2nd time we've stayed here Absolutely lovely. We stayed for a week and our son joined us later on in the week. The staff are polite helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. The food is amazing and beautifully cooked. The mussels in white wine and garlic are divine. The room we stayed in was the disabled one. The wet room was massive as was the bed room and absolutely spotless. Our son's room was immaculate . We are hoping to go back again in September. I would highly recommend this hotel. I loved the fact that it caters for people with disabilities (as I do) it is in a beautiful area looking over the lake with the mountain's

Overnight, room 116, terrific view of Ben Lomond, albeit shrouded in cloud. Food very good again, very pleasant staff.

To make matters worse, when you check in, they give you a phone number that you can ring or WhatsApp that ‘is manned 24 hours a day’. Tried to contact them on this number by phone and WhatsApp, and 30 minutes later, absolutely nothing. Needed to go wandering around the hotel at 1am to try and find someone, which took about another 15 minutes. Absolute disgrace!!!

Arrived on Friday, travelled from Shropshire. Staff where very friendly and welcoming. We had booked a room for people with disabilities as I have osteoporosis, The room was lovely with a large bed and a comfortable chair, plenty of room for a wheelchair which you could easily wheel yourself into the wet room. The wet room was gorgeous, a rainfall shower plus a hand held one, also a seat, grab rail. The 1st night we ate in the restaurant, I had them In cream, garlic and wine sauce, they where lovely, my partner had fish and chips, unfortunately the chips were not very good, they were hard, he told the waitress and she happily replaced them but they where still the same. I had the fries with my meal, they where really nice We ate in the restaurant the next day with my daughter and son in law plus my 2 grand children, the staff where wonderful, food was lovely Breakfast was good But I think there should be more choice of the continental breakfast. We booked an extra night as we loved the area, so beautiful,(even in January!!) We had a lovely meal on the last night, and have booked a week in April with the same room,

From booking in to leaving 3 days later we felt at home. The staff were so attentive to our needs. The small kitchen delivered beautiful food to a professional standard. The room was beautifully prepared, clean linen, and towels provided. Tea and coffee provided with milk. Bar has a good stock of whiskey and local beers, even a cocktail if needed. Staff called every day to see if we needed anything extra. We will stay again next year. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Mike and Julie

5. Delicious Cullen Skink soup for lunch; think and hearty. The secret is their smoked haddock. We came back for dinner and everything far exceeded our expectations

We had gyoza, bao, and a hotpot. I can comfortably say that buying some frozen gyoza and bao from the Tesco and making it in the microwave at home would have been significantly better. The gyoza and bao were both to dry. The gyoza was far too cooked. The hotpot was nothing to write home about but over all the food was so poor that we just left and had a snack at home. This was at least the time we've been to this location and it was easily the worst concerning the food. Can't see ourselves returning with so many other options.

Ordered a meal for my partners birthday, a pizza and a curry with rice and nan bread, the meal was hot, fresh and delicious and they even threw in some free poppadoms and spiced onions, we thoroughly enjoyed! It’s so nice to find a good Indian takeaway nearby finally with nice friendly staff too, thanks so much for some superb food guys! It’s rare to find these days.
