Terrible food and service. We sent the food back and complained to the manager who was barely interested. £26 wine can be bought in the shops for £7. Terrible customer service. DONT go there

If it is a must to eat you can find some basic pasta and Pizza but if I say it is better to use the McDonald next to it I think it says all. Utensils layered out on the desk where money is handled by the one handling money. The food is meh. I can cook better. So hygiene is questionable at least. If you don’t care and must to eat go for it.

The service was ok but the pizza made me feel sick, I took one bite and then had to stop. On top of that I couldn't eat anything else for a while. I would not come back as the way they plates the food was sloppy and looked like they didn't care. Wouldn't recommend.

Didn’t even get to order because the man that was serving up the pasta and pizza was picking his nose and it was disgusting! Put me right off!

Nice meal good service, little busy and hard to find table but overall good experience

It never showed. It’s saying it was delivered it’s still not arrived and that was 30 minutes ago.

the service was so bad, the woman with bandana (not hijab) served with bad attitude and rolled her eyes. i wear hijab and we asked if the pasta had pork and they said only beef, and so i ordered 2 type of pasta in which turned out one of them had pork. when we asked to confirm, she AGAIN gave an attitude saying 'u didnt ask me' when we clearly asked earlier. not only they're VERY poor at servicing, they also dont care for the customers cuz their employee wear hijab and the fact they let us order something with pork is stupid and ignorant. though the food was value for money, i would never purchase again and would not recommend this place to anyone as i'm very disappointed with the employees attitude. worse customer service in glasgow - such a BIG shame.

Worst service I've had in Glasgow. The worker had a severe attitude the moment I came in and ordered. Rolled her eyes at me when I asked her to repeat something I didn't catch. I am a hijabi muslim and upon eating I realised that my carbonara seemed to have pork. I came back to simply ask whether it has beef or pork and she snapped, "bacon". I asked again if it was beef bacon and she said, "not beef". I didn't say anything after that but she proceeded to snap at me and say "You didn't ask me, you didn't ask me!" Though I didn't ask specifically for each menu, I had already asked earlier for another dish whether it had pork. Apart from the mid food, the worker's attitude made the experience even worse. Ironic as she too was wearing a turban and her co-worker wore the hijab, but she did not think to mention to me that the food had pork. I understand where it would be my fault to not ask, but her general attitude was just horrible and snappy. Another odd thing I found was that they were cleaning the hot food windows with wet soap WHILE the food was still in it and was still served to us. Would not come again at all, and other non-pork eaters beware of this place.

Opted for the half pizza half pasta, £6.45 was a decent deal. Staff friendly Pasta was cooked fresh and the pizza was warm. Only issue I find from going there is they push and push garlic bread and drinks. Other than that a firm favourite!!!

The sauce was very watery, too much sauce and not enough pasta. Pasta also very soft and mushy in taste. Garlic bread hard. Won’t order again

Got a pizza with no cheese, when I returned it, guy tried to tell me the macaroni that was dumped on top of my pizza, was cheese, (yea, macaroni) got a slightly more cheese on pizza and some hard macaroni. Waste of £6.50

Got the pasta carbonara and chips and it was the nicest carbonara I’ve tasted! Chips were lovely also. 2 girls working there were lovely!

The just eat driver called me at 15:32 as for my house number which I said it twice he said he's not. Coming up the stairs to give me my order he force us to leave our property to the local shop bad manners just being lazy

We visited this place yesterday for food it’s normally my favourite. But there is quite a heavy women with blonde hair with a severe attitude problem towards customers for absolutely zero reason. We asked for a coke and a Coke Zero and she had an attitude straight away and said there’s no coke only Coke Zero so I said Coke Zero is fine for both then she asked if it was only one and I said two and for some weird reason SHE stormed off in a huff refusing to serve because I asked for two drinks? This lassie needs a good boot up the hole for the way she acted for no reason and clearly shouldn’t work in the public eye nevermind fast food.

I didn’t taste anything but I still give it 10/10

The food was good,it’d be better if they served the mains together , in our case it was 5 mins between serving first person to the last ..over priced .. the staff were great . However I don’t like the 10% being added for staff … I’d rather have a choice how much to tip …..

