Great little hidden gem that's not busy in anyway. Very helpful staff and great food. Pleasing venue all round and great live music too

Visited today with high hopes however my hopes were soon crushed. I placed an order with Dirty chicken which from the picture and the description sounded delightful. Unfortunately when I was called to collect my food the chicken was lukewarm -so much so that it did not even melt the cheese that was placed on top. The bacon was freezing cold and had obviously been sat there for a substantial amount of time. When inspecting the meal I broke open the chicken as I am currently pregnant and am sceptical about such things to see that it was all brown inside. The chips were fine although the ‘chicken’ seasoning on top -which we did not have an option to remove- ruined them. As a result of this experience I would not return to the street food club Nottingham and feel that the amount that I paid for this meal was not accurate for the product that I received. I was not able to find a complaints centre otherwise I would have put this there. I was also not able to discuss a refund of any sort with the people working there as it was all done through one app so My experience was ended there with no outcome coming from it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service – Jane Is the Best! The service at Ed’s Easy Diner is always top-notch, and I have to give a special mention to Jane, who has been my server every time I’ve visited. She is an absolute delight—always going above and beyond to ensure I have a fantastic experience. Not only is she super cheerful, but she also brings such a positive, bubbly energy that truly makes the dining experience memorable. Every time I’ve been to Ed’s, Jane’s service has been impeccable—she remembers my preferences, is always attentive, and genuinely makes me feel like a valued guest. Her warmth and friendliness really stand out, and she has an amazing way of making you feel right at home. If you're looking for a lovely, bubbly waitress, make sure to look out for Jane—she’s definitely someone who will brighten your day! 🥳🥳🥳🥳

Service from the driver was exceptional. Food not up to normal standard as we have ordered from this burger place many times and have been really good. Will not be ordering for a while as we can find another place

£25+ worth of sub ordered on 17/2/23 through the app and collected from Alvaston. Returned home via car to find 2 of the 4 custom subs had missing ingredients or ingredients not liked (e.g. onions). Phoned the store immediately to be told that there was nothing that they could do, nor could they issue a refund because it was an app order controlled via head office. Contacted head office via Twitter DM to be told to email the store directly. Currently 15/3 (nearly 1m later) and still the franchise owners are refusing to do anything to refund 2 of the subs, stating that I needed to have taken a photograph on the evening and sent it in via email, despite the fact that both staff spoken to on the evening didn't mention this. The franchise has zero attention for the customer concern, and the head office twitter service is equally as pathetic. Subway Pride Park is completely different to this place and so much more friendly.
