Wing Shack in Leicester

A decent amount of food for the price, and the fries were done how I like them. The wings were fine, though the hottest sauce is English hot rather than actually hot (and a also bit sweet, which was surprising). May be a good idea to order before you get there to save waiting.

Chicken tenders are 10/10! Service is great, staff are very friendly and the food is banging! My favourites are dynamite and lemon pepper dry rub. The halloumi is amazing too! The range of flavours means you will never get tired of eating at WingTrapp! Highly recommended!

I like to travel from Essex to buy wings. I went all the way and forgot a £20 box order of wings. I only realised when I got back home and when I told someone that my part of my order was missing they said to come next time and ask for ‘lol’ which was incredibly rude.

Had dinner at granby st branch today . What a mistake. Wings were broken and bruised the chips were burnt and the service I got when I brought it to their attention was “ sometimes the colour of the meat is black” what none sense!!! Bruised wings Burnt chips No service Never again!!!

First time visit. Excellent selection of different flavours. Option of wings and nibblets plus boneless of you want. Really nice flavours. Will be going again. Take away only as covid but there were a few tables for eat in maybe later in the year. Go and give it a try.

Clean, super staff, great food, good size, well cooked, love it! Chips are perfect too. No 'wish I hadn't had that' feeling, you just want to be hungry again so you can go back!

I don’t think I’ve ever been to a food establishment where they made you feel like absolute crap. I ordered some wings with my family, one of the wings didn’t come out as described so I immediately told a member of staff after waiting 15 mins for someone to finally respond to my complain they tried giving me attitude, along with sarcasm. I told them immediately after I tried the food and told them there’s a hair in the food. They clearly didn’t seem interested as their response was there’s nothing I can do. Is this an actual joke??? Like they didn’t want to give me a refund nor a replacement. I don’t think I’ve ever been anywhere that’s as poor as them when handling situations. For anyone wanting to go there, I wouldn’t bother. They don’t even provide gloves anymore and when you ask for a recommendation it feels as if your wasting their time in the way they speak to you. I beg no one to ever go there, ever bother trying their food absolutely pathetic food with no proper hygiene and even worse service. Save your money and go Maryland. At least you’ll get your money’s worth.

I ordered a few weeks ago on Deliveroo but forgot to review! So so so good omg. The vegan wings are amazing. The best i have ever had, ever. Wow honestly. Cannot recommend enough! I also ordered sweet potato fries and they left me a note saying they werent vegan, which was really kind of them! Cannot wait to have them again! Thank you xx

Visited after hearing raving reviews - asked for extra sauce and upon opening up the boxes at home found the wings to be very dry although the flavour was good!! Gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed they may have misheard the order!! Ordered again a few days ago and this time got the person over the phone to repeat the order back to me (extra sauce) and came home to find less sauce than the first time we ordered!!! Will have to ask for extra extra sauce next time as the wings were barely coated!!

Ordered food a few times from here and between me and my partner, we’ve tried the majority of flavours. All flavours have been delicious however my favourite is the Thai sweet honey and my partners is habanero (it is very hot though). The portion sizes are very generous and we frequently cannot finish the side. Great price and great taste. Very good quality chicken and always fast delivery!

I haven’t been Wingshack in like 9 months and after a while me and the family decided why not something different with this virus going on. I was amazed first time round and recommended it 2 everyone. 2nd time no way poor horrible old wings just pure below par. The sauce supposedly covering your wings absolutely nothing on it like nothing to have gloves or anything seen a lot of reviews now saying it and here is a picture taken just today not long ago because of it horrible dry and stale. Will definitely not recommend it chips horrible forgot a sauce as well avoid the disappointment waste of MONEY

This place had very tasty wings, the wings were moist inside not dry, so you know they use fresh chicken.Went here twice in two days, enjoyed them that much.Would highly recommend this place, especially if you are a wings lover.Need to visit Leicester again so i can come here and get more wings.

I came into the restaurant and was welcomed by a warm smile by some curly haired lady; I didn't quite catch her name. I was really unsure as to what to get, but the lady who served me walked me through the whole menu. She even let me try testers of the flavours to ensure I got the right sauce on the chicken for my liking. She also informed on how long it would take. I recieved my food in good timing actually 2 minutes earlier than she said!! I was extremely impressed with the service, the food and the overall experience. Also the other staff were really helpful. Thank you to the team for the experience.

The food and service was so good, chicken wings were really tasty and a good portion size. Would definitely return.

I must say, since opening their chicken has improved a lot. The size of the wings have always been big. The quality has improved a lot. Their seasoning is brilliant. Plenty of options for anyone and a good price as well. Very good for convenience if you need something filling and quick to have.

On a bender with the lads and stopped off for a tactical snack... Hands down best chicken iv had in years. Had the spicy buffalo wings or something and a nice fruity Fanta. Get in!!!!!

Ordered a few different flavours. Service was slow and because the sauce was cold this affected the temperatures the wings. Flavour was pretty good but chicken was not fresh. The rubber gloves were a good touch as it can get messy.

Came here for a mid week lunch. Decided to try the classic buffalo. Wings were decent, sauce had a nice kick to it. It would have been nice to see a blue cheese dip on the menu! Food took about 20 minutes to come out, as I wasn't in a rush this wasn't an issue but be aware if you are.

I work around the corner and the dynamite wings are amazing! Not too hot (the name makes them sound VERY hot but they full of flavour). I bought them for a friend and they loved them too! Highly Recommended!

