The best restaurants in Glasgow City Glasgow and Surrounding

Good buzz and busy on my visit which was a Sunday afternoon for lunch. Good priced drinks, clean, however the food takes a long time to arrive and could just be considered as standard fare (although tasty). I would say it's average and an ok place to catch up with family and friends.

Guy was nice enough but the Donner was inedible, very pale, undercooked and WAY too spicy to eat..steer well clear of this place

We had gyoza, bao, and a hotpot. I can comfortably say that buying some frozen gyoza and bao from the Tesco and making it in the microwave at home would have been significantly better. The gyoza and bao were both to dry. The gyoza was far too cooked. The hotpot was nothing to write home about but over all the food was so poor that we just left and had a snack at home. This was at least the time we've been to this location and it was easily the worst concerning the food. Can't see ourselves returning with so many other options.

Because Molly did it so well, I have copied most of her review. "The food, the service, the decor, the music - absolutely everything in this building was to perfection. The staff here have exceptional standards and everything was smooth running and our server was highly knowledgable on the wines and even recommended one to us to match our meal." I must add that our head waiter, Vitorrio and his assistant were extremely helpful, friendly, informative, attentive with a personal professional touch. Hope to be able to return!

Delicious food and friendly service! I popped in on my birthday and the lovely man in Italian Job Express gave me a free slice of cake with my pizza. It was such a nice surprise and very much appreciated. The food was great quality for a reasonable price. Would recommend!

Food absolutely beautiful as always, never had a bad meal from here

I loved the pasta I had since I love seafood so this was just perfect for me and my mum and aunt both had burgers but they were still hungry after somehow - I wasn’t I thought the portions were perfect and delicious

2nd time we've stayed here Absolutely lovely. We stayed for a week and our son joined us later on in the week. The staff are polite helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. The food is amazing and beautifully cooked. The mussels in white wine and garlic are divine. The room we stayed in was the disabled one. The wet room was massive as was the bed room and absolutely spotless. Our son's room was immaculate . We are hoping to go back again in September. I would highly recommend this hotel. I loved the fact that it caters for people with disabilities (as I do) it is in a beautiful area looking over the lake with the mountain's

Basically got half pizza half pasta got about one scoop of pasta asked for a lil bit more and was charged like if your paying for half pizza half pasta should be equal amounts

Gone downhill. Prices gone up. They always mess up the order tried a few times recently again but won’t be back now since they don’t fix the issues of making wrong order

Los refrescos se sirvieron en pequeños vasos de whisky, pero todavía se cargaron a más de 3. La gota que colmó el vaso fue que habían agregado un cargo por servicio a la factura que no se había mencionado anteriormente. Hubiéramos pedido que se eliminara, pero teníamos prisa por un espectáculo. Demasiado caro y sobrevalorado. Evitar.

Walked in and one guy is sitting down and eating in the kitchen he then proceeded to hand me my already made food without washing his hands. Also the sandwich was a mess with morsels of steak. Been years since I've ordered a subway and it has remained lack luster for all that time.

On reflection I ended up apologising to the driver and understand that was easy mistake to make. Still waiting on my free order mind you lol. They were apologetic and very genuine so can't fault. Deluvery and restaurant didnt boyher to read instructions as disabled and three dogs. For good reason asked ut ti be left. Due to dogs and my poor mobility ive sustained an injury Arrived cold and soggy and not able to eat now as in pain!
