My first Nandos for many years if not decades. I was pleasantly surprised at how little has changed with regards to food in this chain. I had the chicken fillet in a bun with 2 sides (peri-peri fries and coleslaw). A perfectly pleasant meal although my taste buds may have changed because I couldn't taste any spice from the medium sauce. I ordered from the table with the Nandos App. Cooking staff were very busy with takeaway orders (early evening). More seating is upstairs than downstairs. Toilets were disappointing with handbasins that needed cleaning (of chewed food debris?).

This was by far the worst meal experience! It was my first trip to a Nandos, the toilets were filthy. The staff were beyond caring. The food, when it arrived, was poor. No staff cared at all !

Staff luke warm reception. Food ‘ok’ but definitely nothing special. Waitress ‘clunked’ plates down on table. No smile from any staff member. Over priced and under tasty! I’ll be giving NANDO’S a miss for ever more!

When we arrived about 4 o’clock on a Friday afternoon alarms bells should have been ringing as it was virtually empty, rather dark and had a dingy feel to the place. The waitress was friendly enough and explained the procedure to order etc. Once I ordered the food on the app it took less than 15 minutes which was a bit of a surprise. We both got a different vegetarian option burger and both were quite cold when they arrived and when I bit into mine the filling all came out of the side and landed on the plate. We don’t often eat out as we are often disappointed with some aspect of the dining experience and today was a continuation of this experience. So won’t be going back to Nando’s anytime soon.

Really good - the girl even gave me some free wings too- table service for refills too. Best Nandos I have been to. Well York or Newcastle is.

Ate here the other night and whilst the food was fine, it felt as if dine in clients were more hassle tha they're worth. There's only a few tables downstairs (the only bit which was open) and the service, whilst very polite, was lacking. Basics like napkins and salt were missing and sauces/salt/pepper were provided in McDonalds-style sachets. The food itself was OK but the chicken was quite dry. Definitely not the usual Nandos experience, and could certainly do better!

Super fab Natasha was very helpful and kind, great service would reccomend the food was SCRUMMY and the atmosphere was so so griddy that we were very satisfied

Staff friendly. Nice restaurant and seating upstairs is cosy and intimate. Ordered butterfly burger with lemon and herb. Lukewarm and very bland taste. Peri chips were stone cold. Only highlight was my wife's wrap although she found a foreign body in it. Chips got replaced but my burger was worst as it got even colder. Bit grumpy as we both love Nandos normally and we are here celebrating a special event. Shame

We came for a birthday dinner for my partner, and the staff could not have been more accommodating and enthusiastic in helping with the surprise birthday cake reveal. Thank you for making the end to our day special <3

Great restaurant, we went for a late lunch between tourist attractions and received brilliant service from every member of staff. My son has a dairy allergy and the procedures in place were top notch. Whilst his allergy isn't severe, it was reassuring to know he was as safe as he could be dining here. Everyone was friendly, we were checked on during the meal but not harassed and we left happy and full. Thank you!

No tables downstairs, we were shown upstairs & after visiting numerous Nando’s found upstairs run down & not the experience we are used to in Nando’s Don’t get me wrong the food was still nice Ambience not so nice Needs money sent on upstairs for sure

awful service, got told to come back in 30 mins for our ready table and when we got back got told it’s another 30 minutes.

Food is great, staff are very polite and friendly! However, my last three encounters with nandos including York centre and Vanguard haven't been perfect. Long story short: I haven't been able to have a single meal without being told multiple times they have run out of what I ordered 40 minutes after ordering or when I have ordered takeaway I have yet to receive my full order! I haven't managed to receive a full successful meal yet BUT I absolutely love the food and the staff are more than helpful so I keep going back. Hopefully, next time I managed to get my full order.

Arrived for lunch with my 8 year old son. Was shown to table and given a menu - I noticed that I hadn’t been given a kids menu but there was no member of staff to ask for assistance so went to look for one myself. Found the table with kids pictures and crayons and main menus but no sign of anything specifically for kids. I then assumed that Nando’s mustn’t do kids meals so I went ahead and ordered from main menu for both of us - nearly a £30 bill for two meals and two drinks! I’ve since found out that I could have ordered a kids meal that would have saved me around £9. That’s quite a difference at this time with cost of living crisis. Please could staff make guest with children aware of kids meals? It really would make a difference.

