Such a lovely time. Very prompt and clean. Food is wholesome and delicious and so are the drinks. The service was top notch by our waitress Hajar, she was very warm and welcoming, and made the experience unforgettable even with my kids. We came from Swansea and it was fantastic will definitely come again. We had the lamb kousi and flamingo drinks and mango fresh juice, all were amazing.

The food was very tasty. Good service with friendly staff. They have a nice restaurant area and also shisha area showing live sports to chill and enjoy.

I ordered the baby whole grilled chicken and it was amazing. Juicy and tender. I thought the rice will taste quite plain but it tasted amazing. Salad, chilli dip and garlic sauce come with it. It was enough for 2 people. Not to mention I also ordered lamb kozi (lamb shank) before and was beautiful. Definitely recommend this place. Also not expensive at all.

I was initially sceptical as the hygiene rating was low, however the menu looks great, a clean and well planned dining area, a member of staff was eating so that was reassuring. Like the way they present the cutlery. Take a look at the drinks as I had a watermelon juice which was exceptional. Food was amazing and I really enjoyed it. The price was fair and great service too. Don't miss out

It felt like the employees were going out of their way to be unhelpful and dismissive.The attitude of the staff ruined the entire meal—their behavior was unacceptable.If you're looking for a warm, friendly dining experience, avoid this place—the staff clearly don’t care about customers.After such a terrible experience with the rude and careless staff, I strongly advise against placing an Uber Eats order from them—you’ll likely regret it.

The food and drinks here are really good. I've been to almost all the shisha shops in Cardiff but the food and drinks here are really good. The service is great, the staff are smiling and friendly. ESPECIALLY PREYA⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m quite disappointed with the service today. I ordered a waffle and lamb dish with a scheduled pick-up time of 10:50. When I arrived, only the lamb was ready, and I had to wait an additional 15 minutes. Once home, I found the ice cream was missing. This isn’t the first time this has happened, and it’s becoming frustrating.

Great food, authentic taste, highly recommend

We went here yesterday for our friendversary. Lovely food. However, the staff treat you like filth. If it wasn't too late already we would have left. We were on the front lounge (other shisha place). There were 3 lady staff and none of them were hospitable. Completely ignored and looked down on our table. Passing filthy looks and comments between the staff. A few time 1 lady walked by our table and made faces to another hostess and they burst into laughter. Despite all this me and my friends thanked them everytime they brought food over to our table to which none of then said anything and just glared back. Also, the floors were dirty with rice and lemon pieced on the floor. Since it was a Tuesday night we were the only 3 people in the restaurant until 9pm yet no cleaning were done. Disgusting is all I have to say.

Burger is good, chicken is fresh and cooked properly but they should add more sauce to it, as there are two chicken pieces it makes the burger VERY DRY. I even asked for the side sauce as it is not on the page but NO SAUCE.

As someone who has had shisha and food here, I can say it's really good. I mostly come when football is on, atmosphere is awesome! Lunch time chill sessions to do some laptop work, ambient music, good shisha. Drinks overpriced is the only down point but not enough to not give 5 star.

Ordered takeaway on uber eats at 2am in the morning. Did not dissapoint, lamb kouzi was super tender and fell off the bone. Broth which came with it tasted good too. Bread was nice and fluffy but would've liked it if it were warm. Mango milkshake tasted amazing and so did the lyalena special one, super tasty and thick shakes!!

Amazing food, Amazing services, nice & comfortable seating arrangements. We ordered Lamb & Chicken Mendi and it was very very delicious. Mocktails are absolutely refreshing and tasty. Fruit icecream was worth the price. The staff is very very nice and helpful with a very pleasant attitude. Can’t fault this place. Kudos to the owner(s) for maintaining such high standards.

I never received this order, I am trying to inform just eat but it’s not letting me open up a complaint. I’ve waited to see if the money would not be taken from my bank but it has been today. That order was never delivered!

Lyalena is the best secret in Cardiff. It is well hidden but has amazing, Fresh, delicious food and a nice ambiance especially if you like shisha or sport but suitable for couples and groups. All their meats and mains are delicious and the falafel wrap and halloumi wraps are delicious for vegetarians. The mandi is the best in Cardiff. The servers are all nice and so too the management. It is so hidden away you can easily miss it amongst bigger restaurants on City Road but they are truly great. Also amazing for take away on UberEats etc. Thanks to the staff for always being good. Also great drinks like mocktails, tea, chai, etc.

Sunday we decided to visited laylena We were greeted with a warm welcome by the staff. The ambience inside was so pleasant music playing in the background. The food arrived right on time. We order the mandi and baby chicken was far beyond our expectations. Perfect flavours, our waiters Harsh and Nasir looked after us very well the best waiters of all time their service is 10/10 Thank you Harsh and Nasir. 👍🏻
