The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving American food

Had the “Quorn chicken and Halloumi” burrito. Not specified anywhere that the two are apparently blended (after I complained that mine had no halloumi in). Very dry and flavourless. Doesn’t taste as expected (having fake chicken and halloumi in with some chilli jam). Just reviewing to help others know before they order! I’ve had other veggie options before and they’ve been okay though.

Sadly, every time something is missing from the order… careful ordering. Always a disappointment. Each time hoping it’ll be as good as the first time…

I want to like this place I really do but beef burgers are dry & Coleslaw was way too salty. Service was average, first time visiting for my OH and he won’t be returning! No atmosphere in there tonight either!

Great atmosphere, great staff, good food and company, as well as a great quiz

This is one of the best restaurants in London. Since I discovered it, I’ve been visiting every month. The sushi set is absolutely top-notch. The yakitori is also delicious. I highly recommend it,

Food was cold and was just packed with grease and extremely overpriced

Lovely to eat out in the sunshine by the lake in the day. Although an evening meal was slow service but was busy inside. Food was OK and perfectly tasty but not exciting.

I didn’t have to ask for anything twice, which is always appreciated.

Used to visit Smokestack often prior to emigrating a decade ago. Recently returned on holiday and loved it

It was my wife’s birthday and went on Saturday 5th April. The burgers and steaks were absolutely delicious and the service was exceptional. The wine list was extensive and really good local beer on draught. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our evening. I would highly recommend.

Great restaurant, always have a good time when visiting here. Often go to Branded for their 3 course meal deal, which is good value for money. Me and my friend visited here for lunch. The duck salad was really good and flavourful and so was the Caesar salad. For the main we both went for the sea bass which was delicious. Would definitely recommend going here. Great food, nice interior, welcoming staff.

Something’s certainly changed here lately! Pool tables back, darts boards back, and much better atmosphere. Happy to call this our local pub again.