Upstairs the service is terrible. The three staff were not too busy and spent their time ignoring customers and chatting over the bar. Drinks order got forgotten. No coke zero syrup and a promise that the manager would change the bottle - after an hour it was still empty. Toilets filthy. Chicken was dry and over cooked. A pretty poor experience for this chain.

First time I’ve been to a Nando’s, table for three at lunchtime only a 5 minute wait. The staff almost forced you to scan the code to order but I didn’t want the app so ordered at the bar, please tell them to give the customers a choice. Food came quickly and good portion for price. Free refills on the drinks is great, although one coke was sufficient. What I didn’t like were your sauces (famous Nando’s) sorry but we didn’t want hot - opted for lime and the Garlic one, the lime one just didn’t taste right with chicken and the garlic had no taste of garlic but too hot to enjoy. Come up with a great tasting BBQ sauce with a twist but not hot. I’d give it another go but not a first choice.

Service was fantastic. Was fasting so could only eat after a certain time and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. Manager Chris was especially nice and provided a pleasant dining experience. Would definitely go back.

Yuk ! Burger was stone cold ! Bun was age hold. Chicken was microwaved ! I would have a frozen sandwich rather from next time !

The food was delicious but the staff was extremely friendly. Specially the Jung guy when we arrived on 29. I believe he had else’s or pink hair. But all the other staff was friendly and smiling all time (is that really good place to work😇 or just they can handle this well?) You can fill your drink anytime you want and to be honest this was the best refill coke in my life it’s so close to the original ones. Wasn’t that watery like usually the refill coke is it.

I visited today with my mother, her first time to Nandos. The food was very good, but what really shone was the fantastic customer service from Chloe. She couldn't do enough, and went above and beyond to make my mother who is in her eighties feel very special and welcome. I wouldn't hesitate visiting again, and wish more places had the excellent staff attitude that this Nandos restaurant has.

We went here for a bite and enjoyed it very much. The staff was friendly and helpful. Good atmosphere as well.

Very enjoyable experience at Nando’s York. I ordered a beanie wrap and my partner had the butterfly burger. The staff was extremely attentive by offering us refills very often. Will defiantly be back!

Regardless of covid restrictions, the prices haven’t changed; so neither should the service. Rude and abrupt members of staff barely say a word to you when coming to pick up a click and collect. I appreciate it’s difficult to manage during covid, but it’s no busier than when it’s open normally and the service is absolutely fine then. Disappointing to say the least. If you’re looking for a Nando’s, go to Monks Cross. The girl doing the orders on 30.04.21 @ 19:51 was the worst of it

After using qr code to book in said a 30 wait that quickly went to 1hour fjnally get in order food for adults to come first chips were freezing then lastly my 15m olds came the broccoli was stone cold aswell as the the chicken and chips complained to be told they would get another so we Would all have to eat whilst my 15m old watched us I got a full refund left the restraunt and literally hours later where all being sick got severe tummy cramps and on the toilet AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS where all reallyPoorly from eating there crap infested food customer service is terrible too our waitress was absolutely useless and couldn’t care less that mySons food was cold had to askFor a manager

We're staying near by and we wanted to go to nandos the que was really long so we got deliveroo and the food was delivered in 25 mins it was very tasty as a nandos is normally the halomi was a bit wet but the rest of the food was lovely

Comida tal como cabría esperar de un Nando'sNo pude encontrar una forma de reservar una mesa en línea, por lo que tuve que usar un sistema en el que llega, escanee un código y luego dé un paseo hasta que su mesa esté lista (que fueron 20 minutos precisos), por lo que no es suficiente para hacerlo. algo más, pero un poco de espera. Como no se usa la planta baja, la opción de haber esperado en el calor con una bebida y un menú en una de las muchas mesas vacías hubiera sido buena.El camarero fue atento y se aseguró de que las bebidas fluyeran.Clientes bien separados entre sí.

El nuevo sistema de reserva puede ser una farsa si no tiene el escáner QR descargado como nosotros, sin embargo, el joven se quedó con nosotros para asegurarse de que funcionara para que pudiéramos entrar, ya que esa es la forma de hacer el pedido también.Aterrizamos en una mesa con suerte y obtuvimos un descuento fabuloso que fue solo el comienzo. Vine a Nando's con mi compañero, hemos estado en Nando's muchas veces antes y después de Lockdown y siempre ha sido una comida increíble, pero el nuevo sistema de colas es impactante, pero esta vez, cuando fuimos, el servicio fue absolutamente espantoso. La anfitriona que nos recibió en la puerta fue absolutamente encantadora y dijo que subiéramos las escaleras porque allí estaríamos sentados, subimos las escaleras y nos recibió este caballero de cabello castaño oscuro y sonaba como si no ' No me importa ni nada. Intenté reservar en línea como pasar un día en York. Pude ver que no aceptan reserva y que tienes que presentarte. ¿Me dijeron que se habían reservado 80 mesas cuando abrieron y que volverían en 2 horas? ? ? . Absolutamente ridículo, ¿por qué no dejar que reserve en línea? ? ? ? ?

