Always had very good service. Good for either a filling meal or just a snack

Best Chinese around. My only negative is they don’t do crispy fried seaweed!

I went with my family and we had coffee’s and a full Welsh breakfast. It was delicious. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and there’s was chutneys and things for sale in the shop. It’s a great place to nip for some food!

Amazing afternoon tea. Great surroundings and the waitress was attentive with a great sense of humour. Varied selection of food and plentiful. Struggled to eat it all, you could tell someone has gone to the trouble to bake, not shop brought. My friends had not visited the hotel before and were really impressed, they felt it has been a real treat. The location of the hotel is stunning and we were lucky to have a beautiful sunny day so took advantage of having cocktails on the terrace.

Such a lovely atmosphere the decor was amazing and so eye catching the food was gorgeous the staff were so friendly and welcoming I definitely would go here again in my travels and tell my friends and family to try it as they will not be disappointed..

Brilliant, friendly service with a smile, husband said guiness was the best. Enjoyed the evening dog friendly too double whammy after a walk on the beach would definitely give it a try and hope to be back next year thankyou Guys

Very underrated pub in Aberystwyth. It's always my starting point in every Aber night out. I was a frequent patron during my time in uni and after; from 2018 till 2023. Scholars Bar a fantastic venue to meet up with friends and have drinks with. The tables are ample and spacious, enough to accommodate large social groups. I'm sadden to hear it's temporary closed even under a new management. Hopefully, it gets the love it deserves in the near future if it ever reopens.

Lovely starter Prawns and chili garlic butter, BBQ spicey wings beautiful, not so happy with the mains Aubergine not Apple , Mussels not Prawns easy mistake🙄, not the best steak for £35 to be honest, service though was excellent just let down by the mains.

Great cafe. Plenty of seating area and a good amount of options.

Absolutely loved the food here, had a lovely cheese and onion panini and partner enjoyed his large red kite breakfast last week when we visited.

Tasty fish and chips, good portion sizes so good value for money. Staff friendly and helpful. Diolch!
