The best restaurants in Glasgow City Glasgow and Surrounding

I feel sorry for the staff as some of them try really hard. They are often really friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the food is pretty bad even the cakes are usually too hard or dry. Its one saving grace is kids eat free with adults. Useful if you don't have any other options.

Food was amazing,loads to choose from

Had not been in this place a while, but I ordered a MIX KEBAB looking at the menu there was no price for Reg or Large asked for a regular with Nan no Donner. CHARGED ME £25 for a KING MIX KEBAB WTF it only had one skewer of chicken lamb & seekh with chips. I understand prices have gone up but I was shocked at the rip off price I was being charged. COMPARED to other kebab shop around no one charges £25 for a MIX KEBAB ESPECIALLY NOT YADGAR £17 for a king OR SHAHEDS £18 for a king on that note I will not be returning.ABSOLUTE RIP OFF

Five stars all the way. I would 100% recommended. The food was outstanding. Bursting with flavours. We had a new years party and we ordered a buffet. Food arrived on time the delivery driver was so friendly. Everyone loved the food. Also there's a new menu. The prices are reasonable. If you haven't tried Natural Spice then youse are missing out. Will definitely be coming back soon.

I got a Beef Curry a few days ago. The rice and sauce were nice but the beef was terrible. Every bit of beef had to be chewed for ages. I gave up after attempting to eat a few bits. I took a few bits out of my mouth and I could stretch every bit of beef which seemed like rubber as it went back into its original shape. I've had chicken curries before and they were fine but beef, no more.

Food cold, not taste good. Not recommended. Wasted money

Having made a review about another Wetherspoon's only fair to write about here. As before, there were unoccupied tables with glasses still on. Opted to sit in a booth and took the empty glasses to the bar and asked for a cloth to wipe the table as there appeared to be only three staff on duty and could see were 'run off their feet'. Our meals came very quickly and so we had enough time to enjoy cake and coffee.

Order took over an hour to be "sent out" then told us order was delivered. We called the restaurant to be told that the driver had knocked on the door. Which he hadn't because there are 4 of us in the house sitting waiting. We asked them to remake the order and send it out and then after waiting another hour called back to be told that he wasn't sending it out and we were to cancel the order. Terribly unprofessional. We order from here all of the time and they have now lost loyal customers.

Ordered via app and paid, went to window said not came through, tried to tell him my order he took off and brought wrong thing, tried again tell him right order he took off, shouted excuse me to get attention twice, rudely gave wrong order again and turned his back and folded his arns in which point I gave up. I ordered a venti sugar free iced vanilla latte with oat milk and whipped cream, what I finally got almost tossed in car was a tasteless venti iced latte with normal milk and whipped cream

so poor, the guy that served me didn’t even speak or acknowledge me. So rude, shocking customer service. When he did speak couldn’t even hear or understand him

Necesitaba un café después de un largo viaje hasta Glasgow y el Palacio haría el trabajo. Si pudiéramos entrar eso sería. La ciudad estaba maníaca, increíblemente ocupada, con eso de que se acercaba la Navidad. El pub estaba excepcionalmente lleno y nos las arreglamos para al menos encaramarnos en la barra, ya que todos los muebles habían sido rotos hace mucho tiempo. El pub estaba bien, el personal estaba haciendo todo lo posible y la visita sirve a su propósito. Dos cafés bebidos y nos dirigimos al pandemonio de la tarde...

terrible tried to change address as was wrong address

Poor customer service, we were charged doubled and informed that my credit card will be refunded automatically. However, it did not happen and we have to go back to them and they didn't give me any receipt as they are sure it will be credited back. Their staff is not informed of what should be done in these cases. Now I have to get back to card for it, super hassle. Food is not good as well. If you can avoid it don't go.
