The Fullarton Park Hotel Restaurant in Glasgow City

Went here for some lunch. Bar staff very cocky, trying too cracks jokes which might I add where NOT funny. Bar staff too busy on their phones. Ordered food which in all fairness was quick service, too then find my food (chicken) cold & the sauce luke warm. I didn't complain because we all know what happens when you complain. Left the food, left the restaurant! I then had severe stomach issues, so did my friend. If you ever want the s@#£s then this is the place too be. Health inspector ^ Food hygienists informed!

Chicken tikka meal was outstanding.

Avoid. Not nice customer service, they ignore you when you walk in. Costs a fortune for food that is disgusting.

Waited 2 hours for delivery, and order was wrong. Called to advise and told they'd send another in 15 minutes. After 30 mins I called back and was told they hadn't even cooked the food had no idea how long it'd take to send, so they advised I cancel and order from somewhere else - which took another hour.

Owner is a complete idiot he is the most ignorant depressing guy ever the food is way over priced and disgusting I hope he goes out of business so someone better can open up a proper Indian instaid this joke of a place

Went for dinner with husband & son my husband ordered chicken pakora it came burnt dried up & hard, retuned it to the waitress that was frightened to crack a smile no sorry or nothing she brought out another plate which just the same as the first one I had the scampi not much of it but tasted nice my son had lasagna which was also nice disappointed a bit with food and service

Customer service atrocious! The owner stood Speaking in a foreign language in front of us whilst we asked to be serviced 3 times. I wish he’d not have bothered servicing us the food was vile! He then tried to charge extra for sauce. I walked outside it was like a rave. Discussing like the food. Basically a character assassination in front of his colleague. Wouldn’t recommend for service for food.

The absolute best Indian Takeaway pizza by a mile! Highly recommend the South Indian Garlic Chilli pizza 🤤

Lovely restaurant, grt service. Attentive waitress, starters were so good fish taco and a bruchetta. Mains were braised stk with haggis veg and potatoes,(awesome), battered fish which was so fresh. Argggg sadly my dessert was bad, apple crumble n custard crumble was burnt custard cold and very small amount, hot choc fudge cake daughter loved. Will go back again just choose diff dessert

This place is absolutely the location you would like to have a meal! Was on holidays and headed there for a snappy food. Hopefully they prepare it real quick and real delicious. Very happy about the vibe of the place. The staff are so accommodating and friendly. The people living in the area are so lucky. Will come again if I pass by here the next time. Ordered a chicken tikka masala hoagie without salad and sauce ok waited and was delivered 40 mins later however when I opened the box I was really disappointed with what I received for my 13 quid it looked more like road kill it was absolutely discusting .Ok called them back and I spoke to a member of staff who apologised and said he would send out another one. Waited a hour then called back and spoke to the owner who said no replacement would be sent out I said that I wasn't happy with the quality of food and that I would not be back and would leave them a negative review he said do what you want I really don't care about what you do and say what you want.This was not the outcome I expected from the owner of the establishment he simply didnt care about the quality of food and customer service that they provide.We will certainly not be going back there especially with his arogant attitude. This was posted on Tollcross Matters FB plenty of support regarding the disrespectful attitude of the owner keep that bad attitude up and you will have no customers left to insult.

I have given many a 5 star review because of the curry chef. Food is amazing. Went in tonight at 10pm, place closes at 11 and ordered a fish supper. 2 curry chefs where front of house and started preparing my fish. They had fish in hand. The guy who is owner/front of house came out and had a conversation with them in a language that I didn’t understand. He then told me that this was not available and could I order something else. I reiterated that I wanted fish and that I would take my business elsewhere. I also offered to take fries instead of chippy chips. I went elsewhere and finally after several bad experiences with this member of staff. His customer service skills are zero. I will not be back

Shambles of a place deliver driver apparently gave to my neighbour. But didn’t. Doesn’t surprise me this place FAILED it’ s food hygiene checks in the past. Avoid at all costs

Popped for lunch while on holiday from Oz. A few changes from our last visit. A new addition was the separate restaurant and beer garden at the front. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, nice versatile menu to suit most tastes. Wife had the mussels which she loved. I had the fish and chips. Nice large meals you won’t come away feeling hungry. We would recommend giving it a try.

Usually have no complaints, however was different chips tonight. And they weren't cooked through properly and still hard inside.