Visite el sitio para comer algo con mi novia después de que decidimos darle una oportunidad de 2, ya que pocos meses antes de que nos sirvieran después de 40 minutos de pollo frío (no se hizo nada al respecto) el gerente ignoró. De todos modos, ha pasado más de media hora y el personal está charlando haciéndonos sentir incómodos y sin signos de comida. . . el personal es sucio y descuidado, antipático y poco atractivo, una gran decepción como amante de los pollos y trabajador de la industria. La administración del área realmente debería echar un vistazo a este sitio, ya que está cayendo rápidamente. Wen pregunta cuánto tiempo va a ser el personal simplemente actuando groseramente y ahora temo por mi comida. Si quieres comida que hace frío aquí está el lugar para ti. Iv escuchó un dicho si no puedes soportar el calor que se mantiene fuera de la cocina y eso es lo que siento que se aplica a Nando después de ir hoy. Desorganizado y agitado en el más mínimo negocio. Esperamos una mesa que está bien y ordenó perfectamente para luego esperar nuestro vino durante 20 minutos dentro de estos 20 minutos, ya que traen nuestros platos principales teniendo en cuenta que pedimos un entrante que aún estaba por llegar. Ahora sé que es una cadena de comida, pero para ellos ir y sentar los platos principales debajo de la lámpara de comida en una lámpara simple e intentar reservarlos para mí es como una broma, claramente no estaba completamente debajo de la lámpara como la mitad de mi plato hacía tanto calor como el sol en África y el otro tan frío como el Polo Norte. Así que, como cualquier buena persona, le expliqué amablemente que mi comida había estado debajo de la lámpara a la vista de mi mesa de dos, y que no estaba caliente como recién hecha, apenas estaba tibia y, bueno, simplemente estaba básicamente en un refrigerador ya que no se permitió una sesión de bronceado bajo la lámpara de comida claramente. Lo recuperaron de todos modos y juro que deben estar bromeando porque regresó como si todo hubiera estado en la nevera, congelado y la camarera tiene la mejilla para decir que es la lechuga la que enfría las envolturas. No te tratarían de esta manera en Monks Cross si quieres una buena comida. Recomiendo ir a las 6 de la mañana un lunes para que no caigan bajo presión y aparentemente no pidan lechuga si no quieres una envoltura de pollo que esté viva. en una nevera durante unos 450 años!

If you are eating upstairs in this Nando’s check the toilets 1st before ordering, I wish I had done . We were put upstairs for our meal , tables still had previous plates and glasses on , we found a clean table and placed our order , food came quick , we had the 4 chicken thighs with mash and fries and 4 chicken thighs with Piri piri fries and spicy rice , food was hot and ok . Before leaving I went to the ladies and the floor was full of toilet paper ,and other stuff , it looked like someone had just tipped the bins all over the floor ,but now reading other reviews I see it’s quite common to be dirty . Food was ok but we shall not return to this Nando’s again .

Went yesterday when visiting York , we like Nando’s for a quick meal if we are out somewhere, we entered the restaurant at about 4-30 , downstairs looked nice on entering and plenty of people eating , a friendly lady said their was a table for us upstairs . We went upstairs and it was so different to downstairs , tables and chairs looked worn and dirty , tables still had plates on , staff didn’t seam to care upstairs at all , we seated at a clean table and ordered our food , went to drink machine where their was no ice but drinks were ok , food was quick to arrive and was ok . After the meal I went to the lady’s toilet and it was a disgrace, everything and I mean everything was all over the floor , I just walked out and found a toilet outside , when returning to our table I saw a family cleaning their own table and moving plates so they could sit down, if I had gone into the toilets before ordering I would have just walked out and not eaten their, I know this is one Nando’s that we will never return too.

