Gorgeous home cooked food. We had the Sunday roast - I’m fussy & it was superb. An incredibly friendly pub. Everybody so welcoming. If you find yourself in Sennybridge then take the time to pay the Shoemakers a visit in Pentre Bach.

Have been here a few times, and the staff are always friendly and make a real effort. A nice, relaxed atmosphere and the evening open hours are ideal this time of year when the weather’s not so great and we’re looking for things to do/places to go. We always go for the waffles and milkshakes, great value for the prices. Good luck with the new shop in Swansea!

Teníamos 3 tazas de té, una lata de gaseosa y 2 porciones de pescado y patatas, que llegó a 15 libras, que no creo que fue una mala relación calidad-precio. Especialmente como el pescado y patatas fritas fue claramente preparado a pedido, recién porciones de tamaño decente y absutely delicioso. Personal amable que parece que se preocupan verdaderamente si sus clientes disfrutan de su comida. La numeración de las mesas de afuera sin ayuda cuando los pedidos están saliendo de la cocina

Was fancying some pancakes as it was pancake day and the Wyndham did not disappoint. Went for 6 pancakes with bacon and maple syrup with a flat white. Pancakes and bacon were cooked perfectly and the flat white was also spot on. Will definitely recommend and return. Thanks!

Had a mega burger it was unbelievable well worth the money, piping hot and so tasty. Mate had the chicken curry half and half was rammed with chicken and portion was absolutely massive, beautiful food. George and Euan.

¡Simplemente no comas aquí! El cebo blanco sobrevalorado se sirve con 5 ramitas de lechuga, una cuña de lima y un dedal de aceite de oliva. Sopa de estilo brasileño con almejas, en realidad sopa con mejillones a los que soy altamente alérgica, el segundo tazón de sopa contenía unos cuantos langostinos muy masticables y algunos berberechos rellenos de arena. Después de esta maravillosa “comida”, terminamos con una visita a baños bastante sucios llenos de tampones, y se accede a través de una escalera de madera completa con telarañas, plumas y años de polvo. Jackson’s, los clientes merecen más que esto.

I visited yesterday with friends and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It was years since I’d been and the level of service was as good as I remembered. The students and lecturers were attentive, polite and friendly. Most of the food was excellent, there were just a couple of little things not right, such as the pigs in blankets were undercooked. Overall a good experience.

Called In on our way to the aqueduct. We were given a warm welcome by the ladies, and the cakes were fantastic! Only £4 for 2 hot drinks and 2 cakes. What a lovely thing they do for the community - and for a further donation, they gave us doggy bags for later!!

Ordered my food online which was simple enough. Good descriptions of food to help on the decisions! Easy ways to pay. Delivery was on time and food was piping hot. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal from start to finish. This was our first time using this establishment and won’t be our last. Keep up the good work guys.

We stay in Cemaes Bay several times a year as we love the village and we finally got to sample a pizza at the beach. We've aways seems to miss it or we are there out of season. We went early in the week when we saw it was open and checked opening times etc and had a look at the menu. First time we ordered chips and coffees at lunch, both of which were lovely. My mum said it was the best coffee she had all week. We then tried a pizza on the friday night and took it back to the cottage - goats cheese, red onion, balsamic and it was gorgeous! Cooked perfectly with just the right amount of goats cheese. Plenty of seating if the weather permits and parking is available to eat in the car and enjoy the view. Highly recommended stop for a coffee or something to eat, with friendly staff.
