We love this hotel,from the moment you book in to the moment you leave,such friendly host & staff,the rooms are excellent & the views of the sea front which is opposite is outstanding,breakfast is lovely & filling,we recommend the evening meal option,myself have the Dover sole & my wife just loves the lamb shank,we then have a cheese board,but other puddings are available,we then wash it down with a bottle of 🍷 & a bottle of champagne,you can relax with a drink from a well stocked bar & watch the world go by as the waves wash against the shore

It's a definite dive bar ud go to in the late nights the staff is nice and the vibes are very much goth and rocker esk , I was out of place but once U get chatting with everyone they friendly. And the selections are great music and atmosphere is energetic.one of the must stops thought the night or an end spot. U won't be disappointed

Absolutely disgraceful attitude towards diabled people. My friends and I visited, having paid for an evening of live entertainment, only for the wheelchair user in our group to be abused by the owner, Lynne Blair. She physically moved him and his wheelcahir into a corner and called him an obstuction. When we then left a review, via facebook, she went onto my business page & left all sorts of absurb comments in some vile attempt to damage me. She is a nasty piece of work and the venue treats it's customers abismally. I will never return.

Refused to honour their 20% deal (which didn’t apply on the website) and staff instead repeatedly tapped my phone in store, nearly completing an order by accidentally tapping the “checkout” option. Unhelpful staff and unintuitive website. Pizza’s aight though- skip the garlic bread.

Comida y bebida conforme a los estándares habituales del Café n° 1, y un ambiente agradable en el interior, pero lamentablemente un corte hasta el punto de ser un miembro grosero del personal respondió a una pregunta perfectamente razonable ( «¿Haces sopa? » ) puso un freno a nuestra visita. No me importa volver.

Probably the nicest restaurant we’ve visited in Wales in 8 months. Food was excellent, table servers were polite, pleasant and attentive. Starters of Arancini and calamari rings came to the table promptly and are a good sized portion, as was the Pollo penne and Pollo Marsala mains. The roasties were flashed with rosemary and were stunning. The dwarf beans were perfectly cooked. Only one of us had space for puds. 2 draught beers, large rosé and elderflower softie still bought the bill in under £40 per head, for this level of food, great value. The only thing to take here is; care in finding the turning off the main road and, your appetite.

We were looking for a curry house whilst visiting Aberystwyth and found Shilam Tandoori online. It really operates as a takeaway and is on an industrial estate, so don't expect plush seating and white table linens and background music! We called up to see if they served wine/beer (which they don't) but were told we were welcome to bring our own. I think we were greeted by Mr. Shilam (?) who was very friendly. We were the only people eating in, but it was busy with its takeaway service. The food was superb (we are big Indian food fans) chicken dhansak, lamb pathia, with pilau rice and naan bread and, hot plates! The popadoms and chutney tray was great too - pappadoms very light and crisp and not at all oily. Portion sizes were generous and the service from Mr. Shilam was charming. Lots of parking due to location. Would highly recommend.

Room was lovely if cold when we arrived. The restaurant was closed as the chef was ill we were given a taxi number that told us it was his night off and went to the ship inn that was fine. However today we had planned to have drinks in the bar to find the bar closed and the number for staff none active. Obviously this weekend was quiet but basic service should have been available or bookings not taken. As this was my birthday it was very disappointing.

The best breakfast I have eaten in a long time. Quality and quantity and price exceptional. A must visit for anyone visiting Lampeter. Staff were very friendly will definitely return

Clean and tidy store, but cakes looked quite unfresh and not a single smile or thank you from any of the staff. Shame really considering this is the last Costa left in town.

Kam sing Chinese takeaway food is the best in Aberystwyth always freshly cooked and tastes amazing delivery very good and always arrives piping hot well done to the chef and all those involved ➿

Recently visited Saddlers Arms Pub, it was an excellent experience! The atmosphere was welcoming. The staff were friendly making sure we had everything we needed. Whether you're stopping by for a pint with friends, Saddlers Arms is the perfect spot. Highly recommend it! Will be returning when we are next in Cardigan

Sobreprecio y peor que las cenas escolares. Incluso el postre no era muy agradable. El servicio era bueno, pero no volveremos a comer allí. El “almuerzo del domingo” fue de 3 rebanadas finas de carne de res, una papa asada y 2 papas nuevas y un pudín plano de Yorkshire. Sinceramente, creo que es la peor comida que he comido.