On a night out and my friend was spiked here the manager Pauline has cctv footage and told my friend to be on her best behaviour !!! Wasn’t reported to the police either !! Never will we be back oh and this place also serves kids underage for drinks !! Avoid at all costs this place shouldn’t have a licence!!!

Would give zero stars if I could, ordered from here tonight at 8.45 food didn't show up till 10.45, food was freezing cold , driver lies about pressing your buzzer when I clearly stood at my window and watched him sit in his car for 10 mins before leaving again, brought it back out , had an attitude because I stated he didnt get out the car I watched him.......he then proceeded to lie about being at my door , I then phoned the shop to speak to manager , who also had an attitude and said his driver wouldn't do that , had a row on the phone with him, to be told I'm barred from the shop!!! 1st time using this shop won't use again !!!!! Customer service is absolutely stinking.

Place has gone a bit downhill recently. Always seem to have kids working the phones and till. Placed an order for collection, turned up at when it should be ready but they've not even started it. You can pay for you parking with contactless payment but not here so asked to order via the website and put in collection, sure no problem except the £2 delivery charge collection? Just walked away at that point. Seriously guys, get a grip of yourselves. Food might be good but your service is very poor

Not be back steak pie wasnt nice at all

Ordered a pizza from here. Arrived, and midway through eating it i almost choked on a piece of plastic. turns out they had baked half of a plastic bag into the dough throughout the pizza. i tossed the rest. As it was late I called the next day to complain and ask for a refund and they told me 'it happens', and the best they could do was offer another pizza for half price. Erm, no thanks! needless to say i wont be ordering from them again, and have retained/frozen a slice of it to talk to food standards and environmental health.

2 Stars given based on the fact that there is a disparity between prices for Pizza displayed on the Menu that is on the wall inside the Take Away and what the owner charged me. I asked twice and the total bill was higher than what it should have been as per the menu inside the restaurant. I felt I was overcharged. Will try visiting again and give another opportunity to see whether this was an error or a tactic to overcharge.

I ordered a lamb/chicken mixed tikka. This meal usually comes with 4 pieces of each, however on this occasion there was only 3 pieces of chicken and 2 of the 4 pieces of lamb were so tough it can only have been mutton and not lamb. I ended up using a steak knife and still struggled to cut through it. It ended up confined to the food bin. Also for some reason the accompanying sauce was medium/hot rather than mild/medium. Which although I could handle my partner couldn't.

This take away know as grill now staff change kebab cook in kitchen. burger cook in pizza oven. i use to love kebab in grill now i go somewhere else i dont recommend to any one bad experience .if you want to pay contact less they say go to cash machine next door so pay more charger .

Hole in the wall next to here charged for using (hate that), had a tenner cash on me! Decided to see what I could get from the Fullerton grill for said tenner! Counter Guy asked me what I was looking for, explained situation! He said pick what I wanted within reason & it would be covered for a tenner! Well done.

Sunday dinner with the family, very busy but had to walk theough the crowded pub to go the restraunt. Noise from the pub was so loud! Into the bargain someone left their child in the restraunt with a tablet and noise cancelling ear phones while they were in the pub area and checked on her sporadically. Not the child's fault but concerning, staff had no issue. Speaking of staff, waiter wouldn't or couldn't put his mask on properly so his nose wasn't covered. Food was mediocre so didn't save it. Will give it a miss from now on

Waiting times are ridiculous and is never ready when you collect, regardless of time given and food has been delivered cold on more than one occasion. Foods okay, pizza is definitely the best choice. Overall, not great but pizza is delicious.

Visited here at 6pm tonight for a family members birthday dinner. We were a party of 9 adults and 2 children aged 1 and 3. When I arrived I thought I had the wrong place. I had to walk through a crowded, rowdy bar to get to the restaurant. All that separated the areas was 2 curtains. As well as our party there was a large wedding table and 2 other tables of 4. There was one waiter. Our orders were taken for starters only that arrived about 30 mins later. We then ordered our main meals that started arriving about 7.15 with half of our party sitting with no food for a further 10-15 minutes. From start to finish we could not even hear each other talk due to the noise coming from the crowded bar and karaoke. We had to complain about the loud, fowl language coming clearly through the half opened curtains for my 1 and 3 year old grandchildren to hear. I now wish we would have got up and walked out. We felt sorry for the waiter who was actually embarrassed at the service he was having to provide. This place needs to decide if it's a karaoke bar or a family restaurant as it clearly cannot do both. Can't even say that the food was anything special as it was very average. Our party was so disappointed that no-one wanted to stay for dessert. My sister-in laws birthday dinner was totally ruined and we could not wait to get outside away from the chaos. We will definitely not be back.

