Came for dinner and the Service from Alex was absolutely amazing! And the food was great. Will be coming back again Thankyou STK

Service at the beginning was poor as we booked for 11:00 but it took 40 mins for us to be sitted down and we were about to not eat dinner. However, Rui gave us excellent service was very attentive, gave us great conversation and made the night better for us on our anniversary.

William really made my time special as he was really checking up on us and really making sure we was having a good time. Was having bad time but he came and made up for it

Amazing restaurant I cannot recommend enough. We shared starters among ourselves and had drinks the atmosphere was so lively and the staff were so helpful and kind. The Dj was excellent playing house classics and uplifting music. They had sparklers and everyone was dancing on their seats. Amazing atmosphere would absolutely recommend

Worst restaurant ive ever been to! Had to wait an hour and a half to be seated at a table we had booked. Very rude staff kept dismissing us when we asked when we would be seated. When we finally sat down we asked to order straight away because we were starving. When the starters arrived they were horrible. Music way too loud couldn’t hear anyone talking and wound us up even more as we were starving. Waiting a further hour and a half for mains which still hadnt come out so we decided to leave. Honestly a really awful experience for such a ‘fancy’ steak restaurant

Rather disappointing experience at STK. All the food was fairly decent. We got the chicken and beef sliders to start and both of these were rather tasty. However, our main course was definitely not up to scratch. Both myself and my partner got steaks and both were overcooked compared to what we ordered. This was very disappointing considering STK is meant to be a steakhouse and steak should be there speciality The food was also rather pricey, however we did kind of expect this considering the restaurant was in the middle of London near many popular tourist locations. Definitely had better experiences at other steakhouses and for half the price.

I visited the Strand branch, and it was not great experience . Unfortunately, our visit was marred by some issues with service. First, they had run out of some items on the menu, which was disappointing. Then, we had to wait an excruciating 87 minutes for our food to arrive. At one point, a staff member came over and acknowledged the long wait, saying it was unacceptable, and that the manager would come to apologise. The gentleman who was serving us was very attentive, constantly checking with the kitchen, but despite staffs and our multiple requests, the manager never made an appearance. We saw the waiter approach the manager, who simply looked at us and carried on doing nothing but standing in a corner. It was awful and disrespectful. It’s a shame because the waiter was trying his best, but the lack of management oversight left a bad taste. I hope they can address these issues, especially if you're planning to visit for a meal rather than a late-night party. The vibe is very youthful, with plenty of young people dancing on the tables to loud music, so if you're looking for a family dinner, it turns into more of a club atmosphere which is not bad if you are going for clubbing vibe .

My experience at STK was incredible. I never expected to have a lunch with my family where I would be so well served in every detail. William was our waiter and it was honestly the best service I have ever had, even better than the Michelin restaurants that my wife likes to go to. My daughters were celebrating their graduation and we were surprised with a piece of chocolate cake to say congratulations and it was very special to see my daughters smile at this gesture. Thank you William and STK for giving us a memorable experience

Tried this depot after the shambles at the Stratford depot. What can I say? The service was like night and day. It was like a totally different restaurant. Staff were attentive from the start, they surroundings were amazing and great personal touches from several of the staff, I particularly enjoyed the conversation with Daniel where we both spoke of similar hobbies / passions after he notice a accessory of mine. If you're looking for low prices, then this is not the place. However, the food was amazing, staff amazing, wine fantastic, and so actually feel it was worth the spend. Will 100% be going back to this branch.

We visited for the first and last time all started good then went downhill the steak was cooked correctly but over seasoned we opted for the set menu we had our steak they took the plates we finished our wine they took the wine glasses no one asked if we wonted desert or if we would like any more to drink so we sat at an empty table We waited 20 minutes no one came and didn’t seem that busy in the end we asked for the bill and ask to take the service charge off which they did and seem surprised I asked to be taken off

Terrible place. The manager was very drunk and was very rude.i didn’t get a receipt. We all paid for my bill separately and the manager tried stealing from me and tried to put ALL my money on the bill and she refused to give my change back many time . I HAVE PROOF. Would not recommend

Food is very very average and does not reflect the price of the meal. It’s an expensive restaurant that serves bland food. I ordered the tomahawk steak which was £100, it was good but nothing special . The chips are very dry, the mac and cheese wasn’t to my taste preference , it wasn’t necessarily bad but too cheddar like for me. The potato gratin also had no flavour. I also had the tropical kiss cocktail which was way too sweet and not enjoyable at all. Our waiter was friendly but service was slow ish . The chimichurri sauce was nice but wasn’t a fan of the peppercorn.

Food was average for the price. Had some issues with the bill, but that was dealt with eventually. William was fantastic however. Overall, Enjoyed my experience here.

We had a dinner today and we were charged 251£ (2 person) for 4 plates and 2 classic cocktails. They charged us 32£ for the service (something like tip) without letting us know at first place. The stake was without a salt, pepper or any seasonings at all. Plus we asked for medium rare steak but instead they brought us medium steak.

The food was absolutely amazing. Our waiter requested us to order one Porterhouse Steak (900g) for the whole table, while we get our main courses. I ordered the Lil chick which were fried chicken sandwiches and it was the perfect level of crispiness and crunchiness. The steak was cooked perfectly and our food was served so quick! Overall I had an awesome time

Came for a steak on Christmas Day. The music is pumping!! Great if you're into the club scene, but the vast majority of tables are families. I measured at 80db at my table (see picture). That is nightclub loud, not fine dining. Needless to say, the experience was ruined. I hope the food is edible.