I have visited this Nandos frequently, and order the fino pitta everytime. On this occasion, they had clearly run low on chicken so I only had one small piece of chicken (though the menu states two) in the pitta. I complained and requested a new one, and they apologised. I then had a waitress come over and tell me the chicken for the fino would be 10 minutes so they could give me a fillet instead, which i accepted. In the end, i got a lot of chicken and it was all well cooked and tasty. All staff were very apologetic and came to check everything was alright after that.

Attended for lunch yesterday we ordered the off the bone chicken breasts with fries and garlic bread with coffees. The food came quickly but the fries were luke warm and the breasts were the smallest i have seen. I have been in Nandos other than York before and i still reserve judgement really as £29 for this lunch didnt really represent value for money.

Looked forward to visiting for lunch as there is no Nando’s near where we live. The chicken was ok, as was the mash. My husband said his burger was ok. The toilets however, were appalling. I alerted a member of staff who at least brought some toilet paper. Judging by the amount of paper all over the floor, sink area and cubicle floors, people had been using it to dry hands as the drier was broken. It’s not the restaurant’s fault that people can’t use a bin but if they’d checked then I and others would not have walked into such a disgrace. My husband said the dryer in the gents’ didn’t work either. So many places to eat in York, we wished we’d not picked Nando’s. Shame, as we’ve always enjoyed them very much, in other locations.

Love, Love, Love Nandos, however this one is a let down . Visited around midday on Sunday to find it was fairly busy thanks to the York Marathon. Was told a 20 minute wait & they were pretty much spot on. The table allocated was upstairs & had not been cleared when we sat down. The used plates were whisked away, however the table wasn't wiped, no apology for the state of the table, no instructions on how to order etc (fortunately we already know the procedure!) plus many of the surrounding tables were in a similar state & it all looked messy & scruffy.

We went on Monday Good location near the Cathedral in town centre, Restaurant is tidy and seating is comfortable. Staff ok.....Food is served fast.

We popped in here whilst in york as our two kids love Nando's (who doesn't!) we were seated upstairs, the place looks like your typical nando's and is clean and tidy, we ordered the food and waited for it's arrival, one of the things I like about Nando's s the food uasully arrives very quickly, doesn's appear to be the case here though, we ordered the usual chicken fayre and the chicken wing roulette, it look over 40 minutes to arrive, usually the food is being brought back to your table after your have ordered it! the staff on duty didn't seem to be overally bothered cleaning table's or serving esepecially as it wasn't that busy, saying thay the food was lovely when it arrived as most Nando's are, I have only marked it as Average as I am comparing to other Nando's I have eaten at

We arrived at Nandos early evening and a member of staff gave us menus. The food was freshly prepared and piping hot. There was a very pleasant atmosphere and we weren't rushed, will go again.

Just been to nando's for a bite to eat, and the service is appalling.

When I met my friend in York, he suggested we eat at Nandos. I had never been there before, but I had watched a documentary about it, so I was curious to see what it was like. I'd already looked on the website so I knew what I was getting. We were took to a table upstairs, in a nice yet busy setting, with a good view out of the window. My friend had the whole chicken, which was large and in segments, rather than a slab! I had quarter chicken with two sides, so I choose spicy rice (medium heat) and coleslaw. The spicy rice was nice, however the coleslaw was tasteless, I wouldn't recommend that at all....the chicken was great, I like the way it's cooked, the skin seems to be lightly roasted on it. I was given a glass so I could get the unlimited drinks offer, and I choose diet coke from the vendor, which was okay. Overall it was a nice place, and I would go again. My meal in total came to £10.50 including a drink, but others can be more expensive, it really is up to the individual to either get things as they are or with two sides, which ups the price considerably.

Generally you know what to expect from Nando’s and the York restaurant was not exception. Service was prompt and our food was tasty. I especially liked the new spinach side with the side salad. Soft drinks were disappointingly flat and tasteless. Overall a good choice

We went fairly early after the restaurant opening 11.30 (restaurant opens at 11). It was getting busy with a large queue. It was interesting to see the manager of the restaurant occupying one of the few booths on the ground floor. I was with my wife and new baby. We had the food which was pretty good but when we went to leave we went to use the disabled toilet/baby changing facilities.

Couples visit, upstairs was cold and lacked atmosphere. Bottled beer smelt like cleaning fluid, got sent back. Side salad and portion of chips were ridiculous small. All in around £30 for two mains with one side each, which is a rip-off. Won’t return!

