Nice enough place for a few drinks but we felt the cocktails were poor, offer was good but content reflected cheap price.Food was a miss for me, had the Chicken Caesar Salad, it was overdressed in an awful sauce and the chicken was cut into tiny pieces. The burgers were ok though.Our server was super friendly and attentive, good place to watch sports.

Excellent service, couldn’t do enough to help, very friendly and welcoming, tasty food. Would certainly recommend.

Had booked with friends to come to Belushi’s last night and what a fabulous night we had! Staff were so attentive. Caulumn is a credit to the place - personable, attentive and friendly! We had a selection of cocktails from the menu which were unbelievable, especially the Horny punch! The venue itself is a great sports bar with plenty of screens showing different sports, had a brilliant atmosphere inside but felt safe with covid guidelines.

Great place to watch the football as you can see if from any seat your sitting in with the wide range of screens and large projector. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The Monday - Thursday drink deals are awesome, cocktails for £5!! The vibe was really good and it really felt like pre - covid times even with the measures still in place.

Hip gastro pub with great food and drink offers, sign up to their app and get even better deals as you spend, great for watching sports as multiplile tvs. We watched Scotland, England and Wales game all at the same time, fantastic.

On a long weekend trip to Edinburgh we sought out this sports pub specifically to watch our local team Lincoln city in the playoff final. We arrived around 2.40, got a good table and all went well enough. Having spent almost £70 on a meal and drinks for 2 adults and too kids over 10, we had paid etc and had just settled in to finish our drinks and watch the end of the game. However at 4.25-30 we were told to leave as we had finished our meal, and something about kids not allowed to stay after a meal .So I had to leave at 4.30 with my football mad son, even though only 15 minutes left in the game. We stood outside for a few minutes watching the game through the window.There was no demand for our table, plenty free ones etc. Left a sour taste tbh, no need for it, only wanted to finish our meal and leave in a normal manner.

Love this place! They have amazing weekday deals (£5 cocktails, double gins, £2.50 beers, £15 bottles of prosecco...).Also great to watch a game with TVs and a massive indoor screen!

Me alegro de no haber terminado adonde nos dirigíamos. El personal está al tanto de toda la limpieza (actualmente dos limpian una mesa para otro grupo). Personal realmente amable y servicio realmente eficiente. Pensé que había comido la mejor hamburguesa de mi vida, pero finalmente la encontré aquí y volveremos antes de que termine nuestra semana en Edimburgo. Gracias

Llegó a Edimburgo en busca de un lugar para ver un partido de fútbol y me dijeron que sería más tarde. Cuando volví me dijeron que el restaurante estaba lleno y que había estado así durante varios días. Hubiera sido útil si me hubieran dicho esto cuando pregunté inicialmente. Más tarde en la semana, hice una reserva en línea, recibí una confirmación y apareció una reserva en mi diario. Posteriormente recibí un correo electrónico adicional que me decía que, como no había confirmado la reserva, había sido cancelada. We had an enjoyable, safe visit. The staff were friendly and there was a good atmosphere. The place applied its COVID-19 controls very diligently.

Went with friends to visit Edinburgh. Everyone enjoyed their time. Cleanliness of beds, rooms, bathrooms everything was on point!!

Lovely ambience, great team in charge, Burgers are above average. Well there's no dearth of places in Edinburgh for a drink and a wee bite, but Belushi's fits the puzzle best in terms of its location, few steps away from the Waverly.

Called in for lunch and cocktails on a monday, was really lovely food and good service. Cocktails excellent and they had deal on. Would def go back next time in Edinburgh

Visited here on a Saturday night with my partner for food and drinks. We had reserved a table which made it a lot easier. Staff were great and extremely helpful, food was incredible. Highly recommend the wings and the halloumi fries! Cocktails were around £8 which are the usual prices for cocktails in Edinburgh but were nice tasting. At around 10pm we were greeted by live music which was a great touch and created an amazing atmosphere. We didn’t visit when a sporting event was on however our table and most of the tables had their own tvs so would be great for when the football is on! Would highly recommend for 18+ and students.

I wasn’t a fan of Belushi’s the only time I’d visited it. The hostel bar had the warmth and appeal of a rundown student flat in its previous incarnation across the road.

Well. I work in hospitality. I know that it's a hard job and that you can't always be bubbly and pro-active. And i'm not even a fan of putting bad notes on tripadvisor. But here it goes:

Stumbled upon this hidden gem outside of Waverly station. Words can't even describe the amazing service this sports bar offers Robyn was amazing and attentive from the first momebt. Can't recommend enough. She will turn your life around.

