Horrible.

Breakfast came in portions for 8 people and it was a birthday. All breakfast was cold not a single person enjoyed when complained they couldn’t do anything as the steamer was not working why didn’t they tell us before taking order and spent £115. They had no owners or manager my youngest sister got her breakfast after we all finished and we really only sat on that table together otherwise one had ate next had plate. Bread was not toasted and then we paid extra toasts came at the end tbh didn’t have the heart to say anything to frontline staff they were so good and kept apologising but really would never recommend this place will upload receipt and food video on my social media pages, coffee came and by time food came coffee was cold. Really regret going was first time should have gone to Chaii Wala

My French toast was amazing and probably the best ive ever had. However I was disappointed with how the staff had messed up my order, had incredibly slow service and kept forgetting my requests. The staff were not very attentive and ive never seen slower service. The cafe was quiet yet by the time my order was ready, my family were already finished their food. The staff forgot to add toppings to my French toast and it took them so long to find them and add them that the food went soggy with the cream by the time it was added. I understand its a small business and slower than large franchises service should be expected but this was honestly ridiculous. The food here is very expensive so I would have honestly expected much better service.

Third visit and brunch has been spot on every time. Particularly the eggs royale. Perfect hollandaise and perfect poached eggs from a very smal cooking area! Well done chef! Service I would say is a little less smiley than the food unfortunately but not so bad it’s stopped me going back. Yet.

I visited the cafe with my husband. He ordered the hallomi breakfast option and i ordered the spice desi one. If you have read the other reviews you will see that the only issue is the timing which is the case i wont lie about that. But when the food came it was piping hot and delicious. We have to understand that these are small family businesses, they arent franchises with 101 staff etc. Be patient and enjoy it. If you are in a hurry its probably not the best place for you. But then again for the price you are paying you dont want the food to be rushed either. I would and will go back again :)

I’ve never written a review but was so disappointed in my visit that I feel I must. Went with my friend and her 4 year old son. Ordered 2 x halloumi brioche (one without egg), patatas bravas and garlic bread for the child. After 15 mins the 2 x brioche came, both with egg. I sent 1 back to be changed. Then came the bravas, which should be small fried potatoes with a spicy/garlic dip. These ones had....a big fried egg on top! I again mentioned I can’t have eggs, thus the brioche request so sent them back to be made with no egg. Still no child’s food. Then came the other bravas. I tried one which was hard, next was ok then I found...egg at the bottom. Totally fed up by this point, so when the chef/waiter brought my brioche over I started to explain my egg intolerance and that there was egg under the bravas when he took a call on his mobile whilst I was talking to him, took the plate and walked away! We then went to the counter to ask when the child’s garlic bread would be ready and they hadn’t even made it yet. We had been in 40 mins and he was starving. We told them not to bother as will grab him a sandwich elsewhere. It cost us £17 for 2 x halloumi brioche, 1 soft drink and 2 waters. NEVER AGAIN!

Really disappointing, so much so I felt compelled to actually write my first Trip Advisor review. Took 45 minutes to get two Eggs Benedict. (We’d ordered Eggs Royale!) a cappuccino and a Diet Coke. Had to go in and ask after 20 minutes as clear nothing happening and no one was going to explain what was going on. Plenty other people outside with us waiting for coffees as well. Given an apology and was told “chef was on it” but still took another 20 minutes for anything to arrive. We were also offered some cakes to make up for our experience, but they never followed up on that either! I was not going to leave a review as having worked in a restaurant I appreciate you can have bad days, but when the waitress brought our food out she added “I feel you guys got a bad deal” in a tone which just felt insincere and bordering on mocking. So we went across the street to Short Long Black Coffee for cakes instead.

Waited over an hour for my order then a girl with long black hair came in to give me my coffee, which then I excused her and said this is the wrong order which she replied to it by saying 'f*ck' and roller her eyes, I went inside to check on my food order as it took a long time and she wasnt wearing a mask while preparing my meal.

Customer service was 10/10, Nida made us feel so welcomed with her lovely smile. The crema of the coffee was excellent. I highly recommend the English breakfast with a slice of their homemade banoffee pie. Fantastic food and atmosphere. It’s kid-friendly.

I usually go to Crema for the halal breakfast which is delicious!!!! However i feel like thats where it ends. The other food such as the burritos / pancakes that i've tried haven't been as good almost as if the effort kind of stops there?? The burritos could be yum if the tortilla wasn't so crispy and the chicken ridiculously spicy - pancakes look good but are dry. Its a shame because Crema could be a lot more cosier considering how nice and small it is but it's rather bare. And i've noticed whenever i go in, the staff look up like rabbits in headlights - no hi hello how are you just full on stares. So staff could be a LOT more smiley and not look at you awkwardly like ur a nuisance lol. A bit more care could be taken when cooking as i once found an eggshell on my plate - Overall i would go back but only for the breakfast. The overall atmosphere doesn't really do it for me which is a shame

Small tidy cafe, small tidy menu. Really good food though. All of it was well presented and tasty, with the eggs poached to perfection in the eggs royale. Wish we had a place like this near us.

I lead bike rides around Glasgow so always looking for cafes with good food and cake options, nice coffee, good prices and fast service. This cafe ticks all boxes and we'll definitely return soon. I can personally vouch for the avo-salsa, egg on sourdough bread - delicious! The place smelled lovely as soon as we entered and all the food was freshly made.

Great wee cafe for breakfast. Opted for the Scottish and it didn’t disappoint. Always reluctant to go out for breakfast because I’m fussy about how I want my eggs cooked but the eggs today were cooked the exact way I asked. Will be back.

From the outside this little cafe looks very smart and welcoming; there are a few tables outside and about 5 inside. The only plus about this small cafe is that it appears very clean. We ordered 2 teas and a vegetarian breakfast. The teas came...

I popped in after a long slog up the otherwise rather soulless length of Victoria Road. This place is a game-changer - though small, it's cosy rather than cramped, spotlessly clean and well kitted-out. Decor was classy yet cute - I particularly liked the utensil...

Stopped here for breakfast before we set off back to London. Their meat is halal :) I ordered a hot chocolate with cream and it was absolutely divine. It was in a perfect balance not too rich and thick like most other places do it....

One of my favorite places to visit. The people who work there are always friendly. The visitors are also positive. Once they even treated us to free bread and fries. Because there was some kind of match. I always go there when I pass by. So if you're nearby, be sure to go there.

My workmate and myself got food poisoning yesterday from this dump. Chicken curry with rice. Will never set foot in the place again. And the woman serving us had a mouth like a sewer.