We had an amazing time at STK Steakhouse. The food was very good (especially the Wagyu steaks, the Australian Wagyu filet was 10/10) Big shout-out to William, our Brazilian waiter, and his amazing hospitality!

I came here to celebrate my partner's birthday, and although it’s a bit expensive, the food and cozy atmosphere made it a wonderful experience. We visited on a Sunday when it wasn’t too crowded, so we were able to relax and enjoy our time without feeling rushed.

My girlfriend treated me to dinner at STK for my birthday and we were blown away with the service and quality of the food and drink. We can’t remember his name but the waiter who loves cheese! He was very attentive and couldn’t fault him! We would definitely recommend going and will be returning in the future.

We arrived at half 8 and it took 10 minutes for us to sit down. After sitting down next to the speakers which made it impossible to have a conversation we again waited 30 minutes for someone to come and take our drinks. After ordering, the food was not up to standard, we previously visited STK Westminster which was amazing and finding out it had closed down we were disappointed as this was basically a night club with over priced food. The little burgers were dry and were basically big meatballs and the calamari was cold, we had tried multiple times to get someone’s attention to take this back but we gave up in the end ... was not impressed. We asked for the bill over 3 times finding out there was 15% service charge we asked to take that off and leave £5 as the service was shocking but we always leave a tip, the waitress stormed off and didn’t want us even leaving a tip, she slammed the receipt down and walked off. There was no “have a nice evening” “hope everything was okay” the waitresses name was Monica and from our understanding she was a manger of some sort. We were extremely disappointed and will not be returning!

A one star just for the nice cocktails. If you actually want food don’t eat here, the steak tastes burnt like the pan hasn’t been washed in 3 months, no flavour, hardly any sauce that I paid extra for and the sides were meedy but cost a fortune (after paying £55 for nasty steak I’d expect it to come with atleast a salad or some greens!). Just high priced Iceland food you could have made at home. My friends bday cake slice tasted like it was stale and hard at the edges. Go for cocktails and photos then leave.

Absolutely disgusting!!! Booked a table for myself and friends for our annual Christmas meet up. Everyone travelling from around the country. At 2.30pm ON THE DAY received an email CANCELLING the table!!! Over £200 lost,with no compensatory offer from cancelling our table. STK STEAK THE STRAND...you should be ASHAMED!!!!😡😡😡😡😡

Overall I had a very good experience at STK strand last night to celebrate my birthday. The food tasted great, the drinks were good, but the best thing was the service I received from the waiter, he provided me with a birthday cocktail and a special double shot of a sweet concoction which I loved and to end the night I was presented with a beautiful slice of cake and sparklers. The cake was delicious but I couldn't finish as I was so full from the great food I had. The only slightly negative thing I'd say is the noise levels were abit too rowdy for my liking I found myself having to raise my voice just to speak to my friend so she can hear me. Also the lighting was abit too dark, I would've preferred lighting over each table. Other than that I would recommed and I'm sure if u are to go to the bottomless brunch the atmosphere would be amazing!! 8/10

Walked and could hardly communicate as the music was far too loud. DJ went off at 5 pm but the volume didn’t go down when they had a playlist on. Could not hear the person opposite me and left before ordering. Thinking was i alone in this experience, alas no! Other than lip service from whoever responds to these reviews, the loud music (awful stuff too) has been going on for years.

Food was nice but the service was shocking! Waited a good 20mins for drinks each time, bearing in mind we only had the table reserved for 2hrs. They brought our bill as soon as we finished the main with no choice of having dessert as the time was up, appreciate they was busy and we was told from the start that it was only 2hrs per sitting, but if this is the case the table service needs to be on form ordering food and drinks efficiently.

As much as I like an atmosphere at a restaurant I found STK to be on the loud side. There were 6 of us dining and in all honesty it was very hard to have a conversation with all the music and noise. The food was tasty but there was no leeway ho add bits from the menu to my husbands main meal (he would have enjoyed some lobster with his steak) but was told they couldn’t do that even though lobster is on the menu. Not sure I would rush back.

My partner and I had the best time all thanks to Rui. We had an issue with another member of staff and Rui stepped into action and made our night so enjoyable. I cannot thank him enough, he is an absolute credit to this company.

Great for a Xmas party or any celebration event first class

We went for a three course meal (£50) special for Christmas. Optional of bottomless for 1 hr 30. When our hour and a half was up we were only halfway through our 2nd course and told we needed to vacate the table and eat desert at the bar! It almost entirely ruined our experience apart from the lovely waiter who was super apologetic. To expect a party of 4 to get through three courses in 1hr30 is a push and at best on a Friday night with service not being the fastest, almost impossible. There was also no cloak room available as it was ‘full’ and the staff on entry were pretty rude and dismissive. I’ve been to so many restaurants in london which are not as ‘luxe’ and had a MUCH better experience both food and service wise. We removed our service charge (obviously). Don’t waste your money, spend your money in a local indie restaurant where hopefully you can actually digest your food before you’re being rushed onto the next course. Food itself was good, but not worth the overall poor experience.

Food was really nice and the music was good played quite a few good songs , only thing that wasn’t good was us waiting for the table, as our table was booked for 8:30 but we wasn’t seated till 50 mins later and we was forgotten about and had to keep reminding them that we was all there to be seated and no one acknowledged us , we was told “give us 1 min” loads of times but I think if we didn’t keep reminding them they would of not seated us . We didn’t start eating till 10:50/11pm so it was a long service however the vibe and the food made up for it . It was really busy in there and they also done a cake for the birthday girl which was really nice
