One of my favorite places to visit when in Cardiff. Always served by friendly faces, and they're monthly supper clubs are becoming legendary. I visited most recently for the supper club of Fire & Flank, and Twenty Six lends itself beautifully to a collaborative venue for all. Great coffee, Madri on tap, and lots of other cute little shops and pop ups to explore. Well worth a visit.

Lovely outdoor venue, especially when the sun is shining. The venue is very accessible, even by foot, just go up and over the bridge, but you probably wouldn't know it was there, as it's pretty well hidden.

If you've heard of this place, but not been, get yourself down here! Great atmosphere, awesome setup, the street food is top notch, but main thing is the hip atmosphere, it is a great place to hang out, plenty seating!

Stumbled across here while waiting to have my car repaired. Lovely little set up, friendly staff and the coffee was good. Even came with a custard cream! Can't really comment on atmosphere as I turned up at opening times and was the only one there. Will definitely pop back. Thanks!

Came for the bottomless pancakes on a Saturday. Pancakes were delicious. As soon as we finished, they asked if we wanted any more and they were out, hot and fresh, within minutes. Staff were very friendly and accomodating.

The pancakes we had were lovely…but they simply didn’t have the ability to be able to supply the endless part. We had one portion then had to wait over an hour for the next portion. The staff were lovely and kept on apologising, but I’d lost all enthusiasm by the time they arrived.

lovely place! however food wasn’t great the pancakes were burnt and there was a hair in the avocado, this is a shame considering the nice location and staff

Love it here, lush staff! They put a lot of effort into supporting local independent business and have many fantastic rotating food vendors too.

Unbelievable little gem of Canton 😍 Staff are always FABULOUS. The food is TOP TIER. Excellent quality whilst still being good value for money. They have a little market on the first Saturday of the month that is so sweet & a real family friendly day out! Highly recommend you put this on your list of places to visit!

Called in yesterday for the first time for breakfast. The food was nice - although you can exclude half the menu if you’re not into avacado. My main concern was the management. One member of staff was late for their shift and chastised in front of the customers, when this should have been dealt with out the back. I don’t really want to see staff getting bollocked when I’m eating my toast. Also, the staff sit out the front on the benches smoking in their uniform / apron - which doesn’t look that good and is pretty gross, especially when they’re then serving food. I probably wouldn’t return - you can get better options around the city with a higher level of professionalism / standard. Shame.

Have been here to eat, have coffee and host my own popup. This space has changed so much over the years in the most positive way. TwentySix is a cosy hub, great food, coffee and markets. A wonderful place to frequent ❤️

The staff were friendly and ordering was easy. I had the avocado and halloumi brunch which was delicious, with just the right level of kick from the harissa, someone else had the pancakes with bacon and maple syrup, properly fluffy and plenty of syrup. All in all, a really good brunch served in good time. I'd recommend it!

QR codes on the tables, easy to navigate webpage. Food was quick and was really nice, large chunks of chicken in the tikka chicken kebab. I did hear the staff come out shortly after saying they'd run out of chicken so go early to avoid disappointment.

Popped in to check this place out as I’ve heard some awesome chatter about it. It did NOT disappoint! Very accommodating staff, great food and the cider on tap is a must try! Loved the fact that children and dogs also get made to feel at home too. And the puppuccino was a win with my pooch. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back!! Thank you TwentySix. Epic!!

Very disappointing!! Lovely place, with lovely people. But what let it down was the food... so expensive for what you get. Way over priced! Two very small soft Taco's for £7.00. There are so many places around Cardiff offering the same type of food for better prices.

