Friendly staff. Nice location with park views (when the sun is shining). Great place for a coffee and snacks stop.

I had a missed call from their number this morning, I phoned back only to be met with a very rude, ignorant woman dismissing me when I only wanted to check who had called me. Doesn't speak highly for their customer service, wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Beautiful setting in the centre of Bute Park. My goto place for Latte. Can get busy in summer days.

Had the chicken and bacon mayonaise lunch roll. Tasty, plenty of filling and good quality bread. Service was excellent.

Got there just before closing on a sunny afternoon with my two boys ,the three ladies working were paticent and polite ,considering they closed a minute after serving us two lovely ice creams the service was 5 stars and were in no rush to close.Thank you

Great sandwiches on a gluten free bun, great service (the ladies behind the counter were super nice), and the park is beautiful. Stop by for lunch and you won't be disappointed. You can get smoothies, we got the hulk which has broccoli in it and is surprisingly delicious. They have lots of sandwiches, I liked the coronation chicken on a gluten free bun. The regular sandwich roll is a delicious looking baguette, my son loved the ham and cheese. They also have ice pops and hand scooped icecream and an espresso machine! The park in cardiff is amazing and you can spend the whole day here without leaving, stop and get lunch here!

Lovely little coffee hut in Bute Park

Mmm....fab location in Bute Park. Friendly staff on the counter but food was just weird. Quick, deep fried food in buns. Not for us...maybe the breakfasts are better that isn't helpful at lunchtime. One photo is of dog Welsh cake...

Love this place. Often stop there for a coffee whilst on a walk or cycle ride. They are very friendly and the price of the coffee is what you wold expect anywhere.

We use this cafe a lot, but were very disappointed today when we visited with friends today. We bought our coffees (which are always good) and sat at a table to drink them, had hardly started when the proprietor came to ask us to leave because they were closing and needed to pull the shutters down. It was 3.30 pm, he didn't even say we could finish our coffees. As we walked around the other side, we saw that the tables were still fully occupied and they were still serving. It was bizarre. Consequently, despite loving the coffee there, we don't feel that we can visit again.

Excellent service, great outdoor seating, nice food. What more can you ask for? When I am in Cardiff again, I would want to go there. The staff was the best. They took so much care in getting everything just right, came and asked questions and gave options. And showed patience with me, I ask a lot of questions. It was a wet day and they set up another table for us under the awning. We took our time to eat and hang out. They didn't try to rush us at all. Lovely place. I forgot, reasonable prices. Loved the latte there.

Queued a few times for a chocolate ice cream but they were out of stock at that point, so they gave a 25% discount because they didn’t have change and threw in a free flake to my amazing salted caramel ice cream. Also had a very delicious and fresh mozzarella, tomato and pesto lunch roll. 10/10.

Really enjoyed our visit because the coffee was good, the Welsh cake was deliciously fresh and the staff were friendly. They also serve dog ice-cream. Boom!

Go for a run in the mornings and finish here. The staff are lovely, drinks are very good quality. Nice to have a sit down in a beautiful location and a chat before a day of work.

Mine was great. Muffins with poached eggs, avocado, houloumi and chorizo. Wife's was not as nice, but ok. She had veggie breakfast. Coffee was good and the arcade is a nice place too.

A hidden Gem! Lovely food and service

Das Essen ist solide, aber nicht besonders lecker. Der Kaffee war verbrannt und daher bitter. Orangensaft wird aus dem Tetrapack serviert. Die Einrichtung sieht ganz nett aus, aber leider sind die künstlichen Pflanzen an der Wand verstaubt, es ist auch sehr laut. Nettes Personal und auch sehr schnell. Ich werde aber nicht wieder kommen.

A great café tucked away down the shopping arcade. Friendly staff that give a good service. Food is good too. Been a few times and have had multiple items from the menu and they have all been good. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a bite to eat

Reasonable prices for excellent breakfast offerings. From a traditional meat or veggie cooked breakfast to some pretty unique and delicious offerings like the cheese and Marmite hash. Lovely staff,nice decor. Well worth a visit.

Great “Big Benedict Bash” eggs benni with avo. I came 2 days in a row and loved it , OH had spicy beans, a thumbs up there too!

Sorry, I have no idea how or why I left a two star review! I haven't visited since I was in Cardiff two years ago, but I remember Servini's being lovely when I was there, with nice food and very friendly staff. I'm sure the dinosaur apron is great too :)

Wonderful place, kitted out for kids with plastic plates and cups so my toddler was happy and catered for. Food was great, good price and really tasty. Staff were really friendly. Hoping to go again tomorrow.

Great food, a great selection of traditional, American, veggie breakfasts. The table services is excellebt too. Best of all, my dogs are welcome, they love the sausages (and the 🥓🥚🥞) .
