Had heard many great things about this place before visiting...and it lived up to them. Great restaurant vibe, very helpful/friendly staff and unreal food! Le burger est plutôt bon et juteux bien qu’un peu petit pour le prix, j’ai pris aussi les frites au bœuf haché et parmesan c’est une tuerie ! I've heard great things about Patty & Bun but must say I was bitterly disappointed. I ordered the ari gold cheeseburger with no tomato and no mayo, AND extra bacon which was an additional £1. The wait was ridiculous. I stood outside with a small crowd for at least 10 minutes as the grumpy waiter opened and slammed shut the window in between handing over orders. When I got back to work and finally unwrapped my order, I was gutted to open a very soggy burger. The bottom was literally gone. The pickled onions I'd quite been looking forward to had also been removed despite not requesting this.

Absolutely awful, Luke warm water, informed the manager who explained “that’s how it is”. The burger was worse than a basic Mac S’d hamburger. IMHO-avoid

Delicious burgers, love a medium rare burger. Chips are a tad salty, but they give you LOADS. I am completely stuffed after a meal here! There are so many burger joins in the area, don't get them confused, this is one to try!

Burger was good but not the best I've had. The bacon was a bit firm, softer streaky bacon would have been more suitable. Peanut butter milkshake was excellent.

We had to wait ages for a table and we even got asked if we wanted to share a table, but we didn’t, the food was ok and didnt take long to come, I wouldn’t say it was amazing but it was ok/average. The staff wasn’t very attentive but we got there in the end we ate our food and left as the music was to loud and I couldn’t hear my partner even on the other side of the table to me. Don’t think I would go again in a hurry if I’m honest.

Visited this chain for the first time and was impressed with the food, the chicken burger was very good.... Highly recommend giving it a try! The place sells it self as sort of a stationary food stall?! As they don't have any toilets and a small amount of seating which is odd, to order you must order and the till then walk outside an wait for delivery at the front window for your food! Never heard of this chain before, but decided to try it out with my two teenage kids. Greeted by an enthusiastic staff member, who quickly pointed us to a free table and gave us instructions on how to order. Drinks and burgers came quickly, and tasted great! Recommend the lamb - Lambshank Redemption! Will definitely go there again.

I regularly order from Patty & Bun as it 'was' the best burger listing on deliveroo available to me. Usually I am treated to a moist tasty burger that makes me lick my lips after I'm finished every last bite, tender flavoursome beef combined with a soft and rich brioche bun.

The best burger I've ever had in my life, and I've had more than a few. The bun was soft and hold the ingredients in great, the patty was cooked to perfection and the cheese was ouzing! The fries were handcut and had an amazing flavour. The sauces on the table were perfect for the fries, especially the hot sauce. Althought the place is small, it's super cozy and with the service being so fast (and extremely friendly) there are basically no lines. I can't help but HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place if you're in the Liverpool Street Station area or wherever you are in London and want to have a perfect burger!

I had the new vegan burger ‘whoppi goldburger’ and was delicious! They have plenty of vegetarian options as well as meaty burgers. The menu is not extensive though. Chips were regular and the beer is a bit pricey but still (£5.50 bottle). The place it’s small but cosy.

While traveling in London on Business I asked a colleague for a burger recommendation and he asked me, clean or sloppy. I chose sloppy and Patty and Bun did not disappoint. The Burger was perfectly cooked and covered in cheese and sauce. I chose to have the cheese balls instead of french fries which were ok but the spicy sauce they serve is awesome. If you are looking for a sloppy delicious burger, dont miss this place.

No es la mejor hamburguesa que he probado, no es el peor. Esperaba un poco más el tamaño de la patty. Sin embargo, la calidad de la carne no mostrar. Patty & Bun is stones throw away from the stations entrance (the one next to the McDonalds) and sits across the road. If you want something quick to takeaway, there's a small takeaway window that you can use to order food and make a quick getaway.

I've been here a couple of times and I must say the P&B need to invest in some decent staff. Food is decent/OK but the people who serve you and call out takeaway orders can be extremely rude and it is off-putting going there. Girl called out my (wrong) name, disappeared within a second without even properly checking. 20 mins later I enquired about my food - turns out that was my food she'd called out before. No apologies - she said she'd called out my name (she hadn't - and if she had why didn't she call again?). Sent home with cold food. Note to P&B - If you want repeat customers, please train your staff to provide proper customer service.