I have been eating there for almost 6 months every weekends without any absence.but now wingshack has started playing dirty games.Reduced the portion size like almost 1/4 + meatless wings..literally no meat on the wings. if you compare the wings before and now you could see the difference..i am kindly requesting the management to pay attention to this.it should worth for how much we pay, don't make us fool.Absolute Rip off..ThanksMafaz

If the food takes long, it means you’re gonna get good food! It was deffo worth the wait and with the friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere, you can’t complain.

Just left Wingshack, I ordered my food at 17:37 and was told it would take THREE minutes but it took nearly twenty. It is now 17:57. The lady at the till was nice I am not happy at all with how long it took. Food was okay

Me and my friends always visit here when in town, love the food. Nice large portions. Definitely recommend the dynamite sauce!

The food is excellent, perfect cure for the day after a night shift or a hangover. The only negative is that the pricing is massively inflated on Deliveroo, for 20 pcs in store it's priced at £11ish, on the app it's nearing £20 and that's before the delivery charge. Perfect for a bite to eat in town but hold off if you're ordering a takeaway.

Variety of flavours to chose from at reasonable prices, portion sizes are generous! The halloumi overload is full of flavours I would suggest to eat in, as the food doesn't taste the same after it has cooled off !

Was not to sure what the food was going to taste like. Needn’t have worried, everything was cooked fresh and tasted fantastic, excellent value for money and large portions.

I am so appalled and disgraced to have visited such a disgusting place where the so called OWNER is so unprofessional and horny where they literally go out their way to hit on women who are clearly not interested and have specifically told them they are not available or not interested. I went in to get some food after a long day and a worker who so he said to be the owner started trying to talk to me and first thing he said is “are you single” I was so shocked and so uncomfortable I just froze and after telling him sorry I am married he started trying to critique me and my relationship saying I wasn’t in a happy relationship. Like WHAT THE ACTUAL HELL. as soon as I walked in I knew he was a creep but I hadn’t met any creep like him the way he was talking. After telling him several time sorry I’m not interested and trying to get my food so I could go he gave me a piece of paper and me thinking it was my receipt I went to get it to only realise he gave he his fb name and he told me to add him and give him a direct review even if it was later that night (I went in at 8ish) I walked out the shop in a such a hurry because of how uncomfortable I felt and disgraced in such an appalling service I received. I will NEVER be visiting here again!!!! I would never recommend this place to anyone out there!!!! The food wasn’t even all that, got the dynamite boneless wings. Chicken was still pink in the middle went to ring up but no answer. 1000000% STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! Don H Khan is the weirdos name on Facebook, disgusting worker who needs to get fired but if he’s the owner he shouldn’t be anywhere near customers with that bad attitude and customer service skills.

The wings are great however the customer service is terrible, the bag was overloaded and broke, wings fell out onto the road, when informed the staff were not interested, won't be visiting them again.

Very poor service & food! Chicken was vile!!! Chips were cold, personallly I would never go back i had 2 bites of the food and threw it. I waited over 25mins for the food and order wasnt even correct. Not worth the money. Only good thing is there was a good range of sauces but nothing special. Not recommended.

their Jerk wings literally taste of sugar. When asking for a refund or replacement i was told that their Jerk is slightly more 'luxurious' than most people are used to. Basically if you want sugar flavoured wings, ask for Jerk seasoning. If you want proper wings, go somewhere else. There are plenty of other shops on that street selling much better quality food at a lower price

Wing shack aka the newest hot spot in Leicester. No ordinary chicken shop, I’ll tell you that. I was semi blown away when I saw the prices but once my friend reassured me that it was worth it, I took the plunge! I can promise you that he was right. Their wings were succulent and a great size. The range of flavours that they have is great and the honey flavoured wings that I went for was scrumptious. It was extremely filling and great for sharing (don’t expect to have a great portion of chips to yourself when sharing). Nice atmosphere. Only fault was that there was a bit of a wait for the wings (no queue) but I guess that you can’t rush perfection. I will definitely be back again to try one of their more ‘adventurous’ flavours.

OMG amazing food! Love the variety and the wings are sooo juicy!! Also nice that they cater to vegetarians by doing halloumi as well. Great service too and food is served quick.

I like my wings, let’s just be honest for today’s market I went to this place because of its large choice of wings and flavours.

We visited as a group of four and had the best experience at wing shack! The service was fantastic, we were made to feel really welcome and the wings were truly mouthwatering...can’t wait to visit again soon!

I came in today and paid for the 12 wings and niblet, I was charged for that, but given only 8!I find it rather dishonest and frankly speaking ANNOYING that I was a charged more but was not given the right amount of wings. There were plenty of staff there, couldn't they have double checked? And in all honesty other than their unique flavouring, the chickens aren't even all that, might as well eat from Maryland (that's how low the quality of it was).

After visting Wing Shack my thoughts are this place really stands out. The seats are comfortable and very clean place. The staff are very friendly and polite and offer five star service with a smile. I have had nearly everything from the menu. Everytime I have visited the restaurant I have never been disappointed the food was hot fresh and scrumptious the wings are to die for and are succulent. I will be definitely returning see you soon guys. Thanks.

Recently gave this place a try on a whim. Went in on a weekday evening, there were about five people waiting for food but it didn’t appear to be exceptionally busy.

The establishment and the service was generally okay but OMG the other customers are rude and vile...

There are no words for how good these wings are. Not tried the rest of the menu but make sure you try them out!

These have got to be the best wings in town. I was going to take a picture for this review but they simply didn't last long enough !! A variety of sauces and wings done to perfection. If you like wings there is not other place worth trying

If you want chicken wings or chicken breast tenders, glazed with a choice of 13 glazes then this place is seriously off the hook. So tasty, generous portions and so much variety of flavour. I love the dynamite, that sticky honey and garlic parmesan. If you like hot stuff the habanero is right up your alley. Their halloumi fries are amazing too
