Lovely Tea Room with beautiful decor inside and an inviting outside garden area with seating with some amazing views over the Bay (perfect on a sunny day like today) The staff were very friendly, service was quick and Dogs are welcome in the outside garden area with water on offer for them) 2 things to be made aware of.... • CASH ONLY OR BANK TRANSFER 💸 • Very inaccessible for less abled people up a steep hill with 1 or 2 parking spaces (one of which we was very lucky to get on the day) A bonus is that it is a 2 min walk from Haulfre Gardens with Tweedle Dee & Dum for those looking for this elusive pair!

Beautiful courtyard setting, with a lovely view and a hidden-away feel, away from the main hustle of Llandudno. Didn't think much to the food and drink, which was a real shame - Quite expensive and definitely nothing special. The ploughman's was really basic cheese, pickle and served with cracker things (where's the crusty/fresh bread, pork pie, scotch egg...anything to make it a little special?). Paninis very basic for the price too. Cakes were okay, without being amazing. Pot of tea very small and old fashioned - nothing impressive. Overall I'd say if you're walking by, stop for a cake, but otherwise the food/prices let down a beautiful setting.

Hello. Just wanted to say that I attended a funeral there last week. I purchased a bottle of Budweiser and was charged £4.50. I think that price is far too expensive, you must be making a pretty good profit on that. This afternoon I got 20 bottles of Budweiser from Tesco for £10 that equates .0.50p a bottle. You could sell them cheaper and still make a tidy return.

Beautiful spot with great views from Llandudno Bay over to the Conwy estuary. The food is sonewhat over priced though, £11+ for a Jacket Potato is daylight robbery when compared to other local cafes, e.g £8 in The Loaf on Gloddaeth St ! I had a cheese and chutney toasted sandwich, which was on the verge of being burnt and the chutney appeared and tasted just like fine chopped Branston pickle?? Value for money? Erm, no.

I wish I was not writing this review as I have visited this tearoom since I was a young girl with my parents. We always take friends here as the sandwiches are excellent and the location stunning. Having checked the website to confirm the tearooms were open we walked, with two elderly relatives, to the bottom of the hill. All was good, the sign at the bottom agreed the tearooms were open so we climbed the hill. Imagine my upset at finding a note on the door - sorry we are closed today. So, with my two elderly relatives we retraced our steps and went somewhere else. Bad news - our alternative venue was excellent so unless the weather is amazing we will not be returning to these tearooms.

Nice food with a great view. Not cheap but probably 10-20% of that is location but the food is nice so you don’t begrudge it. Welsh Rarebit, prawn sandwiches and ploughman’s all ordered and enjoyed. A fine light lunch in an urban garden setting overlooking Llandudno on a glorious summer day. Four different choices were promptly brought to table and all were commented upon for being significant portions of notable quality. Prices were reasonable for what was served up, and the only negative was that cards were not taken, although details were provided for bank transfer which was a relief, having staggered up from the tramway with no cash on any of us! Definitely worth a return visit.

I have lived in the area for over 30 years and never visited this little gem. It is quite a steep walk up from car park on Gloddaeth Street but well worth the short distance. The views are spectacular (towards the North Shore and West Shore). There is plenty of outdoor seating (with cushions) and shade umbrellas if required. The service was efficient - order and pay inside and wait for drinks to be prepared. Then you sit outside and the food arrives freshly made and well presented. White or brown bread offered. I had a cheese and onion sandwich - plenty of filling and no mayonnaise. A lovely little salad and a few crisps as well. The coffee was excellent. We decided to walk to West Shore (via Invalids Walk) and through the gardens to have a circular route to get back to the car. Highly recommended!

Lovely, spotless tea room in Haulfre Gardens overlooking all of Llandudno from East to West Shore. Accessed from the left lane just behind the Kings Head pub (by the tram station), just keep walking past the houses and you'll soon find it. We sat outside in the pretty garden area to admire the view and take advantage of the sunny afternoon. Generous sized scone with proper clotted cream and lashings of tea. Keep an eye out for the resident robins bobbing around the tables. Had one literally eating out of my hand!! Very special. If you continue right out of the tea rooms you walk thru the gardens (say hello to Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum) and continue thru the gate along the path which gives magnificent views of the West Shore and Conwy estuary, bringing you out just by the old toll house on the west side.
