Fast, friendly, efficient, food meets expectations for McDonalds and the restaurant and toilets are cleaned and well maintained. Separate counter for the delivery drives now which has improved the service.

We ordered The Smoke Pit with Uber Eats 4 days beforehand. On the day, (14/2) after receiving confirmation all was well, half an hour before delivery was due, Uber cancelled the order. Fortunately I rang The Smoke Pit, and they said Uber does cancel sometimes. When I asked the gentlemen if there was anything they could do, he informed me they could still do the order and to pick it up in 20 mins!! Amazing service from the gentleman, and lady, who apologised when I picked the meal up, despite it not being their fault! Food was amazing as usual and thank you so much for great customer service. 5 stars from me!

We walked in to a very snappy manageress who was extremely unfriendly and blunt, pointed to a table then walked off sat for nearly 20 minutes while staff all standing together with their backs to customers were chatting and leaning on service counter, finally put an order in took 10 minutes to make a coffee, when food arrived omg disgusting my husband had New York bbq chicken I had bbq rack of ribs everything was so dry and no bbq sauce, the chips were over cooked and hard had to ask twice for my onion rings which were cold due to being left on side had to ask for cutlery and sauce, when asked for manageress she came over with a really bad attitude and as she walked off mumbled have a good day Not, not very professional is it having worked in hospitality for 40 years I think they seriously need retraining as for returning to F&B SPALDING Definitely not

Used to use OK diners frequently while travelling from Yorkshire to Norfolk. I WON'T ANY MORE. At Tickencote in Jan 2025 I entered car plate number, ate a reasonable meal and left after half an hour. On 7 Feb I got a parking ticket by which time I had thrown away OK receipt but do at least have proof of payment for meal from bank statement. Maybe OK diner gets a cut from the parking fines? Otherwise why have a parking firm operating the parking? Even with proof of purchase without proof of entering car reg [a printout of those entered around time of stay could be used] one can't prove anything. I have now read in other reviews that Smart Parking [anything but smart in my view] have no customer interaction capability. Why should pay up but going through courts etc would be more expensive.

Ate at Hucks twice during our stay at Centre Parcs. On the first visit, we were served by Libby who answered any questions regarding the menu and most importantly the allergies on the menu for some people and I chosen the mac and cheese because that the mac and cheese at Hucks at Centre Parcs were so awesome and I liked it and it is so amazing. I will say a big thanks to Libby the staff at Hucks for serving the mac and cheese to me and for an excellent dinner experience and hopefully I will go back to this place sometime in February 2026 next year

Best burgers EVER, great place, great vibe, spotlessly clean. staff are amazing and so attentive. Always look forward to meeting family and being looked after so well. *Don't know what peoples problem is with parking, this is happening everywhere...

Poor service: we were with a large group, but I had finished my main course before my husband(sat next to me me) had been served his and the rest of our party had been served, completed and left the table before we had been served our dessert. Poor food: had roast beef dinner- meat was tough, roast potatoes were so hard I could not cut them. Stuffing was like pieces of rock Savoy cabbage was lovely! I tried to discuss my issues but was dismissed and management chose not to speak to me. No acknowledgment of mistakes, no acceptance of errors. Prepaid so they didn’t care Waiters/waitresses were lovely, friendly and professional

A really nice restaurant with plenty of parking facility. Food was good, ordered fish and chips with a portion of beans and partner ordered the same with mashy peas. I would go again but this time I would order something different. It was really quiet...

I took my 13 year old grandaughter to the lakes for a birthday treat. She chose this for eats after shopping. I was pleasantly surprised! Nice and clean, very good, friendly service and a good menu although it was expensive! Saying that. what isn't nowadays. The food was very tasty. The music played was not the best to the ear! Would I go again, yes!

I visited Bar Sport over the weekend to watch the football. The menu looked tempting so we decided to order some food and were very impressed with the quality of the food and the service received, particularly considering how crowded it was. Compliments to the chef!

Not much food in stock, went with the chicken and it was undercooked and now have food poisoning. The mash potato was so dry and beans was over powered with bbq Sauce. Wish I now looked at reviews before going as this looks like a common thing.

A decent amount of food for the price, and the fries were done how I like them. The wings were fine, though the hottest sauce is English hot rather than actually hot (and a also bit sweet, which was surprising). May be a good idea to order before you get there to save waiting.

Second time coming here, constantly good service. Our server this time, Taylor, was very friendly and helpful. Food is great. It's the only food place still open at EK that's worth going to really.