We met up as friends to eat here. We were asked to go upstairs despite there being plenty of tables downstairs...:upstairs lacks natural light and was cold. After a long journey to York we would have much preferred a downstairs table. Food was average but the bottomless drink pricing confusing different for coke and sprite for some reason?! Wouldn’t return here I’m afraid

went to Nandos couple of days ago and it was amazing the food was cooked perfect the staff was polite and always charming it was well presented and the toilet smelled lovely and was really clean. The one I would give most credit to would be young lady with brown hair and lipstick on she always had a smile on her face and always went that extra mile to make sure everything was okay with are food and her quality of service was amazing I didnt manage to catch her name but she's a massive credit to the place so thank you I will be coming back

Thus was only my third visit to a Nando’s restaurant and had to be reminded by a helpful waitress how the ordering system worked. We then ordered our meals which came out pretty quickly. My meal was tasty with a decent portion. Ambiance is pretty informal inside but enjoyable. Prices are affordable and found all staff to be friendly and courteous. The tables were also cleared very quickly which I like

No table service, staff stood round talking. Dont like having to leave the table to order at the bar... walked out and went to frankie and Benny's instead...

This was my first ever visit to a Nandos. We chose it as it's a brand I have heard lots of, and we thought it would be good with our 2 children (4 and 7). We were seated quickly but nobody explained how things worked. We found the children'd meal information but there was nothing for them to do while we waited for someone to take our order (which most chain restaurants now have). We asked a server and she then told us we had to go up to the till to order. The food was so dull. I had a wrap which looked like it was off the shelf from Boots. I could've made better myself. It wasn't even that cheap. I think the prices are not reflective of the quality and we will not be back.

Since been diagnosed coeliac, I have found it hard to eat out. Not many places cater for gluten free dietary needs. Liam spent time going through the menu & made sure his staff thoroughly cleaned an area before cooking my food. It was then placed well away from other food & was clearly labelled to prevent any mix ups. Excellent service today, thank you.

Stopped off here mid-sightseeing. Great for a quick lunch - we were seated and served quickly. We were upstairs which gave us a good view and didn't feel so busy as downstairs. The food was as we expected, just as we'd had in other Nando's and cooked well. The refillable drinks were a welcome bonus for our children. The only negative was the poor state of the toilets e.g. lack of toilet paper. Having read other reviews I can see this was not a one off on this particular day so definitely needs improved.

Another visit to nandos to indulge in Vusa peri peri food was really nice and my chicken was succulent so top marks to the guys at the cooking station.

As I said in the title, I’m a fan. Nando’s is a brilliant restaurant for anyone who likes a bit of heat. Personally, I think ‘the hotter the better’ and would happily drink Nando’s ‘extra hot’ or ‘extra extra hot’ sauces. Having said that, it tastes great on the chicken and the chips! (Even the salad... especially on the quinoa and sweet potato salad!)

We were seated upstairs, where you can still get all your sauces, drinks etc. The food is what you would expect. I did miss the butter on my corn on the cob. The tables are closely placed. The toilets are not very clean. The service was good. Typical Nando’s but could be cleaner.

Terrible & inconsiderate service. Avoid this place there are so many other lovely restaurants in York.

Called in as we had always wanted to try Nandos - Had to wait about 10 mins for a table but we got one upstairs. Excellent food and service very good. Ordered the Supergrain salad and the chicken Burger Both excellent

Food took a very long time to arrive. Order came partly incorrect and most annoyingly the sweet potatoe wedges were totally undercooked, gave them back and they arrived back 2 minutes later having been microwaved, shrivelled and inedible. Not recommended.

It was a busy lunchtime and tables were crammed with people. We were a party of five and were on a table ideally suited for 4. Small wait to be seated. I hadnt realised you ordered at the counter, so that delayed things a little but once ordered wait was not long before being served.

Good food but toilet was left unattended and very dirty. There were two cubicles and both were unusable in the men's toilets.

Locale economico con menù molto vario: carne, insalate, panini e fritti/antipasti da condividere. Ce n’è per tutti i palati, per chi ama il piccante e chi meno, per chi è a dieta e a chi non frega niente! Ci tornerò!

Whilst I live here, I have never been in the city centre branch. I found it quite good and it was busy as usual. This caused a slight but acceptable delay on the food. The food was up to the usual Nando's standard.

