This was terrible.. it was not worth the money.. I paid £9 for a kebab that was so small I had to order something else from somewhere else because I was still hungry.. I had to wait so long for it to come and the food was not worth the £27 I paid for a (so called) Large kebab.. a kebab wrap which was bigger than my £9 kebab and a kids meat and chips and 6 songs and chips.. I will not be using this restaurant again.. ontop of that I had to pay £1.50 for the delivery and I've had to come to an old order to leave my review because my order says it's still on it a way.. very disappointed.. I should have saved my money..

i ordered food from chicken express many times , if it was something bad i wouldn't order more then once. by the way, i'm hungry :D

I ordered chicken, chicken burger, double cheeseburger, chips and chicken wings. all of the chicken was dry and stale. Totally inedible! none of the food was fresh. i strongly advice people to not order from here.

Brilliant chicken shish as usual. Soft and tender and great with garlic and chilli sauce. Lamb kofte was delicious aswell but a bit stingy on the portion size I felt. Brilliant overall.

Delivery on time by a polite man, food was wrapped well, and kebab was yummy, best one I've had in ages! Like the fact that I got a receipt too. Will definitely order from them again

Excellent chicken shish. Soft and tender breast pieces. The spicy chicken burger however wasnt as tender and a quite dry. There was no sauce or even mayo on top of the buns which was disappointing but overall would order again.

This place will charge you £2.20 For a 1.5 litre bottle of fizzy but they'll give you a much smaller bottle and still charge you for the big bottle, flat out refuse refunds

Where do I start the chips where cold and the chicken was barely warm. The onion rings never had onions is in and was just a mess of dough and crumbs in the box. Only reason we did not ring back was it was getting late and the grandchildren needed to eat. Would not get from here again

Piping hot and fresh great food

My son has sensory issues so asked for the sauce in 2 small pots instead of drizzled over the kebabs (which he will not eat) never been a problem in any other kebab shop we have ever ordered from, ever. Those little pots cost what, 2p each? Received a phone call to say this would cost an extra £1.60! I declined out of principle, ridiculous. The food arrived in good time, was about 20 minutes early infact so that was a positive. We didn’t enjoy the chicken in the chicken in the shish very much. I wouldn’t say it was undercooked but it was just cooked and the texture was strange as a result. I don’t think we will use again which is a shame as I have used this place for years without any problems.

Asked for food to be sent hot because they always deliver cold and it was still cold... Drivers need to stop blasting music through open windows and maybe the food will arrive warmer than outside temperature mode...

The WORST - cold food and disgusting service! I've ordered several times and they always deliver cold. Just dare to ask them to deliver your food hot - they will treat you like nothing for lack of a better word. The lady on the phone has the most barbaric, rude and unapologetic "service" ever. When I told her the food was cold and I didn't want it, she talked over me, refused to take it back and hung up. The driver is rude, doesn't give you the receipt and dives with wondows open while blasting music - no wonder the food arrived COLD! At least Just Eat made it right and I'm pleased wiht their service. Hope Chicked Express will pay dearly.

Overall the food was very good and I wouldn't hesitate to order from here again. if I had 1 minor criticism it would be the chicken fillet burger was a little dry/tough but I still ate it! Decent gaff

Got here about 30 minutes earlier then was stated which was a good thing cos I was so hungry I was eyeing up the cat... Kebab was lovely as were the chips the food was hot and the delivery driver polite... First time ordering and will be ordering again thanks guys my cat 🐱 thanks you also 🙂

we got given our kebab but they forgot our chips and bottle of coke. I called up the restaurant and the man was rude saying he packed it and was accusing me of lying at first. then said they will deliver my chips and coke. came 30 minutes later. The kebab was cold and chips were warm.

Was left waiting for a item that was missing from my order for over 45 mins then after 3 phone calls to the shop the driver turn up . Sent food back .

I'd like to complain about the driver, He doesn't charge a 2P pound when pays the fee. Is 2P not a government-issued currency? Why doesn't he charge? Does he discriminate? If you can't give me a satisfactory reply, I'll make further complaints.

Ladies beware: I am no longer going to order from this place ever again. Their delivery guy was so inappropriate. The guy called me as he was lost & couldn't find my address. After giving him the directions & having my order delivered; this guy had the nerve to start messaging me asking if I had a boyfriend to the point of being harassing. I have now blocked his number but it's scary to know that he knows were I live. I am never ordering a takeaway ever again.

I don't know what happened this time, but the Wraps were all messed up either not following the notes, as we don't eat with onion and it was every where. Absolutely upset and disappointed. Any chance to get a refund? I'm regular Customer and I placed a big order and I've been treated like this. Is not fair

AVOID!!!! Absolute poor service from every angle with this takeaway, ALWAYS late even though I literally live 2minutes down the road, food arrives dripping wet, driver is abrupt, the service isn't at all welcoming or smooth, an order that was accepted on their system at 7:03pm only arrived at my door at 8:45, barring in mind it was simply a chicken Shish with salad, then ontop to be told the motorbike broke down enroute and that was why the order was late when I know they don't have bikes for deliveries and never have!

Bun was soggie, chicken burger was chewy, chilli sauce was hot but bland, chicken kebab meat was burnt and dry, fried chicken was overly salty. Only thing to get pass marks was the houmous and pitta. Very disappointed & wouldn't order again.

The chips aren't the best in the world. One of my sons nuggets was dried up like it was over cooked. The ketchup tastes off. The burger was the redeeming point. Change the chips you use they aren't delicious at all. Or your frying oil.