Absolutely love St. Enochs food court, lovely atmosphere and plenty places to sit. Favourite place in particular is Di Maggio's. Honestly It's just genius... take away pasta? what more could you ask for! It's been lovely and hot everytime I've come here and tastes amazing. Only thing is, the few times I've been here the workers seem to be quite miserable and grumpy, but I've worked customer service myself so I get it. They don't take it out on you thought so it's fine.

It's really worth buying and value for money provided you are junk loving person. The staffs are friendly and quick in serving.

Absolutely disgusted with the food and service we got in the st Enoch centre today asked for 3 toastys one with brown bread as that is all my mum can eat due to illness to be abruptly told they don’t do brown bread not offered any other options got the 2 white bread toastys and chips which were vile the toastys were not cooked inside cheese not melted and onion was raw took it back never got an apology or offered anything else asked for a refund will never come back here food discusting and staff are so unhelpful and rude 😡 went back to table and my daughter had a bottle of water I had bought with her order and it was TESCO own make water I asked how much I had been charged for it and was told £1.50 I then asked why I had been charged that when you buy a 12 pack of it in Tesco for £1.60 a young girl laughed at me and all other staff just stared could not answer so I reminded them that it was illegal will be taking this further have photos as evidence 😡

Food is rank, pasta is swimming with sauce.

Best place in the food court, great staff always enthusiastic, sweet & nice. Fast service always aswell. Good quality food. Good price but hats off to the staff for working hard with a smile always

Took pizza out of hot counter and left out on open counter for quite a while as we waited in queue then when we complained it was cold they reheated it . Will not be back .

Absolutely outstanding fresh food the pizza and pasta deal is amazing! Definitely worth the money, highly recommend!

My salad was so poor in ingredients and taste. The boiled and unseasoned chicken was terrible, definitely didn't worth 15 pounds. Wont be back.

Feels disgusting when staff is cleaning the area, touching their nose, hairs but dont wash their hands before serving the food. They use tongs for food but use hands to prepare roll sausage.

Worst experience I ever had in my life. It was my first visit and probably will be the last one. The food was okay, but, guys, you have to work on your customer service. The food wasn't labled and as a new customer I've asked what are the differences in the pasta, I received a very rude answer as "Can you not see it?". After that I've asked for side of chips and was called fat. I'm working in public as well, and if I behave like your staff member, I'll be in a lot of trouble.

Hit the spot. Needed small portion of carbs. Went for the kid's meal deal which was perfect. The young woman who served up the pasta was lovely, but the woman at the till was grumpy & could improve on her manner. Had to return the drink as there were bits floating at the top. Pleasant lady replaced the drink.

When a lot of people treat customers with contempt, I don't think even if it was free, they should treat people with such harshness. I used to go there on Sundays, but today was the last time. In order to speed up the service they serve the food very quickly and rudely, but the line to pay is slow, when I arrived at the table the food was already cold. Even so, in moments of success you don't have to please the customers.

Love the pizza here and the chips are good. The girl that served me was lovely the staff called her “spud” she had a cool foreign ascent. Think she may have been Eastern European maybe Irish not sure. Found it funny when she asked if I wanted potatooes! She was odd, she was eating cardboard and talking out being gluten free but had a pizza slice in her back pocket. Would defo eat here again. Spud was some laugh.

Great Italian food restaurant reasonable prices too.

£8 for half a stale pizza, bottom of the fryer chips and cheesy macaroni. Was supposed to be £6 but they threw in 2 bits of garlic bread and a cup of ice with a little Pepsi max in it for the extra £2. Used to come here a lot when it was good can’t say I’ll be back for another lunch time shafting.

Food was good but the way it’s served is so wasteful. Foam plates, plastic cutlery, plastic non recyclable cups, plastic straws. It’s not as if you can eat your food on the go so why not just serve on actual plates? It’s a shocking waste. Ironically though they have separate bins for food, plates, even a little bit to tip the rest of your drink into so it doesn’t go all over the bin... 🙄

Was in it once they were a good vibe to the place but the food was not that good tasted better in other places and waitet a wee while to get served but the coffee was good don't think will be back ia hurray

If I could rate it no start I would shocking service card machine was broken and I was told I was cancelling it on my phone as if that is even possible told them I have no other way of paying I was told that it wasn’t there fault there was nothing they could do