I went here on xmas day for xmas dinner there was only 2 of us and they couldn't have made it more obvious a tiny table stuck at the end of the dance floor felt as if everyone was laughing at us not even near a table to talk to anyone, the soup was cold after half hour wait main course arrived was roast beef couldn't cut it it was so tuff 1 potato cut into 4 and rock hard brussel sprouts another 20 mins sweet arrived chocolate orange it was ok ,,£115 for 2 3 course meals was a bit much only thing that was good about it was the music by the time we had left the place was nearly empty never again would not recomend it..

We ordered a delivery of fish suppers for our local club and must say it got the thumbs up from everyone. Food was hot and fresh. Would certainly reccommend and use them again.

The food is good, but the customer service is poor

Got a seat no problem and was looking forward to eating with family, placed our order and I had prawn cocktail with the lasagne, at a glance it looked great however tasting the dish was a different experience the prawns were so dry it was like eating sawdust. Then the lasagne came .... it was like a bowl of Slop with some pasta in the middle and cold, when I’d asked if the lasagne could be heated through a bit more I got a look that could kill ! I ate what I could and I suffered severely afterwards!!! If you get something here to eat and don’t like the look of it then please don’t eat it , I certainly won’t be back here.

Restaurant was mediocre, service with a smile wouldn’t go a miss. Why bring out hot food on cold plates? Not much else around so had to eat here two nights in a row. Room was OK but running toilet all night was an issue, also no hot water from the shower on the first night, no idea how it seemed to be sorted for the second. Wouldn’t return to be honest. On a positive the beer is well priced for a hotel.

Check in is at a very busy, quite rowdy bar. The girl who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean although very dated and probably not been decorated for a very long time. We were attending a function and only used the room to sleep in and left early the next morning. The girl who checked us in advised us that if the function was on till 1 we would be better staying till that time as the bar gets very rowdy and quite rough.

Food is excellent and staff are great.

We booked a double room through booking.com on 14th February for my friends 50th birthday being held there on the 4th May. Received an e mail from the hotel asking me to contact them as booking.com had omitted to give them the last 3 numbers on my card. Phoned immediately and upgraded to an en-suite room. On 26th April received another e mail stating that our booking had been cancelled as we had not paid for the room, turns out the previous manager had made a lot of mistakes and that our booking was still valid and were told that our room was number 4. Arrived at hotel on 4th May having driven up from Ayrshire only to be informed that there was no booking for us and that someone was already in room 4. The Manager, Lauren, asked us to wait while she checked things out, eventually returned and said sorry can't give you an en-suite room but can send you to the Premier Inn and they would pay the difference, if we had wanted to travel back and forward for the party we would have booked the Premier Inn, in the first place, she then offered us a basic room but had to use the shared bathroom and said we would get a reduction as the errors were all the fault of the hotel. So far no credit has been received.

Staff are so nice and the pizza is out of this world. Proper chips too. Just moved to the area and after trying different places I won't be going anywhere else now!

We both were up Visiting Family and the Party was booked for this wonderful Venue, we did not stay at the Hotel so this review was for the party Dinner only, The party was booked in April 20 for 26 people, there is ample parking at the rear and the grounds were spotless with ample seating outside to, We arrived at 18.30 to have drinks at the bar before Dinner, and received a warm welcome from the bar staff, got all our drinks, and enjoyed the friendly Atmosphere the staff were really helpful and we had a laugh, before we went through to the Restaurant, the kitchen is open so from various seats you can watch your Meal being cooked, the Restaurant was fully booked and the waitresses were just great again so helpful and friendly, our waitress had long hair and she was just lovely, we all had various starters, I opted for the Mussells which were delicious and hot, this followed by The sea Bass with mash potato and again was full of great flavours, my other half the the steak which was cooked perfectly with a lovely sauce, all our guests all said there food was delicious and on hot plates so a Big plus from me for that, the menu is varied with classics and a few curry diches, a great choice that everyone truly enjoyed, the hole evening was a huge success and I want to thank the waitress who looked after all of us and for the management making our party such a fantastic evening,

We booked a table for 2 0 clock and were seated and served drinks.Thereafter the service was abysmal.315 when we were served our main courses, all around the restaurant tables were complaining about the service time.The front of house staff were all under stress but the main problem was the chefs and kitchen staff were too slow.We have been coming to the Fullerton Park for many years and sadly we will not return.

