Order a mother fupper and spicy fries and it was great … a bit messy, but decent burger which it should be for £12. It’s moved now and isn’t at the Dog House.

I love the food at fup burger. But unfortunately the music is so loud that it is impossible to have a conversation with anyone. Whilst I like music if you do not turn it down I will not back.

Gone down hill !!! It’s never consistent and this time was the same . Cold hard chips , source didn’t taste like it did and the patties were nothing special lacked flavour . Shame a good fup burger used to be epic but tbf I’d rather have a McDonald’s least you know it’s going to be crap .

Went for cocktails and burgers on a Friday evening and was blown away by the delicious food. Best burger ive ever had.

Went to FUP at the ten bells and was very disappointed. The customer service was terrible, glasses, table and cutlery all dirty. No high chairs, seat cloth ripped, pub didn't smell very nice, melted cheese on chips not a cheese sauce, took the best chicken burger off the menu and kids meal cannot come with chicken strips? I would have recommended FUP to all when they were at dog house pub but now I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Not worth the money at all......

Very disappointed with our visit to Fup today - been on many occasions before they moved locations. Not what it used to be.

Went there on a whim with friends. Initially they didn’t had a table available so we waited in their outside area with some drinks. Super friendly and quickly organised us a table. All I have to say is it was the best burger I’ve ever had (eating out) and we had a great time.

I love the burgers and all the sides. But I just find the restaurant experience stressful and not very enjoyable at all. Ok I take the family which consists of two kids and a misses, to start with the music is far too loud for 4 o'clock in the afternoon. Everytime I've visited I couldn't wait to leave. Sorry guy's love your food hate your venue and the way it's run.

We were in Norwich visiting friends and decided to visit Fupburger, and we’re glad we did. Great burgers, delicious fries, and great service. Good value for money too!

It wasn’t too busy when we got here, very quick, efficient and friendly service, I wasn’t particularly hungry so I went for the chilli chips, which were delicious. My wife and daughter both had burgers, which they reliably inform me were very good indeed. Would definitely go again. Thanks.

We visited Fupburger for my step sons birthday in February, midweek about 5pm, there were 4 of us including a 12 year old. The food was fantastic, I'm vegetarian and can highly recommend the veggie burger, we ordered chilli fries and they were hot! Luckily we like hot food and our 12 year old had ordered normal salted fries. It's not cheap but for a treat it's worth it, definitely one of the best veggie burgers I've had, the others said their burgers were great too. The staff were friendly and attentive. I've taken a star off as the music was far too loud for 5pm on a weekday and was very inappropriate for the time of day, lots of swearing which is not good, I wasn't too happy about our 12 year old hearing profanities while eating his dinner. Sadly this has put me off going again. Takeaway next time!

I visited here with my husband for a mid-week dinner. Neither of us had been before. There is no dedicated parking. We parked in Castle Quarter and walked down which took around 5-10 minutes and there are plenty of other parking options close by too. It was practically empty when we got there which we were really surprised about as it's a popular place. I think them getting some bad press recently over their 2 star food hygiene inspection has affected their trade a bit, but we read they'd rectified all the issues mentioned and it didn't bother us. There are a mix of high tables and stools and standard tables and chairs. We were originally given a high table with stools but asked to change as we don't find that a comfortable eating environment. They were happy to move us. The menu isn't huge but there is enough on there to choose from. My husband ordered a triple burger with cheese and I ordered the chicken strips. We got a bowl of dirty fries. The food didn't take long to arrive. To be honest, the portions (burgers especially) aren't as large as photos on FB / IG etc make them look, but they aren't exactly tiny. The burger was delicious. Great tasting meat and the cheese sauce was amazing. Can't fault the burger. The chicken was disappointing. The coating was very under-seasoned and lacked any texture at all. It was more a wafer thin coating of dust, rather than what it was advertised as. I wouldn't order these again. The dirty fries were pretty good. Taste wise, perfect. But they were pretty stingy on the meat chilli topping (although the other toppings were there in abundance). I do think they need to up the amount of meat chilli on there though if that's billed as the actual topping. The music in the venue was good. The lighting was very dim so hard to see properly to eat, but it is a pub that happens to serve food and not really a restaurant and for a pub setting, it's good light. The toilets need a bit of a revamp. The price is a b it steep for what you get, I think. The burger is served literally as a burger, nothing with it. And it's not enough to be full from so you definitely need dirty fries too. That's about £20 for the two which is a bit steep, I think. I couldn't fault the taste of those at all but I think about £15ish would be more realistic. I awarded the establishment 4 out of 5. It lost a point as the chicken was pretty poor and I think it's a little highly priced to visit regularly (which we would definitely do if it was a little cheaper). We will definitely revisit though. I think it was the best tasting burger we've had so far in Norwich.

Wasn’t till we were ready to order, we were told of delay which then escalated to 1hr 20 for a burger. Staff were generally nice apart from our waitress who was full of an attitude that would put us off from returning, much more than the wait. Shame

Visited Yesterday Zinfandel out of stock so gave me a dry rose which was disgusting, when I explained I had been given the wrong wine I was told that’s all we got!! Beer out of stock so had to drink alternative ? Music was clearly on for staff, an acquired taste, too loud, can,t chat and eat, made us leave early to drink elsewhere!!! Waitress got order wrong, wrong fries, no chilli sauce and not once were we asked if we needed anything or if we wanted more drinks which we definitely would have !!! Place not busy so maybe should try a bit harder on quiet nights!!! The food was exceptional best burger we’ve had and been all over America !!!! If the food was not so good would not return, maybe they only want to attract a certain clientele but that’s a brave move !!!!! Would recommend the food but only as take out!!!

So usually we go in to eat and everything is okay, but this time we decided to get a takeaway. When we got home we opened it up and it looked okay but then when we tried the beef burgers they were burned either side...

The staff of the dog house were really nice on my last visit here, I had 3 pints on their house IPA and was really nice, I ordered a chicken burger and when they served it it was burnt, but only realised half way eating...

Biblical Burgers. Genuinely superb. The best I've ever had, anywhere, and I've visited every continent, bar Antarctica. Nothing flashy, nothing gimmicky, just proper dirty burgers. I can, hand on heart, say I have never in my 49 years, had a better burger. Anywhere.

The meat is good, but the bread is saturated with sauce, very difficult to pick up and handle, where is the freaking salad?

Been twice over last few weeks. Absolutely amazing burgers. Nephew had a quad on his birthday. Fantastic quality. Possibly the best we’ve had anywhere! Despite messing up my bill and having to go back later it’s still a 5/5 for me.

Absolutely delicious burgers, loaded fries are lush too. Highly recommend 🙂 Compliments to the chef!