We visited this Nando’s on Tuesday 4th December and ordered two Piri Piri chicken. I can’t describe how badly they were (over) cooked. The meat was dry and the skins burnt to the point where the majority was black. We regularly visit Nando’s in Aintree, Liverpool and occasionally other towns and have always been delighted with a moist, well presented dish. From the look of other plates being served, ours we’re the only ones that suffered from cremation rather than cooking.

We have been to a number of Nando’s & this is one of the busier ones but that is not an excuse for poor cleanliness especially when you visit at 11.45am when it’s only been open 45 mins. We were taken & sat upstairs where the table is sticky, we went to order, collect drinks & cutlery, the first glass I was given was dirty & I asked for a replacement, 2 of the forks had food in between the prongs, finally found clean ones & sat to eat. Butterfly chicken was nice, chips could of been hotter but fast & simple. Popped to the loo before leaving to find only 1 toilet in use, no out of order sign on the other, just the toilet seat on upside down so it can’t be used so this was herendous as it got busier with nice ques. Staff defiantly need to spend more time cleaning tables & cutlery paying a bit more attention, but ok for a quick eat, but don’t expect restaurant quality

Visited on a Saturday. Very disappointed with customer service. Ordered 2 meals, waited 25 minutes before only one meal arrived. I asked if the waitress would take it back so that we could eat at.the same time. Waitress not haapy with this and tutted before taking the meal away. Not the usual service we receive from Nando's.

Called in for half term tea the staff had no customer skills what so ever the food was served quickly we said do we get knives and forks and we were told there over there that's it.

My husband really enjoys Nando’s so we go every now and then. I don’t eat meat but did enjoy the super green wrap, which I’ve had before and I would recommend.

If you’re in the mood for a cheeky Nando’s, then you won’t go wrong here. This is one of the best Nando’s I’ve been to - if you go to Nando’s regularly enough, you’ll understand what I mean. Staff are friendly, plenty of seating, food always comes out nice and hot, and the chicken itself seems to be either marinated or cooked better, because it’s peri good.

Staff are very cheerful, especially Vanessa who served us. The Food was Devine and if were ever up in York we will definitely return again, thoroughly recommend to all.

I was dubious about eating here as we have had a couple of nasty experiences in other city Nandos. This has changed my mind and happy to say both service and food was very good

Being coelic (having to eat gluten free) it is sometimes difficult to find restaurants in which to dine. Arrived at Nandos, made my menu choices and we went through them with staff and ended up an amazing dinner (even with a flag highlighting allergy on it). We will return next time we are in York. We didn't realise it was not waiter service until we saw others ordering at the paystation - but our order was taken with a friendly smile. Thank you.

Excellent service. Value for money. Very nice and clean environment. Great food. Would recommend. We would come back the next time we come back to York.

Visited today with my daughter. Quickly shown to a table. Asked if we’d been before and familiar with menu and how to order. We’re regulars at Nandos in Leeds. Food was well presented and fresh. Was no check back to table. But food was spot on

Food was good, service was ok ( apart from being ordered upstairs without a choice of being seated downstairs) but the place itself was grubby and has put us off going back. Toilets were dirty with a broken toilet seat and no loo roll. Tables not cleaned properly and the menus were covered in yukky stuff! Realise it might just be an off day but expected higher standards. Would be difficult for someone with a disability to access upstairs where the toilets are and an assumption that people can climb stairs without asking if they can manage. But food was very good, they just need to employ some decent cleaners!

Called in here Saturday afternoon, staff were very friendly and polite. Food was as expected, halloumi fries and red pepper dip starters were spot on. Boneless platter was also as expected consistent and tasty. Would def return, can’t understand the negative reviews.

We waited 15 mins for a seat were told we had to go upstairs although we had a baby and pram. Its 2 flights of stairs and no lift. We ordered straight away but waited over 25 mins for our food. The food was nice but wouldnt recommend if you have children in prams. I dont understand why we had to go upstairs when there were 2 tables of 4 downstairs.It was as though we were being hidden away because of the baby.

One of the better Nando’s I have been too. Friendly staff, hot food served quickly. Took my in-laws for their first Nando’s and they seemed to enjoy it.

It was the biggest mistake i have ever made. My friend push me to go there. The food was disgusting. I never go there again and don't recommend to anyone.

Can't beat a cheeky Nandos! You know the food is going to be good! So service can make or break a restaurant. Pleased to say that service was great too. No long wait for food, tables cleared quickly and efficiently and friendly staff! Who can ask for more!
