I asked if the chips were homemade, and was told everything is homemade! That is not true!!!!!! £4.50 for a bowl you'd put peanuts or a dip in of frozen chips (approx 7 chips) should be a crime and the roast potatoes weren't even aunt Bessie's standard Ruined our event

First visit after several years. Very disappointing. No menu flexibility, limited wine choice. Rather a waste of a nice room. Guess they don't get many returning customers.

Not been yet, somewhere I've wanted to take the wife for a long time, hopefully in the next few weeks.

First time in North wales, this is so good! i believe if you are HongKonger you definitely love it, we have two dish one is Singapore style fried rice noodles and the other is Yung chow fried rice I can tell it is exactly same things what i used to have in HongKong or better than lol it’s so amazing, I highly recommend “Ip”! 👍🏼

Friendly service, good value afternoon tea special, amazing view which is well worth doing them steps for.

Went for lunch , the service was brilliant, and the food was delicious .My partner had the lamb Sunday lunch. The lamb was so tender it was one of the best Sunday roasts he has had .

Certainly changed over the last 5 years or so. Food portions are now much smaller. Standard 'going thru the motions' service.

Iced coffee was amazing and had dairy free choice and lots of choices for sugarfree syrups

Absolutely fab food for the money. The chicken burger + scampi were amazing + good portion size too. Well worth a visit.

Found this place by chance on booking .com website. Beautiful building, outstanding customer service, amazing views and so peaceful. We had the room at top of the "tower" with amazing views, although the bathroom was separate (still exclusive use for us) but on its private landing. I think it was Joseph (excellent customer service and friendly, and nothing too much trouble) who served breakfast, which was included and very nice.

Tried nearly every place in town and we were denied an hour before closing. At Jalsa they took us 30 minutes before closing. On top of the excellent service, the food was some of the best I ever did have!

Recently visit to try the viral banana bread matcha latte (oat milk substitute with an extra charge). I went early (~10am) on a weekend morning and the coffee shop was PACKED but line moves pretty quick. Most people order the original matcha latte (imma try it). They have indoor and outdoor seats but they are limited so I recommend to drink while going for a walk. I ordered the banana bread matcha latte, oat milk, and half sweet. The price to volume ration is on the pricey end😭 and even tho I went for half sweet but it was still VERY sweet. The banana flavor was a bit overpowering the matcha taste but it’s only my opinion!!! I highly recommend to go for the black sesame latte. IT IS PHENOMENAL. Overall: 8/10, Banana bread matcha latte: 7/10

Lovely quirky old pub with a great beer garden. We were the only customers in about 2 hours sadly, you wonder how long that can continue? Decent choice of drinks.
