The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving American food

We had a great time, what a cool concept. The meat was very good, as were the beef chips 😋 The staff were very friendly too and there was a nice atmosphere. Can't really fault it, smelt a bit like a Butchers but then again it is!

Ordered food online and paid. Diner then phoned to say they don't have the item in stock and they refused to cancel my order!? I couldn't cancer it as they had ACCEPTED the order and a driver was allocated. The guy on the phone became quite rude

Great spot. Our son was 18, and wanted steak. The Herd was the best place nearby, and they did him proud with candles on the dessert. Good variety of steaks available, and great to have the rub/sauce included with each, rather than extra. And it was lovely to be in the room with the open fire cooking. We didn't do sides or starters, as wanted to concentrate on the meat. Only slight downside was there was - at times - a chillish breeze coming into the room from the vestibule. Closing the door would help... Recommended.

Genuinely one of the best burger spots in Brighton. Will not disappoint.

First time dining at Albis this afternoon and I have to say the food was absolutely AMAZING!!!!! Surf and turf, 8oz steak cooked to absolute perfection and the best tiger prawns I have ever tasted!! Fantastic service, highly recommend and will definitely be returning.. Thank you Albi

Fun place, love the quirky decor. We used to LOVE the pizza before they changed the menu to the pizza slabs, and we’d drive 45 mins to visit here. Really disappointed with the change in pizza base as we just don’t enjoy these anymore. Ideal location for the beach and lake, we would also come for a walk before eating and as it’s dog friendly this suited all our needs. Please bring back the thin pizza bases! The loaded Cajun fries are still yummy :) staff friendly and welcoming.

What happened? They were closed during the summer and now opened with offering only half the menu. The burger was rather dry and flat. No more chicken bites anymore to make up for it.

This. Was. AMAZING. The atmosphere and service were great and the food was delicious. Its also very fairly priced. Definitely coming back soon.

The only reason there is even a 2 star for food because the fries were good. Ordered food tonight and eaten what we can stomach and yet still not classed as delivered on deliveroo. Food was late and when I phoned up twice all I got was excuses, not a straight forward food is waiting having delivery issues. Child's burger was chewy and wasn't finished. Nachos had hard cheese on top with shredded chicken, not pulled which was inedible. Meatball hoagy just wasn't nice at all, and I usually finish my food! Partner also ordered a chicken burger and specifically asked for no hot sauce which was clearly ignored. Will never eat from here again nor will I recommend anyone to eat here again either.

Staff are amazing and always make you feel welcomed drinks are priced amazingly so there's something for everyone to drink if you are on a tight budget will come back time and time again

Please stay far far away from this place unless you want food poisoning. The taste of the burger was absolutely beautiful, I did notice that the meat was slightly pink on the inside but didn't think nothing on it as I wasn't educated on minced meat at the time & thought it was safe to eat it pink like steak. Fast forward 6 hours later & I'm throwing up every 3-5 minutes, with excruciating stomach cramps whilst running to the toilet. I vomitted so much that I actually ruptured my esophagus & blood was coming out in the bucket. This went on for about 10 hours until I had no choice but to call an ambulance & get to the hospital for medical intervention as I was 28 weeks pregnant at the time & needed an iv as well as nutrients. I've suffered from stomach bugs before & I promise you this was not a bug, I have never felt so sick in my entire life. I now have ptsd when it comes to eating food from outside my home & constantly worry about food being undercooked & I will definitely never eat a beef burger again!

Great cafe, first time having the day time menu. Great selection, I had the double chicken burger and it was delicious.