Best take away in East End. Food is fresh and not swimming in oil. Love it!

Great selection of food. Pizzas are hand made from scratch, thier Currys are also great and a wide selection of "chippy" food if that's what you'd rather. Donner kebab ain't bad either!

Justo lo que queríamos.Pedimos 4 desayunos y me sorprendió gratamente el precio, 20 por 4! ¡Buen valor!Llegó el té a la calle en las pequeñas teteras de plata donde era incómodo derramar e hizo un desastre. Para ser justos.El siguiente fue el brindis, se sirvió mucho pero no estaba muy caliente y una pieza estaba realmente mohosa.Cuando llegó el desayuno, los platos estaban llenos. Después de haber comido un poco, parecía que estaba muy grasoso y que la mayoría de eso se cocinaba en una freidora, especialmente los bollos de patata y posiblemente las salchichas. Pastel de carne con cerveza, patatas y verduras asadas de temporada, seguido de chocolate fudge cake con helado de vainilla crema Yum Yum Yum Yum indulgente. Buen servicio, buen ambiente y un buen tiempo de espera, la cantidad de tiempo para su noche para tener un buen flujo.La habitación era muy básica con dos cómodas camas individuales. Impecablemente limpio. Viejo pero muy adecuado baño un montón de toallas y artículos de tocador. Secador de pelo en la habitación un montón de té, café, leche y azúcar. Buena recepción en la televisión. Agradable y cálida y tranquila, el hotel se encuentra en una calle muy transitada pero cortes doble acristalamiento fuera el ruido. El entretenimiento del hotel abajo no nos afectó en absoluto. Así que en general, un muy buen fin de semana ha por todos. Desayuno continental o 2 desayunos por £10 ambas opciones.

Sin gluten disponibles sólo son las opciones gratis, y tikka masala el cóctel de gambas bhuna. El tikka masala preciosa (aunque no mucho), y el servicio fue muy rápido. Para mí, la única pega era que el servidor y/o chef no era muy tranquilizador de alergias al gluten, pregunté si el helado era sin gluten y me dijeron que "debe ser".

Fue aquí esta noche a pagar mi boda en el Fullarton Suite. Era absolutamente hambrientos, así que mi mujer y yo decidimos comer en el hotel. La mejor decisión que tomamos. Tuve pasta carbonara y ella tenía el pollo tikka sizzler! El servicio era impecable y la comida fue servida en grandes porciones. De pollo tiernos y jugosos. El ambiente era perfecto. Preciosa manera de celebrar terminando pagando nuestro lugar. Una gran relación calidad-precio

Used this resturant while staying in the Hotel was taken aback by the value for money two corses two people + Drinks £17 foor was excellent and good choice on the Menue freindly and helpfull staff would definitly use it again if passing that way

Tenía los músculos en blanco sabor salsa de vino salsa y divertido sin pan a disfrutándola: tiras de pollo cajún madre había disfrutado de ella. Ella tenía el abadejo que disfrutamos con nata, pero las patatas fritas dieron a la izquierda. Tuve pollo asado con salsa de pimienta verde que era preciosa.

Party of 8 arrived for lunch, had to request some of our drinks three times as they were forgotten. Starter was ok. Main was less than ok. There was a function on so the bar area was busy and the party just stood out the front entrance smoking causing a lot of second hand smoke to filter over to the restaurant area. The staff didn't seem to mind as much as we did.

Me and my wife we enter around 6,o'clock for dinner!!! It's a great welcome.we order couple of dishes .menu was great it seems to be like fusion menu.scottish,Thai &indian .it wat great idea . Stayed in the fullarton recently and have to say was pleasantly surprised the prices for the rooms are very good and the room itself was really clean and tidy with decent store age space also has coffee/tea making facilities and the bed itself was quite comfortable, didnt find the hotel particularly noisy and to be fair you are pre warned as they do karaoke in the bar, the bar and restaurant area were clean and tidy and staff were helpfull and polite will definitly stay here again

Myself and my mum were looking for somewhere to have my grans Purvey when we passed the Fullarton. We decided to go in for lunch while we discussed details of where to look next. We both ordered the macaroni cheese which came with chips and garlic bread. The meal was excellent as was the service. From what I could see only the manager was serving but this was ok as the restaurant was quiet when we were here. We were served quickly and efficiently and the food was nice. After having the lunch here, we decided we would ask about having grans Purvey here as the food was good and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere and also plenty of space.

