dogs are nothing but Turkish sausage called sucuk. The ban and roll aren't anywhere close to what they must be. We received a soggy horrible ban with a dry, fatty and tasteless meat inside. The roll is the corner shop quality, or corner shop is probably better. Soggy tasteless mass of vomit. The horrible chips are not for human consumption, Cajun are disgustingly overpowering with garlic and the little ones are so salty to the point of immediate dehydration. Horrible food and the delivery provider changed the time as they driver was following the machine as he called it, instead to do the effort to learn the neighborhood and once a driver. As they allegedly not to charge if exceeded the time schedule they just change the time. Another deliveroo ripp off, unregulated horrible food and false advertising. Please people, learn that when food is overpowered with garlic is off. The trend of eating and writing reviews and especially without having any knowledge to what you eat, it's pathetic. FSA must start regulating all these rubbish places. Shame on you reviewers and owners.

In all honesty, Five Guys is a fast food chain with decent quality food. You get to choose what you want in your burger and you get a good portion of fries. Sometimes they’re a bit too much, but who’s complaining. I normally go for the little cheeseburger, because for me it’s a better portion size and it is filling. The establishment is alright, it’s clean and they also have seats downstairs which is nice. I’ve not had a bad experience here and would recommend it.

Molto americano e se piace il cibo da fast food non c'è confronto con i vari Mac Donald e simili. Prezzo leggermente più alto degli altri fast food ma in linea con la qualità delle materie prime utilizzate. Un cartello sopra a enormi sacchi di patate ti spiega la fattoria di.provenienza delle materie prime. Solitamente a km 0. Molto simpatico l'ambiente e personale cordiale.

I mean, u can't really five guys. The burger patty itself is very tasty, and then on top of that, u can add whattt ever toppings u like from their extensive list so I'm not sure how you're supposed to go wrong there. Chips portions are massive! Shakes aren't too bad. Decent decent.

I visited only this weekend based on what I'd heard generally. One burger one hit dog and one beer for £26.50?? Wouldn't mind if they were good! Even IKEA hot dogs for 50p are better. And a slapped around McDonalds burger will make you feel it's better. Yes genuinely. I asked if hot dog is a fresh sausage grilled like the burger...yes they said. It was like an old boiled voost German sausage (actually they're better), split in half and tepidly warmed. My friend's burger was also disgusting. Reading the American review posters I looked around. Said HAND CUT CHIPS! Really? In the middle if the floor on entrance were bags and bags piled up of precut chips. Look at the photos in general. Which human can cut millions of chips exactly the same? It's a TOTAL RIP OFF. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Se siete a Londra e volete un Hamburger di qualità questo è il posto per voi. Qualità, velocità, flessibilità, insomma molto più di un fast-food. Consigliatissimo.

When a burger craving hits then you generally know five guys will deliver. Never normally have all the toppings probably won't again, messy option. Fries here were the best to date, proper crispy on the outside soft in the middle. Not cheap but better quality than other high street chains.

Después de haber leído mucho sobre Five Guys, lo intentamos ya que estábamos en el área después de un concierto cercano. Los alimentos. . . Bueno, las papas fritas eran comestibles, pero la hamburguesa era diabólica, un par de tibias e insípidas hamburguesas incípidas metidas en un bollo con la textura de una esponja de baño que se había utilizado para limpiar el agujero del tapón. La carne está completamente desprovista de cualquier sabor, basura total, sin condimento, por lo que todo el sabor de la salsa y dejó un sabor rancio de cebolla. Realmente horrible. Lo peor de todo es que este restaurante es increíblemente sucio, nunca he visto algo así, fuimos al piso de abajo y el piso estaba tan grasiento que era como una pista de patinaje. Los contenedores estaban llenos y había basura por todo el lugar. Parecía que había unas nueve mil personas haciendo hamburguesas, quizás sería una buena idea desplegar algunas de ellas para tareas de limpieza. Este lugar necesita seriamente una limpieza profunda, si la EHO aparecía sin previo aviso, la apagarían hasta que se limpiara. Si valoras tu salud digestiva, te sugiero que le des un lugar amplio a este lugar.

La comida era excelente, como cabría esperar de cualquiera de sus restaurantes alrededor del mundo. Me gustaron especialmente las papas fritas que estaban bien cocidas y crujientes y tenían una salinidad equilibrada. El servicio fue rápido y el personal atento. Sin embargo, el lugar podría haber estado más limpio: las mesas se limpiaron y el área de autoservicio de bebidas.

Five guys es una cosa de locos! Extremadamente rica y las porciones son muy grandes, es muy muy rico. La malteadas deliciosas, las papas son muy sabrosas. En mi visita a londres comi al menos unas 5 veces en five guys!

Ottimo hamburger, carne abbondante e possibilità di scegliere tutti gli ingredienti che si vogliano. Patatine molto sfiziose e servite in abbondanti quantità. Come in molti fast food, è possibile prendere gratuitamente ketchup e maionese, inoltre danno noccioline a buffet.

Stopped by for a bite after work, service was quick friendly and helpful, and it was empty. Always get paprika fries, I made the mistake of getting regular, which mainly just taste of salt. If it looks busy, there’s a decent amount of seating downstairs.

De passage à Londres, nous nous devions de tester cette enseigne! Je n'ai pas été déçue, les sandwichs et les frites sont très bons. je recommande de tester les epices cajun "on se side" pour les frites pour tester.

Estoy totalmente de acuerdo con los comentarios sobre el precio, es muy caro, sin embargo bien vale la pena. La calidad y el sabor es mucho mejor que otras cadenas burger y también te dan a elegir su coberturas. Las patatas fritas tienen un sabor encantador con un crujido y el servicio en el restaurante era bueno y el cajero fue muy servicial y educado.

Como muchos otros comentarios diciendo lo caro que es, voy a tener que participar en ese desfile. Las hamburguesas son geniales no me malinterpretéis y el batidos son cremosa y sabrosa, pero pronto nos dimos cuenta de la factura de apilamiento para incluso en las opciones más baratas.

미국 3대 버거를 전부 다 먹어봤는데요 파이브 가이즈가 제일 양 많고 푸짐하고 맛있습니다. 인앤아웃보다 더 맛있었어요 개인적으로는. 아이러니하게도 미국이 아닌 영국에서 맛보았는데 진짜 배불리 먹었어요. 탄산도 무제한으로 먹을 수 있구요. 파이브가이즈만의 특이한 점이라면 땅콩을 원없이 가져다 먹을 수 있다는 것. 버거치곤 가격은 좀 쎄지만 영국 자체의 물가가 비싸기에 그에 비해선 가성비가 좋은 편이라 추천합니다.

영국에서 먹은 것 중 가장 맛있는 햄버거를 먹었어요. 패스트푸드라기보단 수제햄버거에 가까운 느낌이었습니다. 육즙이 넘치는 패티가 완전 기억에 남아요. 땅콩도 맛있구요. 영국에 들린다면 꼭 가봐야할 곳입니다. 진짜 맛있어요.

Chaîne de fast-food réputée, j’ai tenté et... top. Les burgers sont très bons, vous choisissez les ingrédients qui les composent, c’est rapide, la viande est bonne, les prix corrects... rien a dire ! A essayer au moins une fois !