Volé el sábado y encontré esta joya. Me preocupaba que volvería a perder mi juego de los Ravens de nuevo los 49 años. Encontré a estos tipos en una búsqueda de juegos de la NFL. Entraron y reservaron una cabina con un televisor. Dejamos un depósito de 10 libras por persona [2 personas]. Regresó el día del partido y se preparó la televisión. Las bebidas, por supuesto, eran excelentes; La comida era excelente para comida de bar deportivo en Estados Unidos. Pedimos las alas y fueron los mejores. El servicio fue excelente. Great location next to Waverley station. Friendly staff Quite expensive drinks, typical of Edinburgh city centre. Would recommend it as a sports bar, but didn't eat there, so can't comment.

Nice, relaxed place with great wings & burgers. Also seems like a good place for watching sport, especially rugby & american football. One minor downside is their slightly confusing student discounts. But staff happily explained them & it didn't affect how good the wings are, so...

Sports bar with several televisons broken and were unable to show different sports chanels. Has seriously gone downhill since the menu change and the sharer choices were taken away.

On Fri 6th Sep 2019 two Scottish national teams were playing ties simultaneously. The football team was playing an important must win Euro qualifier against Russia while the Rugby Union team was playing a warm up friendly in advance of the World Cup (vs Georgia). Both games were of interest to me and my two friends with the football game obviously being by far the more significant as it was a competitive match rather than a friendly. We thought Belushi's - advertising itself as a Sports Bar and having something like 10 screens - would be an ideal place to meet. However, the bar staff/management had for some reason decided to boycott the football in favour of the rugby. We requested that they show the football match on just one screen but they refused - in doing so coming across in a high handed and arrogant manner and implicitly insulting all followers of the most popular sport in Scotland. It seemed that they considered football fans to be somehow beneath contempt and not worthy of any consideration. We left straight away and won't be back in a month of Sundays. Disgusted at this scornful attitude towards supporters of our national game.

Good place to relax and make friends and for those staying at the hostel has discount and that's great.

decided to book a table here for the recent boxing event. Arrived slightly late and was told the table we were assigned as we were half an hour late, even though we had paid a deposit. They gave us an alternative table

Very kind, helpful staff as always. Good breakfast, complimentary continental is very good . There is option to upgrade if you wish.

Very average food, hamburger was dry, chips were just ok. Chicken wrap was just ok, Crispy Chicken sandwich was very good. If it's suppose to emulate food from the U.S. or Canada they are way off the mark. If this is what pub/bar food is like in Edinburgh, then they need help in how to make a good burger. I wouldn't recommend it for the food. Maybe drinks as a table of young men seemed to be happy with the drinks and they were beyond loud for 1pm in the afternoon.

Overcharging for beer can sometimes be justified by extras in the bar like bigger high definition screens or extra comfort chairs, but none of these were evident in Belushis which seems to justify the very high price on account of being right near the railway station, but that was of no importance to me so when the barman asked would I like another beer the reply was no way, not at that price. Rip me off once, shame on you, do it twice, shame on me

I enjoyed my stay at St. Christophers Inn and all of the staff were excellent and attentive. The only problem was the manager who decided to hit me up for money for towels and get money out of me last minute, which wrecked the end of the stay.

Came here for a couple of drinks and decided to have some food. I have to say, it’s not cheap for a burger and fries. And there’s no side salad to fancy it up. It looks very basic when it arrives. My partner got a portion of sweet potato fries (see photo) at £6 a pop!!! 2 fries had been eaten before the photo was taken but come on. £6?? Really?? Apart from that though, the burger was probably the best burger I’ve tasted

Belushi's ask for a deposit for a table reservation for a Formula 1 race. Hard to do when you book during your city trip 14 hours in advance of the racestart and they want you to make an international payment. E-mail conversation up to an hour before the race ending in a statement that they won't hold the table.

Un très bon bar, j'y suis allée tous les soirs puisqu'il était accolé à mon auberge de jeunesse. Très bonne ambiance, des soirées à thème. Comme une Ecosse qui se respecte, on tombe sur des petits groupes de musiciens très sympas ! Serveurs agréables.

Solo almorzamos hamburguesa de carne y de pollo. Bien cocinadas. Comimos normal. En hamburguesas no hay mucho para decir, salvo que sean caseras, que no es el caso.