I wanted to apologise to the cashier, absolutely loverly blonde girl with spectacles. I could tell that my being there inconvenienced her from the grunt she let out as I bought my £2 lily last second. It appeared that me being alive and looking fill my belly had ruined her day. The mere sound of my voice sent shock waves through out her body leaving he fully enraged and ready to pepper my burger in hate. For I could taste this hate on my burger, not even a £2 pop could wash it away. Again, I'm really sorry I wanted to order something to eat, I will be sure not to next time

This place is great for a lunch stop as the service is quick and they even have a takeaway window. The menu is small but doesn't need to be big when the burgers are as good as this! Super juicy and cooked medium, the Brioche bun complements the fillings. The chips are also very good and seasoned with rosemary. Up there with the best London burgers.

I had an excellent well-cooked ‘Ari Gold’ cheeseburger in a sweet brioche bun, rosemary chips (never heard of these before) and a ginger beer for £12.95. I do not like condiments so I asked them to ditch all the sauces, lettuce, tomato etc. It was delicious and the service was really first-class. The staff were genuinely enthusiastic, not the forced mechanical ‘have a nice day’ in case you are a mystery shopper service that you often get in fast food outlets. This is a very welcome addition to the rather sparse population of non-gourmet burger bars in the City and I’ll certainly use it again when I am in the City.

Top burger... great fries and spicy nicey slaw... all topped off with ice cold red stripe... my idea of foodie heaven! And medium rare really was medium rare... great job all. Can't wait to pop in again next time I'm in the area.

We visit Liverpool Street area quite often and we discovered Patty & Bun a while ago. It's a good choice for a quick bite before heading off from Liverpool Street Station. Service was good.

I ordered the fried buttermilk chicken burger and the beef brisket nuggets. The nuggets and the kimchi dip arrived crispy and were great! Unfortunately the buttermilk fried chicken burger turned up a bit of a hot mushy mess. The fried chicken itself was very greasy and took away from the flavour. I have never been to patty and bun restaurants but I don't think I will be ordering takeaway from them again.

Came here thinking it was table service but wasn't too bothered. Not many tables so if you're passing through with the skwod you might want to reconsider. Food is good and simple and you can get a little bottle of red stripe to wash the grub down too. Lovely stuff.

I've been here twice in the last month with my mates. We find it the best venue to grab some 'pre-drinks' food. On the occasions I've been here we have been lucky enough to get indoor seating as opposed to ordering and having to take it away to eat somewhere else. The menu is easy to understand and make amendments to. This helps as one of my mates is gluten intolerant and he was able to order a bunless burger. The staff is very friendly and the food comes out quite quickly. Granted I've only been here 3 times in total, I've not had a bad meal from them once.

The sushi place next door had a queue stretching as far as Croydon, so we looked around and with spotted this fun looking place (we were attracted by the massive shop window opening on Old Compton St). The service was prompt and our food turned up fairly quickly. The burger was served in paper and I asked for a plate. The waiter informed us that it wasn't P&B's policy to serve food in plates (!). What the heck! what kind of stupid policy is that? I was brought a polystyrene take away box - do you know they one you get with your takeaways chips from your local chippy? Had the food been delicious and the price acceptable I wouldn't have minded as much. Not impressed. I won't be back.

£8 for a sloppy burger I had to eat with a small knife and fork (kids size!) as it would have literally gone everywhere it was so wet and sloppy. ultra déçue de mon burger végétarien composé d'un champignon portobello fourré au fromage et frit pour remplacer le steack ce qui est déjà pas mal au niveau du fat mais il est ajouté dans le burger du beurre à l'ail et de la mayonnaise à l'estragon !! While it's not getting a table here, the burgers are fantastic. Im a vegetarian, so I love the mushroom burger with garlic butter - it's different, it's messy, it's filling and it's definitely worth going back for. The staff are friendly and the service is excellent. You may have to share tables here and the lights are dim, but that wouldn't stop anyone from walking in for a great burger at Patty & Bun.
