£25+ worth of sub ordered on 17/2/23 through the app and collected from Alvaston. Returned home via car to find 2 of the 4 custom subs had missing ingredients or ingredients not liked (e.g. onions). Phoned the store immediately to be told that there was nothing that they could do, nor could they issue a refund because it was an app order controlled via head office. Contacted head office via Twitter DM to be told to email the store directly. Currently 15/3 (nearly 1m later) and still the franchise owners are refusing to do anything to refund 2 of the subs, stating that I needed to have taken a photograph on the evening and sent it in via email, despite the fact that both staff spoken to on the evening didn't mention this. The franchise has zero attention for the customer concern, and the head office twitter service is equally as pathetic. Subway Pride Park is completely different to this place and so much more friendly.

There’s bugs and flies everywhere went to get some food from here today and had to wait additional 20 minutes for food I already ordered ready to be collected. There was a fly in one of the customers food and the staff member just ignored it and cut the sandwich in half and served it to the customer. One of the staff members today looked like he was under influence like he was drunk or high absolutely appalling. Out of all the subways in derby this is the worst subway of all. Needs inspection!!!!

Ordered via Uber, they couldn't make my burger, phoned me and asked if I would like substitution, I asked them to cancel the order, and they said they couldn't, I then got calls from 2 separate delivery drivers asking me to take the financial hit and cancel because the restaurant asked them to call me and pressure him into it. After 20mins of no news, they finally managed to cancel the order themselves, leaving me without food.

71 Prince Charles Avenue, Derby DE22 4BG EnglandI placed a order for collection on there site didn’t get a text to say it’s ready maybe grubhub or whoever’s faults the wedges and chicken was decent no real flavour but it was hot and crispy it’s all frozen and the chicken quality was suspect but the pizza for saying there called pizza cottage it was disgusting no flavour no sauce it was regular crust and was so thick and doughy the toppings had no flavour no real amount of cheese it was honestly poor I ate two slices and binned it it was foul the toppings had no flavour they put spiced beef on it and it’s just mushy slop it was the worst pizza I ever had I should of gone to co op and got a frozen one and it would of been 1000 x better and the fan of Diet Coke was warm overall wouldn’t return and how it’s rated so highly is beyond me

28 Humbleton Drive Mackworth EstateBeen a loyal customer for over 20 years, the food, customer service and overall lack lustre crap that is being served is appalling. Our order tonight came wrong, cold and pretty much inedible we called and complained and no offer of sending a new meal or a refund or even partial refund. I overlooked the last time I ordered a curry and ended up biting into a maggot in the side salad. I have given this establishment the benefit of the doubt for the last time.

Aspen DriveFantastic sports bar, looking after the local rugby club, a bus takes rams fans to home games.while we was in , the pool team was playing. Service with a smile, and our Lucy ( collie) was given free treats. Huge car park, and the overall atmosphere was one of fun and contentment. The bar staff could not be bettered , it's a loverly bar with great friendly locals. It's now my go to place to kick back, relax and have a good laugh.

Westfield CentreWent today 6th Oc 24’ - Sunday afternoon with 2 friends. Service was very very slow, drinks took ages, food took ages - wouldn’t mind but it wasn’t even busy. When my chicken burger came it was warm-ish - maybe because it had been on the side for ages. It was there when our starters came out 🙄 my two friends had burgers but they said theirs were okay - hot!! People were walking out. The toilets are disgusting, they don’t work, taps are dirty (limescale). The general cleanliness of the place is not good. It was cold in there too. Dread to think what the service would be like if they were actually busy. I will not be in any hurry to go back there!!
