Nipped in to try the new brunch menu with friends! Excellent value and delicious! Great service from James and kinga! Def be back!

Al visitar a familiares / amigos preferimos este otro Nando's en York. El servicio es mejor. La comida es buena y hay un gran ambiente. Buen lugar para parar para un almuerzo rápido y fácil.

Absolutely beautiful food. 6 of us ate. Two adults and 4 children. Chips were the best I’ve tasted. Crispy on the out side and soft on the inside. Only £31 with five drinks including 2 hot drinks.

Previous visits were very nice. Today 18th November it was abysmal. Waitress really couldn’t be bothered, spent ages talking in a different language to one table at least 20 mns before asking us to order drinks. Bearing in mind only two tables in use, us being the 2nd table. Starters came with the cheese not even melted and the dip missing. By th time the mains came it was too hot in the restaurant to breath let alone eat. The mini ceaser salad was a baby gem cut in half with highly salted toast smothered in dressing. Inedible. Basically a disaster.

We love this frankies and bennies and always visit even though its over 50 miles away The staff are always lovely fast service and amazing food This time there was a bill discrepancy and its not been a good visit this time i had a taste card which is 241 on starters mains and deserts yet they only took it off my starters and desert i tried asking the server why this was as there was no mains taken off and he said its the way it does it and i shown him the t&cs and still wouldnt get it So im not too happy

Absolutamente impactante, mala actitud del personal, pidió hot dog esperando salchicha adecuada y consiguió una gran salchicha enlatada. 9 libras por dos bollos con salchicha enlatada es una broma, así que muchos lugares mejores en Blackpool y no volveremos a visitar este lugar de nuevo. Entonces esperan que pagues en efectivo para ayudarlos.

La comida era genial. El salmón a la parrilla es perfecto. El servicio fue genial también. Muy recomendable y estoy dispuesto a visitar aquí de nuevo.

I brought my friends to this restaurant after Abba concert on Sunday, thought it would be a perfect way to end the evening. What a mistake. The initial welcome to the restaurant was to be ignored by one member of staff behind the bar and one stood at the bar, I assume waiting for the one person to make the drinks. After 12 minutes of being actively ignored the member of staff waiting came over and said 'what do you want?' I was a bit shocked and said, er a table please, he said 'for what?' I replied, 'for food please'. He said to wait there and the host would come to us. Another 7minutes later someone came to show us to a table - despite the many empty tables, we were sat in between 2 crammed in tables of other guests. Another family who arrived after us had their order taken first. When we had our order taken, another 15mins later the waitress said 'what do you want?' I asked, did she want just drinks or food order aswell, as it wasn't clear. We ordered and things improved service wise and drinks and food arrived much later. Cobb salad was good, i cant comment on friends lobster and shrimp basket, Chips were not good, my friend had to get up and go find ketchup herself, we are not high maintainence people, I was so embarrassed to bring my overseas guests to this place and show the worst customer service I have ever experienced to them, a terrible advert for London and the UK.

We had a delicious meal from the lunch menu which is great value. One of the best salads I've had in a long time and made extra delicious with the garlic bread from the starter menu. My daughter loved her food from the child's menu which was great value. Glad we booked as it was busy but all the staff were working hard and so accommodating. We will definitely return! Highly recommended.

Went to Grand Central for lunch today. I ordered cheese and chive potato skins as I'm vegetarian. They served me cheese and ham potato skins. When I queried it they went to remake it. It came out very quickly, this time with cheese and spring onion on, not chives. The potatoes were still hard in the middle and I couldn't eat it all. For £5.95 it was a tiny portion too. When we told the waiter he took 59p off and said that's all he was allowed to do. When I said I didn't feel that was enough he then said he could take 25% off. Considering nearly half of the food was too undercooked to eat, I was not happy. Will not be returning.

Drinks choice and price. Shocking ! Food was edible. Requested a jug of water and was delivered 3 dirty glasses. lipstick on all 3. Staff were pleasant and appolgetic over the drink supply issue. It was a lot quieter then other place sin meadowhall, maybe it was a sign? Won't be returning.

Great dinner out for Mother’s Day! We ordered full rack of ribs (really yummy), Margherita pizza - cooked to perfection and I had beef lasagne with a side salad and fries. The beef lasagna was amazing and a really big portion! Really good desserts too - a cheesecake, the chocolate fudge brownies and I had my favourite apple crumble and custard. We were stuffed! This Frankie & Benny’s is always great, has very attentive staff who want you to have great service and really yummy food! We do think we preferred the large menu choices before ' known but understand why the menus have been reduced. Prices have gone up too but no different to everywhere I guess. Compared to Wildwood, where we went tonight, F&B’s is 100% way nicer! Really good vegan menu too!

Tuve una entrega a través de una empresa de mensajería local. Teníamos las hamburguesas con papas fritas doblemente rotas. La hamburguesa era excelente! Podría haber hecho con un poco de salsa extra y solo había una rodaja de gerkin que le di a mi marido de todos modos, ya que no me gustan! ¡Pero las hamburguesas destrozadas eran aplastantes! Chiro eran lo suficientemente decentes. Normalmente como y como su hamburguesa de queso estándar, pero no creo que vaya a volver a eso ahora! La comida podría haber estado más caliente, pero esa es la empresa de entregas no GBK.

When we entered the restaurant we were warned that they were short staffed and there may be a slightly longer wait than usual. This was not the case. We were shown to a table by a friendly gentleman. He has asked if either of us had any allergies, I replied yes. He then showed me how to use an tablet which took my allergies into account and showed me a tailor made menu with food that was safe for me to eat. Our waitress that evening was called Leigh, she was absolutely wonderful. Even though she was clearly very busy as there were only a few staff members, she always had a smile on her face and was happy to help. She informed me of all the measures she was taking regarding my allergy, even making sure she washed her hands again just before bringing my dish to the table. She was friendly and helpful all throughout our visit, a real credit to the team. I will definitely be returning. Very happy with service and quality.

Estoy totalmente disgustado por el servicio que acabo de recibir en la ubicación de Holborn. Había reservado con antelación para el cumpleaños de mis socios, pero nos rechazaron en la puerta por estar demasiado ‘embriagados’. Hemos tomado un par de copas y nada más. Estábamos riendo y bromeando al entrar pero el personal de la puerta era extremadamente condescendiente y grosero. El hombre de la puerta tenía una agenda contra nosotros antes de que hubiéramos entrado y quería que nos fuéramos sin razón aparente. Totalmente decepcionado y disgustado por la forma en que fuimos tratados y nunca volverá
