Pizza Hut Delivery in Glasgow City

You send me the wrong pizza with pepperoni on chicken nuggets I want my refund or send my larger margherita pizza

I was informed of very little by the app and I feel overcharged for the amount of food that was delivered.

The usually tasty Pizza Hut pizzas but terrible service. Went in person to order/pick up two pizzas and had to wait 35 minutes, which is actually the delivery time... Even a lady who ordered 5 minutes after me, she got her order 15 minutes before me! The employee's name was Hamzat (or something like that) and he just decided to make me wait and prepare the other orders first. DO NOT GO THERE!

Nearly £30 for a cold tasteless over cooked pizza , tiny cold chicken wings and cold wedges, never again . Complete waste of money, went in the bin

You're pizza was never the greatest, but please tell me how it got this bad and illogical? Undercooked crust that is simultaneously harder than biting a rock. Burned cheese, nearly invisible base and a flavour that is not pizza? I wanna give you an award on how bad this is but all I have is this lousy review. Congratulations, you're so terrible at your job. Also 4th time of failing to cut a pizza WOW

Had my initials pizza which really should be a stock topping trio. Peperoni, jalapeño and mushroom. Loved it. Very quick and friendly staff and impressed with the new makeover of the place. Much bigger than it used to be.

Order was delivered to the wrong address then once I contacted the restaurant it took over an hour to send a replacement out. I placed the order just before 2pm and it didn’t arrive until after 5pm. Food was cold on arrival too

Got a pizza for collection , no issues

Waited almost 2 hours for delivery, got 2 cold pizzas delivered. Staff member on the phone was helpful but doesn’t change the fact my pizzas were delivered stone cold and almost 2 hours later.

Utterly and truly dreadful. Appallingly expensive £15.99 for the smallest pizza I’ve ever seen. Arrived via Deliveroo absolutely freezing cold . Don’t respond to email complaint. I will never ever buy one of these again. Fool me once.

There was a mega-week sale there and we decided to try it. It wasn’t too fabulous but it was tasty, we paid for one large pizza only £5 which was fair, however it’s original price being £19 is way too much. We got the pizza quickly, it was well sealed and hot. Took one star off as we waited a bit to get an order, the staff was in the back and even though we ringed the bell twice and asked if anyone is available, a person came after about 10 minutes

I've been to a lot of Pizza places, this may be the worst and most DISGUSTING I've ever ordered from, horrid quality food and terrible lying staff. It's probably just this place, but I'm never ordering from Pizza Hut again....

I usually ordered pizza from there service also good but I told them to make sure don't put oil too much bottom the pizza base but it's too oily which one we don't like them that pizza has a look we're not happy at all

The food is very bad and we waited nearly 2 hours for a pizza so then we phoned up and they said it had been delivered when it hadn’t so we had to wait another half an hour for them to make another one and they never gave us money back or anything

Very unorganised, misleading and shambolic service. This has happened many times that staff tell you about food taking "a few minutes" or 10 mins, I've gone back after that time and staff said they are closed there is no order to collect and girl who told me 10 mins hid in the back. Today the guy told me it will be a few mins - the generic reply, after waiting, or WASTING 17 mins of my time, i asked another staff member about this deliveroo order, the kitchen were clueless, loomed around and then a girl came to say it will be 7 mins. Only if they give you an honest expectation from.beginning instead of messing you about. Also, if walking in-person, be prepared to wait 10 mins before someone comes to the counter and acknowledges you!

I was in here today at 13.10. And there was l a queue of 30 plus kids. I felt real sorry for the young man working as he was the only one there, taking orders, making pizzas and taking money all at the same time. I was very surprised as pizza hut is usually pretty good.

Myself and my daughter are huge fan of Pizza Hut. Very often I order online. This is more convenient for me to order online when ever I want. My local Pizza hut delivery are very good and I rarely had problems with the order.

A bit better than ok, but good staff pointed out the daily deal, its not gourmet, but it is good value and fast. Will return.

Pizza and tear and share bread both raw only got half the dips we ordered pretty disappointing more than half of the meal was inedible deffo wouldn't order again. Shocking

Just phoned to complain about my order taking over an hour and the guy that answered the phone put the phone down on me! Pizza Hut...never again!!!

When I went there was over thirty kids waiting in the queue and only one member of staff taking the money and making the pizzas, no gloves in sight nor washing any hands. Was enough to turn my stomach. My £8 pizza went straight in the bin.

I've used this store twice and on both occasions they messed up my order. They did offer a free pizza the 1st time, so we ordered within a few days after. Again they failed to get it right. If u want real pizza at a fraction of the price Paesano is a 2min walk. This is where I went after their 2nd mess up.

First visit to pizza hut as we got some vouchers from itison to get pizza. Might be a January offer but they seem to have deals in store aswell. A steady stream of delivery staff going in and out and the phone orders keep them busy. I got two medium pizzas and they were nice enough. My only tip for people is, even through its a small shop go right up to the counter until you have been served. I thought there was a queue but its mostly people who pre order. If you are not at the counter the staff assume you are just waiting to collect and just get on with other stuff. This might be my lack of knowledge and ordering in pizza hut. Possibly everyone else knows this and now I do as well.

Waited for the order for 2 hours, when I called they kept saying the driver was on his way, pizza never arrived.

Delivery an absolute joke. I ordered to a hotel which I've 1 hundred times. Driver i can hardly understand him says he's downstairs. I go down he's not there I'm waiting stoll no sign. I go back to my room to call him he said he's at MacDonalds ? Why ? I told him I really couldn't be bothered with this at 12.40 am on Sunday morning. I call the shop to be told he's in the hotel they had just spoken with him. I go back down and there he is. Perhaps if you employ drivers that understand English and no what there doing you would get bad reviews.

Dry, burnt and smaller than average. Hardly any cheese.. what a disappointment. I usually order from Domino's but I thought I'd give this a chance and regret it.😒

Placed an order and paid online, was phoned and had my order cancelled because the wait was over 2 hours (why were they still accepting orders then?) Have waited 22 days and still no refund. Disgusting company.

Disgusting customer service ordered my pizza well before closing time and it did not show up and they refuse to answer the phone no refund absolute joke will never use again

Excellent customer service. We ordered around 7pm and by 7:45 I called the store. Delivery was expected within the next 20 minutes. Staff were very sweet and when the pizza and wings arrived I was given a huge discount for the wait. This is above and beyond great service and customer care. Will definitely order again soon. Thanks