Ideal para os amantes do desporto. Aqui podem assistir ao vosso desporto favorito enquanto disfrutam de uma bela refeição ou degustam uma das mais variadas cervejas que este local dispõe. Aqui como amante de tenis, consegui assistir á final feminina do Australian Open enquanto tomava um exelente pequeno almoço escoces. Recomendo vivamente este local a qualquer hora do dia.

Un buen destino para las personas que desean un lugar barato para comidas y bebidas. Como estudiante, encontré este lugar para tener excelentes ofertas para cualquier persona con su identificación de estudiante. Ubicado justo fuera de la estación de tren, sería un primer o último destino perfecto. La comida en el bar era de una amplia gama de comida típica de bar deportivo, teníamos las alas y el pedido de papas fritas con descuento para estudiantes, esto era menos de 10 por 20 alas. Durante nuestro tiempo en el bar había eventos deportivos en vivo y enchufes de pared que fomentaban los lugares de carga. El personal era amable y servicial haciéndonos sentir bienvenidos. Las instalaciones del bar se comparten al lado del albergue. Bueno para los estudiantes, sin embargo, no tiene el factor sorpresa, pero lo recomendaría para una noche barata.

Coming from Iceland, I must say the prices for the food is not expensive and reasonable. I love their burgers and calamari :)

Went to Belushi's as it's a sports bar and wanted to watch St Johnstone v Sellick match then the Liverpool v Man City game. Not that I'm a supporter of any of the above, mind. I like fitba. I do have a favourite club but that’s for me to know. I sort of quite like City only because I used to have a City Subbuteo team. I'm definitely not a glory hunter. You'd agree if you know the team I do support.

My husband and I were in Scotland and desperately trying to find somewhere to watch football- Belushi’s was perfect. Good food. Great atmosphere.

I think I said it all in the title, except for, bring plenty of cloths to wipe down sticky, slimy areas. And be careful where you sit on a Sunday, because Saturday night antics mean that urine can be anywhere in the common areas. You could end up smelling for days if you so much as sit on a chair, or couch!

We went here to catch the opening World Cup game. The buffalo wings (siracaha) were surprisingly good. The bartender is a bit inexperienced, but went out of his way to try to make the drink I requested (Tom Collins) and made a passable attempt for his first time making the drink. We were not disappointed in any way.

situated just across from the entrance to the train station on Market st , this seems to be very popular with the backpackers as the hostel is next door , this also keeps the prices down . two steps up to get into the cafe a rustic modern take on shabby chic perhaps , staff member polite and attentive took our order after we had perused the menu ,the long high tables with high stools were easy to use all sauces etc were on the tables . the breakfast (called the " reviver " ) was plentiful and the price was good

We were a group of ten, my food order was forgotten two times, waiter did not approach me about it until I kept asking for it. all I got was a soda. Worst experience in Edinburgh.

A chicken burger that was over cooked, over seasoned and overpriced for what it was.. interesting interpretation of a ‘Mound’ of blue cheese.. where I come from that’s called a ‘smear’. nice atmosphere though McDonald’s is just round the corner... nuff said!

I loved this place immediately when I walked in the door - the folks behind the bar were hip and fun, as well as all the patrons around me. They have a wide assortment of different beers, with an equally wide assortment of "bombs" (shots in red bull - hangover recipes to be sure).

Fuimos con una despedida de soltero para ver el fútbol. Reservamos una mesa y aunque nos 30 minutos tarde y el bar estaba lleno que estaba allí esperándonos, lugar privilegiado para la gran pantalla (aunque no no se podía ver una pantalla allí). Tenía servicio de mesa para la noche y una partida de bombas en la casa Jaegar para la reserva online y atención constante del gerente. Todos dejaron muy feliz.

Always a concern if you are asked “are you staying” when ordering, I would suspect a separate pricing structure for those of us who liked the look of the place from the outside but don’t have a bed!

There is nothing these guys won’t do for you and the food is amazing . Try the burgers are these are particular great and also the sliders and he appetisers. A must when in Edinburgh

We needed a place to cater for a group of 10 guys on a Saturday night to have something to eat and watch football. Belushis were able to book us a table and for a £10 deposit per person which came off the final bill. The food was good , burgers etc which is what we wanted and we all had s great time in there. Plentyful taxis outside to take us to our next destination. Overall a great place for a night out .

4 of us had full cooked breakfast, including 1 vegetarian and it was excellent value, delicious and great service. Served until 12 :)
