Not happy with cold expensive food really. Watched our driver come close to us then turn around and go to the other side White City, making our food cold in damp bags and the chips soggy.

Every time I visit the store I'm filled with food joy! The staff are friendly and helpful on the tills. The staff on the floor are there if you need any support. The restaurant is spotless clean the the toilet as well. Their fries are consistently good! Their burgers exceptionally tasty and fresh. I'm a hotdog fan and have never been disappointed. If you want value for your money then Five Guys Westfield is the place to go! Best food in Westfield!!

Very nice burgers, still a fast food though. Either way way better than McDonald's, Burger King and Friends. What is mesmerising is how good their fries are.

I liked that the tables are located near the entrance to the shopping center and a pleasant view outside the window. Sofas have high backrests and there is no draft. Burgers are well done

We've made this a frequent spot now because the staff are so absolutely incredible! I support a wheelchair user with learning disabilities on the weekend and she always asks to come here. For the food, yes, but mostly for the wonderfully friendly staff! They chat with her and smile but most importantly - they remember her! She loves that feeling of being remembered. The staff here go above and beyond and I can't thank them enough.

Mame and Akshay were incredibly friendly and patient. She helped me choose all my food carefully, despite my many allergies. I truly appreciate her kindness and support!

Shame it's big chain of food & have not much choice for the vegetarian. The only thing I love there it's their masala OR spicy chips. So I think the company should introduce more vegetarian or vegan choice

Abysmal. Absolutely abysmal. What's the fuss about? Went in for a quick bite and people seem to rave about Five Guys. What I got was a dry and pretty sub-par (and surprisingly small) burger patty with "free" toppings wanged randomly on but mostly loose in the wrapper. The chips are ok, I guess But the astonishing part is the £25 it cost for this utter crap. They will reply with a standard "prices reflect the quality we provide" which is a joke given the utter rubbish I was served. Given that any half decent pub now serves great burgers with juicy, tender patties and a range of toppings for under £20 this place just takes the piss. Awful. Shockingly awful.

Popped in yesterday after a day of shopping for my daughter's birthday, ordered the hotdog and chips ( was surprised at how small it was for the price) the hot dog had strange lingering smell and taste, the chips very salty, then my daughter ordered two drinks one water £4.35 and Dr pepper £4.35, seriously you charge that much for one water, this meat smell is disgusting. The server wasn't that friendly either with absolutely no smile or energy, the person who gave us the food was more friendly.

Excellent burger. One thing only would have liked the patty to be a big larger for the size of bun. Friendly staff with full smiles. Even gave us a free milk shake!

Good burgers but super overpriced

I would think a little overpriced. Service is average but it is because I categorise 5 Guys as a fast food joint. So service is typical big chain standard, not extraordinary nor average.

I am not one to complain but this particular Westfield London visit (roughly one month and a half ago) was not enjoyable. The chips were way too salty and I felt a little sick after having the burger which was disappointing as five guys is my go to place for a cheat day and I know the food isn't usually like this. I have already given feedback by filling out the form online and I asked if things could be made right with a meal seeing as i am regular at five guys but nobody was willing to help. Unfortunately my review will be staying as 1 star unless something is done to make this right and I also won't be visiting again either. Please note my review is based on my most recent visit and not in general. It is important that I am honest.

As fasfood, it is one of the best in London. 🍔 You have the option to choose the add ons and everything else. Fries is very delicious, they put blenty onnce you go for the large, it costs one more pound i guess. Regardless of the queue, the staff always cool and calm. 😎 The only issue is that it is usually difficult to find a table, no need to say that, channing take also take time due to number of customers. 😞

The order did not arrive at all. There is no way to cancel an order with JustEat so we had to contact the restaurant to try and resolve the issue. They told us to raise the issue with your customer services. Really disappointed with this!

Five guys everywhere have about same good standard and very minor discrepancies. Fries at quality. Burgers are always yummy.

Nice place and lots of shops, the only thing I would say is the toilets need to be fixed. The toilets upstairs (where gucci entrance is) , the toilet doors have broken locks.

I got delivery so cannot comment on the atmosphere. The service was fine. I got a 'little' burger. They should really specify that the only thing that's little about it is that it's just got the one beef patty instead of two. I have no idea how having two patties has now become the norm. What else are we going to bring over from America - Diabetes?! Anyway. It was tasty. Would have loved a blue cheese option. The "little" chips were basically a bucketfull. Evidently they have lots of potatoes because they give you a bag full of them. Not complaining at all. Okay just one. I did ask for mayo and ketchup to go with the chips. They didn't provide it. That's all. Minor but not so minor as I was stuffing my face with dry chips (actually they're greasy). Careful if you have a peanut allergy as I believe they soak everything in peanut oil. Oh the milkshake was rather good too - I ordered oreo plus peanut butter. Good combo. They should have more take out options, though. What happened to butternut scotch? Bring some of the American options over too - they get malted milk, cherry and blueberry over there. Come on, five guys UK!

We ate and the staff were very pleasant, especially Mohamed, who was really very kind to us and gave us advice in French for our meal. Thanks to him for his interpersonal skills and kindness!

We often visit Five Guys all around London. Today, my wife with 2 kids ordered takeaway away. Our 10 year old son was waiting for this for all day, and at the end, the staff who prepared the burger did not put any ingredients we asked for. My daughter saw this and told my wife while they were giving the takeaway package. She asked the preparing guy if he put all the ingredients, and he lied and told them he did. When his other colleague asked if he put the right ingredients, the man who was preparing it said yes. When we all came home, the burger was empty with no ingredients. My wife trusted the staff and did not open the burger despite the fact that our daughter told her that she saw the mistake made in the preparation. It was not a busy time, and we physically were there. All could have been corrected straight away if the guy would be honest. The guy sarcastically was smiling while she was asking for the correct order. We are not happy as it took so much time, and what happened was not professional. If the guy is not happy to work at White City Westfield Five Guys, then he should not work there. In any business, honesty is a must, and customers need satisfaction to visit the restaurant again. In these following photos, you can see the guy who prepared and lied to us. Disappointed!

Burgers are ok for the price. Five guys very annoyingly has the habit of using very little containers for their chips to imply generosity. The result is a super messy and greasy bag.

Eating dead cows is not good for you, but it was the cheeriest service in London.

I went last time on an end-of-school trip to London, so we decided to stop by five guys, although we didn't expect the food to be so bad, to be honest you couldn't expect much from a fast food chain, although even with that, I managed to disappoint, apart from the food the service was mediocre, I was served by people who miraculously knew English, I know that immigration is quite massive in London, but I didn't expect them to even know English, the atmosphere could also be greatly improved, the people were dirty and They weren't even silent, we are in London, it is the first time when traveling that the food in London is not the best, but hey, it still disappoints

Went back to give another chance. Again I had a hotdog. The hotdog itself was mediocre in quality. Toppings fine but standard. Nice you could choose between grilled or fresh onion.The bun was utterly shameful. While toasted, it was soft, lacked any texture and was like wrapping the hotdog in wet bread. And this for £6.65. Not at all worth the price. Oh, the staff were great but can't recommend place. Any vendor on the street in NYC or Toronto is far superior and ⅓ price.

Tasty burgers, silver foils, thick filling milkshakes

Consistently good wherever you try Five Guys. The branch was unusually quiet but not a bad thing as we got served quickly. In other stores they offer monkey nuts to snack on while waiting for your order but none seen on offer at Westfield. Milkshakes taste great.

Food and customer service was great, especially from Sid! Restaurant and toilets were clean. Could not fault it.
