Fantastic place with a lot of atmosphere. The food was on point and the same goes for the service. We chose to go for a candlelight dinner. A three-course meal and a complimentary drink at a price tag of £35. It was worth it. Very clean and cosy place. Parking can be a bit of a challenge as it is near the promenade. Looking forward to the next visit.

Fantastic, fresh and delicious seafood. We had the platter with half a lobster, calamari and fries, the Thai crab cakes and the smoked mackerel pate-all well presented and tasty. Highly recommended.

Second visit here, delicious food once again and excellent service. 2 courses for £30 including free entrance to Portmeirion is excellent value.

Food is really and not expensive.

Let's get the grumpy stuff out of the way. Whoever had been co-opted to front of house was miserable and accused me of asking for a white wine when I gave her the number of a red one. Then argued with me. When we looked at the menu, of five or six items, only one was still on- beef- which was what we all wanted anyway. It was the best Sunday lunch that I have had for about four years. The meat was succulent, not over-cooked, and the vegetables done to perfection. Tasty gravy and a great Yorkshire pudding. The woman who was keeping an eye on the callow waiting staff was lovely and friendly. A great place. Pannacotta for dessert and £23 for two courses. The place is fantastic. I understand it might be community-run, in which case they should allocate jobs to people who are temperamentally suited to carrying them out. If you want choice, maybe not for you, but a damn fine roast beef.

Best pizza in town, tasty pasta and you *have* to try the zucchini fritti!

We visited on a Monday night as a party of three and the food, starters and mains were all excellent. Stand out on the starters was the goats cheese tart and my Pork pate and pickle was very nicely presented. The cod in the cod Kiev was fresh and flaky. Both Halibut mains were superb. Attentive service and overall an excellent meal and good value for money.

Another lovely evening thanks to Lynwen and her team. A warm welcome with a cosy fire and delicious home cooked food. Will be back again very soon. Noson hyfryd unwaith eto. Diolch am y croeso cynnes ac am y bwyd bendigedig. Edrych ymlaen at ddod nol cyn hir.

As a fellow Indian this was some of the best curry ever. 10/10 would recommend to friends back in motherland.

Sunday we decided to visited laylena We were greeted with a warm welcome by the staff. The ambience inside was so pleasant music playing in the background. The food arrived right on time. We order the mandi and baby chicken was far beyond our expectations. Perfect flavours, our waiters Harsh and Nasir looked after us very well the best waiters of all time their service is 10/10 Thank you Harsh and Nasir. 👍🏻