Myself and my workmates from BT arrived here at 18.30 on Friday for one of my colleagues birthday. We were welcomed by a lovely member of staff and were seated quickly which is always a plus, we ordered the pre theatre menu as it was excellently priced at £9.95 for 2 courses. I had chicken tikka sizzlers which usually comes with bhuna sauce i dont like this sauce but the waiter suggested having it with chasney sauce telling me there was no problem to change anything i was so surprised as normally elsewhere that would not be done, my friends had chicken balmoral and pasta it was all delicious with great sized portions. Our waiter was so helpful and kind nothing was too much trouble for him. When we finished our meal after letting the waiter know we didnt have a cake for our friend he brought out sticky toffee pudding decorated with happy birthday written with sauce and candles my friend was delighted! The place was so accommadating and value for money we will be returning very soon thank you for a great experience.i will be reccomending fullerton park to my friends,family and workmates.

Four of us went for lunch we just stayed at the v=bar lunch as it was less than £5 which was excellent we all had starters and main coarse. Spotless clean and very friendly staff

This was a disgrace. We arrived to no help, no welcome and found our own seats. The room was overbooked and we could not get in our seats without disrupting our whole row. The food was poor. There was no effort to decorate tables to any standard (nasty crackers only).There wasn't enough waiters to maintain a quality of service. Santa arrived for the kids dressed in a cheap, pound shop costume with a black bin liner full of cheap selection boxes (pound shop).We paid 48 pounds each for Christmas lunch and not a mince pie or coffee in sight!!!!I don't normally write reviews unless I have something good to say, but this was very disappointing and shoddy on the management behalf. There was a DJ singing along to every song (who couldn't sing) so conversation was difficult.If it had not been for my wonderful family and friends, Christmas would have been ruined! Did I mention the TERRIBLE FOOD! Avoid at all costs!

Every time I have been here the food is excellent and the staff very friendly. Very relaxed and laid back atmosphere and will not hesitate to come back.

This has to be the best restaurant in the East End if you're looking for good food, great service and excellent value for money. There is the option of the main pub area of the hotel if you fancy a bar snack and a few drinks or there's the conservatory if you prefer a quieter or more private visit. The menu caters for every taste and appetite so you will not struggle to find the ideal dish. On our most recent visit we opted for the 2 course evening special which is excellently priced at £9.95 (Sun-Thur). I chose the chicken nachos and my partner had the traditional prawn cocktail. It was hard to believe we'd have room for our mains when we saw the portion size!!! The nachos were outstanding with a very generous portion of diced chicken breast in the salsa topping. My partner's prawn cocktail was beautifully presented and again contained a very generous portion of juicy prawns. My main course of beef burger with a pulled pork topping was unusual but absolutely delicious. My partner had opted for steak pie which he assured me was top notch. Including drinks our bill was under £30 which was amazing value. A meal of that quality in town would have set us back at least double this price. Our waiter Muz was attentive and friendly which contributed to a perfect evening. It's not surprising that the FP as it is affectionately known, is extremely popular within the East End of Glasgow. Having the function suite downstairs in the hotel and the larger Fullarton suite close by, it is easy to see why the Fullarton Park is the perfect venue for any celebratory event.

This was a 50th anniversary for my brother and his wife,35'people all in what a lovely meal,from the starter to the dessert.people had steak pie some had fish and chips,scampi a great selection,the portions were so big I could hardly move after I ate.The service was fantastic the waitress even took photos to get us all in.The cake ballons favors were 2 nd to none.What a great evening had by all will be back.

We went here in a large family booking. I was running late and when I got there the family had ordered etc. I then put my order in and was told it would be a bit later as the chef was cooking it fresh.I had the mozzarella sticks to start which were fantastic, the batter was crispy and the cheese was stuck nicely to it, not like some where the batter totally pulls away from the cheese. Perfectly cooked.My main was the chicken balmoral which came with side salad, again I cannot fault this as it was absolutely delicious. Chicken was perfectly cooked and the sauce was lovely. The staff were extremely friendly and very patient especially with the kids in the family. I had been in the place before but never had a sit down meal, I will most definitely be back again after experiencing a great meal.

We attended a funeral lunch in the hall upstairs where the staff were efficient and friendly. The meal provided was excellent with good quality produce served at beautifully set tables with fresh linen table wear.