@ Stuart Dunlop (below) Simon from El Cabrón Tacos here. Thank you for the feed back. We were disappointed that you didn’t come and speak to us or a staff member at TwentySix about your issue at the time. Regarding the cost of our food, we try to provide the best quality authentic tasting tacos for our customers which means using organic cuts of meat, locally sourced fresh fruit and veg, imported Mexican produce etc which all comes at a cost. Also when you factor in energy costs of slow cooking our meats for hours, travel expenses, insurances, the cut that the venue takes and lastly paying ourselves. Our prices are reasonable in comparison to other Mexican food traders out there. At the end of the day we are a small family business, not Taco Bell. Kind regards, El Cabrón Tacos

The guys here go the extra mile to look after their customers, tucked away in a little industrial estate they’ve created a little sanctuary where you can enjoy some pop up style grub & a coctail or pint. Heaters are a major bonus in the Welsh spring & dog blankets & treats are a great touch. Support a good local business!

I live very local and was interested to see what was on offer. Overall, very nice set up and atmosphere, patio heaters, well designed. Knowing the businesses that have come, gone and stayed in the area I would say this place needs to focus on retaining customers and good word of mouth. The food is overpriced for "street food" and not much variety. A lot of "street food" is popping up in the area but this place isn't cheap enough or enough variety. A few smaller and cheap dishes tapas style would have me and my friends running back. There also isn't enough variety of cocktails and the other drinks are quite pricey too. In other words, this place needs to get itself "known" for something to stand out from the crowd. The corp around the corner in Canton has customers flocking in for a large variety of cheap cocktails and multiple street food choices. Focus on something to get known for - I don't know like maybe big buckets of chicken wings and a vege option, bring down the prices and slowly increase these over time when the local customer base is built. Once you do that and give an amazing reason to come back, you will be flying and you want people to lick their lips and come back every weekend.

Called in for some breakfast, love this place. Dog friendly is always a plus for us as we usually take him most places with us. He certainly enjoyed the puppicino and the dog blankets and treats are a bonus. Really nice touch. Staff were friendly , coffees were lovely. Ordered fruit toast which could have been toasted for a bit longer but still tasted delicious and the vegan breakfast was also nice. We will definitely be visiting again x

I visited Twentysix last week for lunch and I was so impressed with the place. The seating area has large booths and gives off holiday vibes with the relaxing music in the background. I had the pulled pork which was insane :) The venue is dog friendly which is amazing as my furry friend goes everywhere with me and my Honey loved her pupachino. We enjoyed it so much, we went back with friends on the weekend, it looked fab in the evening, all lit up and magical, 8 of us sat super comfy in the booth and the heaters were amazing for someone like me who is always cold. It was my first time trying the Cold River Cider and I must say it was beautiful. Great venue, friendly staff and the food is out of this world. We will be back 👏🏼

I live around the area and was exited to try the new cafe with a friend a couple of days ago. The outdoor seating are really lovely and the good thing is that there’s a space for kids to roam if they want to (and some crayons for them as well!). However, I ordered a long black for myself and a babyccino with a fruit/raisin toast for my toddler. I had to pay 8.95! The toast (in picture) is £3.95 which I found very expensive for what it is. Plus, the items on the counter are not priced, so I didn’t expect myself to pay that! Also, I found £2 for babyccino (which are basically served in a small cup and almost the same amount of milk given to you for free when you order tea or americano if you ask for) is too expensive. They serve it with whipping cream and some marshmallows on top, which I think they should ask parents about before! Some, including me, wouldn’t want their baby to have sugar or sweet with their milk. The coffee was ok and one staff member was friendly but the service was very slow. My friend’s pancake took 35min! All in all, what put me off were the prices and I don’t think I will be keen on coming back here.

Starters were lovely but the main wasn't pleasant. It wasn't made clear to us when ordering that the broth was creamy, as we don't like creamy food. I thought it would be more of a clear broth. The bowls and drinking stein mugs were chipped. I explained at the end that we were dissatisfied with our food and they did offer another meal which we didn't want as we were put off with the previous dish, no discount was offered until I asked in which they took £20 off the bill.

Can’t remember the last time I had such a delicious burger. The flavours were so well balanced, the cheese is perfect grilled, the Welsh meat is so tasty and flavourful and the buns are so soft and pillowy We had the barti ddu and the grav. I can’t wait to go back to try the mutton burgers. Truly a gem this place!
