The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving American food

This was my second time at Five Guys, and I love going there. What's really special about it: you can have your hamburger "built" to your specifications and still get it for a good price. Anyone who still goes to McDonald's or Burger King doesn't understand anything about hamburgers.

Jersey Street Grill is a firm favourite with the kids so we've been quite a few times - it never disappoints! Most recently called in without reservation on a busy Mothers Day & was shown to our table within 5 minutes. Friendly staff, wide variety of choice on the menu, delicious meal & speedy too. We'll no doubt be back soon!

The food was tasty and the drinks were generous. The service was attentive without being intrusive.

As my local I want to love this bar but it feels poorly managed lately. The prices are now city centre level and the service hasn’t kept up. The facilities are excellent but unfortunately let down by the service. The young staff are always polite and responsive but seem to be lacking any leadership. The last few times I have visited I have had to clear empty glasses from my own table despite an army of staff behind the bar and I can’t remember the last time a staff member called to our table to ask if everything was ok or if we would like another drink. Some small changes could make this place 5 stars again

Waited 15minutes for 2 small popcorn chickens. Finally received my order got home and it only had 1 in the bag with the food. I'm not wasting my time to drive back for that. Shocking service tonight

El tiempo es todo en un entorno de estación de tren, por lo que donde este restaurante obtiene las mejores calificaciones es en la rapidez con la que se entregan los pedidos de comida. Por supuesto, sería fácil tirar cualquier basura vieja, pero las jirafas son mejores que eso. Tenía una hamburguesa de pollo con papas fritas que era lo suficientemente picante como para que fuera “interesante” y la tostada era lo suficientemente sustancial como para ser satisfactorio. También es una zona bien decorada con un montón de características retro. No estoy seguro de dónde viene el nombre de jirafa, espero que no la carne dentro de las hamburguesas, pero marca muchas cajas.

Decided to stop off here today as it seemed to be the only place that showed you the menu and prices before entering. Staff were friendly and quick with service. We arrived in time to pick something from the breakfast menu. Can’t fault the food it was lovely and filling. Sausage and bacon was good quality and the portions were good sizes too. Kids had waffles & pancakes which looked really nice and they both enjoyed it. Definitely would recommend the shakes which we all had and different flavours. Spent almost £70 for four people but we left very filled and satisfied and again enjoyed the shakes. Would definitely recommend, great place, great staff and great food/drinks

Food and drinks was very good and service by Jack was outstanding, he made sure we had everything we needed and checked in on us to make sure food was ok, very cheerful and attentive will come back again

Really friendly staff and efficient service. I'd happily go back. You can use taste card which is great every day except Saturdays. Drinks are OK, a little overpriced though. Food was nice.
