Went early on in the morning and had a large breakfast. Brilliant food, lovely staff and nice atmosphere. On a high street too so lots of shops to pop into too

Quick friendly delivery. Order all correct and well packaged. Fries were cold but burger was still warm and everything else was great.

Looking rather tired and shabby Needs some TLC Chicken burger was ok and chips were freshly made

Delays in delivery lie to customers

Took over 20 minutes to get my food. Unital service was poor, although the staff member who brought my food to the car was apologetic and extremely helpful. The only issue with the food was that one portion of chips was hot and fresh, and the other was cold and stale. Overall, it is a typical McDonalds experience. POOR.

I ordered 12 cookies, 1 6 inch sub and one foot long sub yet I only got the footlong and they left my 6 inch ine and when I try contact them no reply and this happened today not happy at all and I will be expecting a refund by paying them a visit tomorrow

Opened people's eyes to this gem in Northampton. First time here and we had the feasting plates, SO MUCH FOOD! Gemma and the team did a wonderful job taking care of us and accommodating my 13 phone calls to alter, change and adapt the dinner plans. Really cool decor and the green chilli coleslaw, in particular, was incredible. Thanks again Smoke Pit!

Food was good as usual. Great service from Shakira and Pete. Good atmosphere and 2for1 cocktails, win win. Would recommend.

We walked in to a very snappy manageress who was extremely unfriendly and blunt, pointed to a table then walked off sat for nearly 20 minutes while staff all standing together with their backs to customers were chatting and leaning on service counter, finally put an order in took 10 minutes to make a coffee, when food arrived omg disgusting my husband had New York bbq chicken I had bbq rack of ribs everything was so dry and no bbq sauce, the chips were over cooked and hard had to ask twice for my onion rings which were cold due to being left on side had to ask for cutlery and sauce, when asked for manageress she came over with a really bad attitude and as she walked off mumbled have a good day Not, not very professional is it having worked in hospitality for 40 years I think they seriously need retraining as for returning to F&B SPALDING Definitely not

Absolutely terrible service - waited 10 minutes to be told it would take 20 minutes to take away burger and chips. Left without anything other than a £100 fine for apparently parking in a place where no signs were apparent and no ticket machines in sight.

Disgusting parking policy, Not we’ll sign posted fined for pulling into the car park not realising you need to sign in after a long drive. Food is terrible. Do not eat at this venue they are a bunch of robbing so and so’s

Went for evening meal. Mediocre overpriced food - we experienced inattentive and slow service today - albeit friendly.

Stopped off here for food on a long journey. Decent prices for good sized portions of tasty food and good service.

We booked our car in for an early service, just so we could head here for breakfast. The welcome is warm and friendly . The seating is comfy and spacious. The food is fantastic – the vegan breakfast is brilliant, even if you’re not a vegan. And I’m told the poached eggs and avocado was just as fantastic. The coffee is great and the service is super. Already looking forward to our next car service!