Me and my partner was going to travel to fort William on Monday the 8th September,from Nottingham,however with how busy the roads get we decided to travel today (7th) and found this hotel on late rooms. It was a fantastic choice everything what was said on the description was spot on.What we payed for the room was very good(£38.00) there was a shared bathroom but hey you get what you pay for.Food was very nice and reasonable.This hotel really worked in our favour as only two hour drive today for fort William.

A modern interior "conservatory" eatery with hardwood finishes, which wouldnt look out of place in the city centre.Lovely staff who always have a smile to greet you.With a good selection of dishes from far and wide, created by chefs who have become friends with the local clientel.A relaxing environment to chill and enjoy a few drinks too.On a friday and saturday evening, the main bar area is a popular venue for the 20 to 30's age groups with music (but the restaurant is still kept busy serving meals).The restaurant can be easily reached from the city centre by bus (61, 240, and 255) taking around 25 minutes.

Nice little restaurant with an intimate atmosphere and food that is excellent value with lovely presentation. The wait is a little long sometimes but well worth it. Friendly staff!

Food was amazing tonight will definitely be backstage are really friendly and attentive, meals are reasonably priced and there is a good selection of wines and cocktails

What delightful suprise, stopped here on Monday to have a refreshment in the sunny beer garden after spotting other customers having some amazing looking meals we decided to head into the restaurant and indulge ourselves. We ordered from the lunch menu which had a great variety of options all for very reasonable £7.95 for 2 courses. I had the bruschetta then piri piri chicken salad beautiful and fresh for a light meal on a sunny day.My sister indulged herself further by having a Mocha and a slice of cake she assures me this too was lovely. I cant imagine how this place ever recieved any bad reviews I couldnt fault the staff or the food. My family and I shall definately be returning.

After a drive on the bank holiday Monday my partner and I decided to have a quick lunch. On his recommendation from friends we decided upon the Fullerton park hotel. On arrival into the main bar area we wandered away through to what I can only assume was the dining area... It was not busy however there were several uncleared tables and a couple which I can only assume given their uncleared table had had lunch. We were then greated by a young lady with the welcoming phrase of "table? Aye?" ..... We hastily ordered our drinks having been given no overview of the menu placed in front of us (which to corroborate another review were tatty and greasy) our drinks arrived quite promptly however they were wrong.... After several overheard conversations with the kitchen and waiting staff including some unwelcome rendition of a failed X factor contestant we were finally offered the chance to order our food .Our starter came rather too quickly for my liking although was quite tasty but nothing out of the ordinary..... We where then again left to our own devises , at this point I would also like to point out that the dirty tables (and the plates left by the other diners ) were still left despite having 2 service staff on duty. Our main courses finally arrived however with no fresh cutlery and I have to say was quite possibly the most disgusting version of a Thai green curry that I have ever seen .... The fact that is was not green also raised suspicions, bland with hardly any chicken and a serious overload of chilis to obviously cover up the lack of cookery skills I was not wrong. My partners burger was a sloppy mess with some cheap coleslaw and 6 frozen chips.We were not asked I the meal was acceptable and again were left with the dirty plates on the table. We managed to catch the waiter to ask for our bill which was promptly brought to the table - I had to ask for the table to be cleared!!! The dirty plates where then hastily put on the tables behind us - at this point I could not get out of the place quick enough! I have never in my 10 years in hospitality witnessed nor received such poor service and extreme disregard of the clientele by staff. I will also point out that on my way to the bathroom the chef was swinging back on a dining chair in the restaurant - for this I have no words. The waitress seemed to be more preoccupied with her long hair which I would have preferred not to anywhere near a food service area. All in all to ever be tempted to revisit this place I fear that hell would have to freeze over first - utterly shocking

Staff are friendly, very good prices and the food is amazing! Id happily eat here every night. Décor is modern, very clean and never any trouble even though its attached to the pub. Highly recommend all the food, never had anything that was off colour or wasn't delicious.

A real shame because the food is actually quite lovely. Had to search for staff to ask for menus. They looked to us as as though we were an inconvenience. No check back on any of the courses. Food was placed down with little care. Not a smile or courteous attitude in sight. Really spoiled the whole experience. Felt this was not necessary as it was a nice venue.

Good food and service good bar staff all kinds of drinks served nice people a nice relaxing place to go and visit the hotel has karaoke nights on a Saturday & Sunday nights great place to for a night out

Always greeted with a friendly smile. Enjoyable food with a lovely presentation. Very descent prices. Parking behind or on street. For wheelchair access you need to go through bar. Staff are very helpful. Have not been let down with anything I have ordered!
