The best restaurants serving American food in Mancroft Norwich East of England

As s always was a great time. Were seated quickly and efficiently by Jamal, who looked after us for most of the rest of the meal. We ordered a range of things from the menu with additions and everything came correctly and quickly. Coffee and juices were fresh, food was hot and tasty, but the service is really what made it. Jamal not only made sure everything was to standard, but did it with a great sense of humor which lit up the restaurant. Would go back, and absolutely will.

This is a perfect little cafe! We saw it on a video on TikTok and knew we just had to go when exploring Norwich! The milkshakes and hot chocolate were absolutely delicious and the price was great for what you were getting. I got a delicious Easter egg hot chocolate, and wow! It did not disappoint. It is very much worth visiting BellyBoo’s if you are in Norwich!

Lovely food and atmosphere. The staff are lovely and very welcoming. Would highly recommend for snacks, drinks, anything really.

No food available. Only us in there (Saturday lunchtime), pretty cups but handles are so tiny they were hard to hold!

We came for a dinner at 7pm on a Thursday evening, Luke served us and took us to our table, once asked what we wanted to drink, we needed a few minutes to choose our food, the server came back after a long 15 minutes, we ordered and waited 20/30 mins for starters, which we had no issue with as it was busy, and the food was great. When it came to mains, two were wrong, one steak was undercooked and the bbq burger came with ingredients that had been requested to be removed. The burger came back again and still had the wrong items on it, but we didn't send it back this time because we were hungry. The steak came back and was good - Luke gave us 25% off the food for the multiple mistakes and long wait times (we love Luke, he was great). - While this was happening, there was no check back until the other two people had finished their food, we were not ever asked by the other servers on the floor (of which had taken our first food and drink order), if we wanted another round of drinks, and we got attitude when going up to the bar asking for condiments (we were not asked when they brought the food out, and we had been ignored by servers previously when trying to get their attention). We then had to wave the servers down for the bill 10/15 minutes after they had taken our plates. On top of this we had been receiving rude side eyes from the servers all night (who had spent half of their time standing at the bar chatting, on their phones, instead of checking on their customers) which only further increased after we sent our food back for being wrong. This dinner was meant to a be a special get together as I live away at uni and don't get to see my friends and partner a lot throughout the year, but was devastatingly disappointing, especially as we have all had such better experiences here in the past. Used my vouchers for two 6” meals for £6.99 and a 6” sub for £2.49 on a visit with my 5 year old twins. It was their first subway visit and it was a success for them. My daughter had the meat one with all the meat balls, and hams etc, my son had cheese and ham. I wasn’t as pleased as I got sweet corn which I’d been clear was the only salad item I didn’t want. The whole place needed a good clean and tidy and staff could be smilier.

27th December. Website says open. It's not. We were looking g forward to this, and some of us had travelled 60 miles. How difficult would it have been to correct?

First time we've been in pub for years and surprised at how much the decor has improved

GBK is a good restaurant to get a quick meal and you cannot go wrong. The Burgers and the patties are great. The sides and sharers are great. Avoid the £10 deal on burgers / fries and limitless drinks, as the burgers are hardly any deal - as they are quite flat and squashed as it says on the deal and there was hardly any meat and not prepared in the GBK style. Well the drinks were fine !!! Go for the usual menu.

Thank goodness they’ve gone cashless. I do not want cooties from others money carried on servers fingers that serve me my delicious doughnuts!!

Order a mother fupper and spicy fries and it was great … a bit messy, but decent burger which it should be for £12. It’s moved now and isn’t at the Dog House.

I had terrible experience. Customer service is unacceptable and the staff is so rude. Never recommend.

So it seems my previous experience of this KFC wasn't a one off. Food was on board as ready, the it vanished, senior front of house person a little unsure what was going on in kitchen as other people's orders not showing, eventually after asking if my food was being prepared I was told in would be ready shortly, on pressing I was told it would be a couple of minutes, when I explained I had to e somewhere and had now been waiting over 5 minutes (restaurant was very quiet and only 2 orders on the screen) miraculously someone brought out a burger from the kitchen immediately, unfortunately it was nearly cold and had clearly been cooked and forgotten about in the back. Not impressed at all and will not visit again, heaven knows how bad the service would be when busy. It wasn't even as if they were short staffed, as 4 people out front
